“I am In the process of sending the iPhone 5 back that I purchased for a full refund. The condition was not ‘very good’ at all like it stated! And it did not work when it arrived! The screen had gone! I plugged it into a pc and did a restore and reset, it showed that the phone was charging fine. The hard resets by pressing the home an d power button did not work either. When I tried to contact the company after 15 attempted, different times and days call just dropped out after several rings! And on a live chat who ever was one the other endend was so impersonal, horrible service unhelpful and terrible product! After trying to explain that this was my 8 year olds Xmas present they were still in no hurry to resolve and said that unfortunately there would be nothing they could do intime for Xmas this was 2 weeks ago! I asked for a call back they couldn’t give me a timescale and I still 2 weeks later no call!! Shocking ... AVOID!”
