“Does not deliver within the 10 working days it claims. Does not reply to email or phone communication. Really very disappointing.”

Hello, We make it clear on the website that we dispatch orders within 10 working days, you placed your order on 19/12/2018 and informed you that we could not guarantee your order to arrive with you before Christmas due to the date you ordered. Kind regards Quick Mobile Fix

“Sent wrong phone, could replace with the phone I ordered then took weeks to sort out the refund for the difference in phone. Wouldn’t recommend”

“Would not deliver my parcel to a local collection point or leave with a neighbour or family member. Had to be signed for by myself only. I work full time so could not be at home, I have things delivered all the time including phones and just collect them from the post office when I’m not in. Totally ridiculous service. Really disappointed, I ordered on Black Friday and it’s now Christmas and I still don’t have my goods and no body had tried to contact me!!!!”

The order would not be left at a post office as the items are sent with a different courier. “Excellent products ordered 2 tablets for our children iPad 2 only down side was delivery time but states upto 10 working days so cannot fault so far no problems but comes with warrenty anyway”

“Has anyone received a refund yet? Sent phone back on 3rd December and got email back on 6th December to say they had the phone!! So the latest to get refund would have been 20th! Right! (10-14 days)”
