“These people are unbelievable, they just don't care,they take your money and do zero. They do this weird thing where they actually respond to your complaining email promising immediate action and then ......nothing again. It's like they don't understand why you are complaning about not getting what you paid for and they hope you will just go away.”

“Nothing which was promised on the Web site was adered to. The staff have no interest to rectify an error on their side, hence the customer service is appalling. In total I was 7 days without my phone which had to send back to me unrepaired. I would not recommend the service at all.”

“They take your money immediately and constantly tell you the delivery will be in the next day........or so, simply lying. Go elsewhere. I have no idea where the glowing reviews come from. 2 weeks and still no delivery.”

“Terrible, terrible company - do not use. I used to use these guys quite a lot but then they went down hill. The took 3 weeks to replace an iPhone 6 screen and didn't refund me for the loan phone which i hired at the time. They also didn't refund me for an iPad repair that never took place because the iPad didn't get to them. In total they owe me almost £200 so I've taken them to the small claims. They told the court that they have paid me but that's an outright lie!! They are so dishonest its unbelievable - I'm having to write to the Judge to put the matter straight. Don't use.”

“had to wait over 10 days for my order When arrived faulty phone, which I sent back now been told refund could take 14days Cannot get through to customer services Totally dissatisfied with this company will. Nott use again”

“Excellent. Easy to use site. Had exactly what I needed at a great price. I had a slight issue with one product the Quick Mobile Fix team responded to my email pronto and issued me a replacement. On the look out for a refurbished phone next only from Quick mobile Fix. Highly recommend to all.”
