“3 weeks since taking my money and still no phone. Absolutely appalling. Lied in emails about opening times over Christmas, delivery times and have been promised dispatch is processing as a priority for a week. AVOID (ID210679 in case you want to finally sort)”

“I have been waiting five months for a refund. I have emailed multiple times. Their latest excuse is the Christmas period slowed them down..it wasn’t Christmas 3 months ago. They are in breach of the Consumer Rights Act and guilty of theft.”

“ID 199911 4th November 2018 – I have bought the phone 19th November 2018 – after 11 working days they have not send it 19th November 2018 – after 1000 emails and calls I have cancelled the order and they emailed me back “The refund will be processed on 12/12/18” 12th December 2018 - NO REFUND and they answered me “Your refund will be processed on 17/12/2018” 17th December – NO REFUND and they said “Please await further information” 18th December - NO REFUND and they answered me “Your refund will be processed on 21/12/2018” 21st December - NO REFUND and they said “Please await further information” 2nd January - NO REFUND and they answered me “Your refund will be processed on 15/01/2019” Reading the other reviews I am afraid that I lost my money”

“The quality of the phones is superb! This company needs to focus on: Customer Service - have someone answering the phones and don’t cut callers off when they are finally 1st in the queue ETA - my phone arrived beyond the promised 10 days - an email to update me would have been much appreciated This company is totally solid and I vowe that your order will arrive. If it wasn’t for the negative customer service I would have rated top mark!”

“I purchased a refurbished phone, that didn’t work. Accessing customer services has been problematic & when I have managed to converse with them, the service has been unprofessional and disorganised. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone (unless I really didn’t like them).”

“I purchased 2 iphone x's from them, one space grey and one white. I waited almost a month for my delivery and when I received it there were only 2 space grey phones. On top of that one of the phones doesn't even work. There is an issue with the screen. As soon as I got these faulty phones I emailed them about this and what to do. I've been waiting almost 2 weeks now and don't have a reply yet. I needed the phone urgently as my old phone broke and now I've been left without a phone for almost 2 months. Their customer service is terrible, and the products don't seem to be reliable. If I were to have an issue with my phone in the future I don't know how long it would take for them to fix it.”
