I bought a phone from quick mobile fix, came damaged, straight away asked for a refund and keep being fobbed Off by saying APC have to collect but since buying the phone in was delivered in November and the phone been ready for collection the same day as delivery was made, No one has collected. I will never buy from this company again. Do not waste your money here, shop else where.

I ordered 2 phones on 8th December, now over a month ago and have still not received them. I have lost count of the number of times I have emailed and phoned to find out what has been happening and have got absolutely nowhere; just generic email responses and holding for 20/30 minutes each time I ring. I have received one email to say they have been dispatched, followed by another to say this email was sent in error. I then received another email to say they have been dispatched but when I try and track them, I get a reply to say tracking number is invalid. I have requested the name and contact detail as for the manager and, surprise, surprise no response. I will be pursuing until I get a full refund. Anyone thinking of using this company - DON’T. You have been warned!!!

I do not recommend - the phone came in good quality but no SIMs worked in it for a long time. They also didnt reply to my emails. If you want to get a second hand properly unlocked phone go to giffgaff, they are a lot more trustworthy and have great customer service.

I was disappointed to receive the ipad I ordered faulty. There's no sound as there appears to be something jammed or stuck inside the headphone port. My son was so eager to have it that he wouldn't let me return it, otherwise I would have. Other than that, in good condition and was delivered in the specified time.

I’m getting worried!! My son (18) ordered a phone 20th December, whilst we didn’t expect it for Christmas we are now 10 days in and no phone has turned up! No tracking number received, I phoned today and was On the phone an hour today I a que, after an hour thought I’d got through no answer on the line, I’ve emailed two separate email addresses and Facebook messaged them..... no response!!

Avoid this company Avoid this company if you can, the price was decent for the refurb iPhone I ordered but after the 10 day wait for delivery then being fobbed off for a few more days it was clear they sell phones they do not currently own and source them once they make a sale, in my case they obviously couldn't get one so tried to keep delaying me into keeping my order. I decided to cancel and then they still had the audacity to make me wait the full 14 working days for my refund. I made the order on the 25/11 as a Christmas present which they knew about and I told them I needed the money back asap to use for my sons present but they don't care and keep the money as long as they can get away with. They never answer the phone but do answer emails with generic fob offs. Pay a little extra and use a more reputable company

Awful company. Cancelled my order and requested a refund within 24hrs of buying. 3 weeks later still no refund and ignoring my emails. After 45 mins waiting on the phone they just hung up on me too. They are quite clearly a scamming cowboy outfit. Trading standards and small claims court job now. How they can stay in business let alone sleep at night is a mystery I'm sure they laugh about. Avoid!

I LEFT A REVIEW YESTERDAY WHICH WAS COMPLETELY IGNORED. I ORDER A PHONE ON 30TH NOVEMBER AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. THE COMPANY CLAIM THAT THEY DESPATCHED IT ON 19TH DECEMBER BUT IT IS STILL NOT HERE AND IT SHOWS NO SCANS WITH THE TRACKING NUMBER THAT THEY HAVE PROVIDED. THEY HARDLY COMMUNICATE AND I DO NOT BELIEVE THAT THEY EVER SENT IT. THEY CANNOT PROVIDE ME WITH A ORDER BUT THEY HAVE ALSO NOT REFUNDED MY MONEY AND NO ONE CAN GIVE ME A STRAIGHT ANSWER. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND PLEASE READ ALL THE REVIEWS. IT IS MORE BAD THAN GOOD AND I THINK SOME OF THE GOOD ONES ARE BEING WRITTEN BY THEMSELVES. FRAUDELENT COMPANY THAT TAKES PEOPLES MONEY AND THEN CEASES TO COMMUNICATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought a iPhone 8 Plus with full bundle for my sons Christmas present. It was supposed to have been in pristine condition, but came with micro scratches all over the screen and one more noticeable at the bottom. The box it came in was old and tatty and didn’t match the phone model. It also came with a cheap screen protector which was fitted out of alignment and had bubbles under it. I bought a proper glass screen protector which has disgusting most of the scratches underneath. Overall the phone wasn’t worth the extra money, a better description would be good condition. The box was a waste money. I did complain to customer services, but didn’t get a response.

Worst customer service I've had in my life. Don't buy a used phone with these guys. Their high ratings probably come from the 'fixing' service but not for buying used phones for sure.

Bought a refurbished iphone online. It was faulty and poor condition. Customer service poor, evasive and didn’t listen. Still waiting on refund to be processed two weeks later. Can never get through on the phone either. Buy elsewhere. Cheap for a reason.

ID 199911 4th November 2018 – I have bought the phone 19th November 2018 – after 11 working days they have not send it 19th November 2018 – after 1000 emails and calls I have cancelled the order and they emailed me back “The refund will be processed on 12/12/18” 12th December 2018 - NO REFUND and they answered me “Your refund will be processed on 17/12/2018” 17th December – NO REFUND and they said “Please await further information” 18th December - NO REFUND and they answered me “Your refund will be processed on 21/12/2018” 21st December - NO REFUND and they said “Please await further information” 2nd January - NO REFUND and they answered me “Your refund will be processed on 15/01/2019” 4th January - NO REFUND and they answered me “Your refund will be processed on 15/02/2019” Reading the other reviews I am afraid that I lost my money
