“I ordered my phone on the 6th of December still haven't heard anything or still have no phone emailed had nothing back and then they say the phones are going to be back on the 2nd of January and when you ring they are still shut for the Christmas period”

“Initially the Courier company had scheduled a delivery date/time which was not fulfilled..After contact a re scheduled date was made but again this was not fulfilled - eventually the phone arrived 3 days later. IInitial attempts to charge the phone (after 24 hrs the charge reading was 17%) & even with further 24 hr charging the reading eventually dropped to 0%. The phone has been returned as not suitable for purpose Subsequent to the return of the defective no repayment of the initial cost has been forthcoming (seemingly because of a company 30 day refund policy (in my case repayment has now exceeded 60 days ). Under these circumstances I have serious concerns as to the business practices of this company.”
