“Brought a pristine phone which came with scratches on and didn’t work at all it kept saying searching so took it to the nearest phone shop and they said the circuit is faulty and due to me taking it there youve now said the warranty is void so I’m about to contact my solicitor as it’s not in at all”

“I have bought this phone for my youngest brother and send away from UK . He was so happy received it. The phone look in very good condition, wasn’t been too much scraps, but one problem he have . When he is charging phone , phone becoming straight very hot , so he can’t charge it probably because it’s very dangerous and looks it’s not will work for a long time.”

“The delivery was unreliable, it was supposed to be ‘signed for’ when I first tracked my item the time said before 5pm Friday, it didn’t turn up . I rang to be told it would be Monday , I received an email saying it had been delivered , no one was at home about 12pm. When I got home my item was outside my flat door ( inside the main building. it was an iPhone £250 . It could have been stolen as anyone in the building could’ve found it .”

“I have never been treated so badly.Terrublr Contradicting information...late and unhelpful emails Ignored request to cancel Sent item anyway which was too late for Xmas Have not refunded my money in over in over 22days since requesting it HAVE NOT REpLIED TO AN OFFICIAL COMPLAINT EMAIL sent four days ago. I will NEVRR use this company again I will be using social media.sites Facebook trip advisor to broadcast to others my appalling experience”

“I ordered a phone on the 4th of Dec. Fast forward 5 weeks later, no phone, refund is still in process as there’s a back log they claim. Absolutely rubbish customer service. I’m at my wit end being pass from Pilar to post. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY”

“Product arrived as described. Happy with it and the fact it arrived before Christmas. However I would rate 5* if the delivery was faster. A good target to set would be to get orders shipped in 5 working days instead of 10.”
