“Was looking for a used phone and when searching I found quick mobile fix, saved myself a lot of money buying a used phone, I purchased an iPhone 6s plus, it gives you grades of newness, maybe some scratches here or there, I ordered mines and it said it was in good condition, but when it came I was so happy, I only found one little mark on the phone and you can hardly even notice it, so happy with the phone as it really looks brand new,, the only thing that would make it like new if it came in its original box, or a copy would be good to finish it, but will definitely use this site all the time now, get phones for very good price.”

“I ordered this on 22nd and I understand it’s the Christmas period but it’s now 29th and this still hasn’t been marked as fulfilled. I sent a parcel on the same day and it has already been received. It might have been nice to have put a post up or an email stating this wouldn’t be dealt with till after new year. This was a present.”

“I ordered a refurbished iPhone 8 for my sons Christmas and I have to say I was delighted with it, as was my son. I ordered a “very good” grade and you would never guess that this was a refurbished phone and so far my son has had no issues. It did take about 2 weeks to arrive but I expected that and it was not a problem. I would definitely recommend this company and wouldn’t think twice on using them again.”

“Poor service, delivery over the agreed 10 days, could not contact customer services. Tried twice for over half an hour. The online web chat was not available either. Suspect company took too many orders just before Christmas and did not have the resources to fulfil the orders on time.”

“Terrible don’t use these. My daughter been waiting for £500 refund since October for phone that never arrived. Have reported them to trading standards as they just keep lying about when she will get her money back. Now telling her it will be February”

“Very poor customer service. Not clear at time of purchase it would 10 working days to delive. Then impossible to cancel. Now waiting am eternity for the refund after returning the unwanted phone as we had to source from elsewhere”

“i purchased an iphone 8 from you for £400, had only a week and was crashing on me. black screen and couldn’t turn phone on. emailed the company asking for a return address (mid december) was told to wait until the new year. very disappointed”
