I ordered a phone back in November and waited near enough a month for it to arrive. The order was dispatched around 3 weeks after I ordered it, despite an assurance that it would be sent to me within 10 days and then the delivery company kept returning the phone to the depot despite trying to make alternative arrangements. On the plus side, the phone was immaculate and my daughter is extremely pleased with it. So.... service v bad but phone v good

Sent me the wrong product. Ordered on 8th, received on 24th - I think it literally was right on the brink of the 10 days 'but could be earlier' promise. No inclination to put right the error so I've accepted the wrong product. Asked for recompense rather than pay couriers to swap for correct item. Offered £10 voucher. Declined. Offered £15 voucher and am still yet to receive it..... Won't be ordering again with this company.

Not easily reachable, email response takes 2-3 days and any counter question will take another 2-3 days. When you call the telephone line queue would be most of the time 30+ callers already waiting in the queue and after waiting for more than 30 minutes the line sometimes will be dropped or sometimes it takes more than 1 hour to get someone on the line.

Very good service. Delivered exactly on the date as advised. Good updates on order progress. My iPad was noted as ‘good’ condition. However it is as goog as new. There was no charger so perhaps that’s why it wasn’t rated as ‘excellent’ condition. I will use these guys again.

Purchased an iPhone 6s, the first one that arrived was the wrong size. (16gb not 64). I sent it back and the second one keeps switching off randomly. The phone is fine but it has been frustrating waiting and paying for phones and paying for them to be sent back.

Received phone in good time, in condition as stated. Sent wrong colour asked for black but got grey- not sent it back as ok with colour grey. Generally happy with service company etc.

I am still owed money by these people returned the phone I cancelled they received it back and they still haven’t refunded my money 6 weeks now DO NOT ORDER A PHONE FROM THESE PEOPLE

AVOID AVOID do not use this bunch of scammers. Believe this "firm" has now gone to the wall........Phone line now dow . All the negative reviews are as posted, promise after promise about delivery are lies. If you can get through by phone your lucky and I have now been waiting since 18th December. 10 day delivery, then tomorrow then tomorrow. Well as we all know tomorrow never comes..... Have started a dispute with Pay Pal and reported to Trading Standards.

Orderd a phone on 23rd nov, recieved phone few weeks later. Was meant to be in good condition but was not working! Could not hear when recieving or making calls. Took a while for a response to this, was offered a replacement handset but after finding lots of bad reviews I decided that a full refund would be better. Sent the phone back recorded deliver and they would of recieved phone on 19th of december! just had a e mail to say my refund will be 30 days or by end of January! This is disgusting, the phone was paid up front with my 13 year old birthday money! £277 for a broken phone that wasnlt checked before they sent to us! I will happilly post bad reviews daily until im refunded. Will never use or reccommend mobile fix! Never answer the phone either!!!!!
