“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Never had such a bad experience. After ordering the phone and waiting nearly 3 weeks I was told it would be a minimum of a further 2-3 weeks for delivery. Then after cancelling the order and opening a case through PayPal suddenly they decide to send a phone out the same day that they "supposedly" didn't have in the first place. Then after the phone was returned I have been waiting 4 weeks for a refund that I still haven't got. Absolutely appalling company. NEVER EVER USE PEOPLE I AM NOT THE ONLY PERSON THEY HAVE DONE THIS TO.”

“Order 208796, Only after I ordered, did I see the 10 day delivery, which I wasn't very happy about, the Iphone8 turned up in 6 days, looks brand new, no problems with it, very happy daughter Birthday/Christmas Present sorted. Got very worried when I started reading the reviews, but my experience was very good. Feeling sorry for the other customers I have read about.”

“Ordered a pristine iPhone 7 plus. The phone was in very good condition but earpods had standard 3.5mm jack rather than lightning connector which would have shipped with phone originally (although they did include an adapter), cable was an aftermarket cable and box was from a different phone.”
