“Took too long for delivery. No one was able to help speed up the delivery time. Expressed and issue with my phone asking for a replacement as Apple pay doesn’t work, was told to reset it ! Shock it still doesn’t work after bringing it to the Apple shop.”

“Terrible customer service. No training in their workers at all. Very dissatisfied with their service. Don’t buy full bundles. They rip you off adding extra £70 roughly for accessories that are useless. This company should get closed down👮‍♀️ I’ll make a report to the court with this and show all evidence from other customers and myself on why this company should be eliminated from the game.”

“In terms of service, the products take a while to arrive. I waited over two weeks for my device to arrive, and that was with some severe pushing and regular emails sent to the company. If you have time on your hands, this is the ideal company to order from - my iPhone X was said to be in excellent condition, and fits the billing. Great value for money.”

“Do not use this company. They are fraudsters and con men. I’ve waited a month for an iPad screen repair that eventually arrived after escalating to PayPal and it’s been returned with a cracked screen!currently awaiting a refund via PayPal as the company don’t respond.”

“Do not use this company, it is a scam. I waited 5 weeks for an iPad screen repair that was only received after a PayPal claim and was still broken! I’ve had to go down the PayPal buyer protection route to hopefully get a refund.”
