Order took about 10 days to arrive. Had no message to say it was dispatched, so was kept guessing until the day it arrived. Phone was packed ok and in good condition.

My daughter saved for many months to buy an Apple Watch series 1 & she found one on the Quick Mobile Fix site that she could afford. So it was purchased on 7 October 2018. We were told that dispatch information would be received within 10 working days. So we waited the 10 working days and then chased. We were told they would check with their dispatch department. We waited longer and then chased again. We were asked to wait another 5 working days which we did. After this I gave up and asked for a refund. I chased several times and was eventually told I would receive a refund on the 5 January 2019! I was absolutely outraged at having to wait for so long for what should just be a simple refund. However, I had little choice other than to wait. The 5 January arrived and still no refund so I chased again. I eventually received a 'pending' payment into my paypal account on 8 January which I finally just received confirmation today from paypal that it cleared on 15 January. Very relieved to have eventually got a refund but find this consumer experience to be totally unacceptable. Quick Mobile Fix may well be ok for fixing things, but I would never buy from this company - it was anything but Quick! My daughter has now finally been able to purchase an apple watch from another company thank goodness!

I bought a reconditioned iPhone 6 s for my daughter for Christmas . It came within 5 days and was in immaculate condition , so I would recommend this company

I am completely fed up with Quick Mobile Fix. I purchased a phone back in October and am still yet to receive the correct one. First I was sent the wrong phone, then the correct was finally sent out but it had a horrendous battery life and wouldn't survive longer than an hour or two before dropping below 10% with very little usage. I have since sent back this useless phone and have been constantly trying to communicate with the customer service team to ensure I am sent a fully functioning phone once and for all, and the responses have been ridiculous. It feels like I am just speaking to a robot, all email responses appear copied and pasted because very little of anything I have said has been taken into consideration and responded to. After emailing requesting I receive a functioning phone asap so I am not without a phone for a long period of time, I received (what seemed) an automated email because it ignored everything I said and just repeated the email I had previously been sent about them receiving my phone back. I am really fed up with the responses I have received, or lack thereof, I just want to receive the fully functioning phone that I paid for and don't want to have to deal with this organisation again.

Received promptly after confirmation of order... Good communication.. Phone arrived in excellent condition and has been used heavily and aggressively by my grandson every day... No issues..and no qualms about ordering from quick mobile fix again.

Avoid this company! I ordered a phone as my current one broke during a software update. Only after I ordered it did I find out that it would take up to 10 days to be dispatched (not very quick!). In the meantime I went and got my current phone repaired and so needed to cancel the order. This then took over a week and 6 emails to get confirmed. Once the cancellation was finally confirmed they said they will refund my money after 30 days! This is easily the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with and there definitely isn't anything quick about them as the name would suggest. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

I got the product as ordered. The only poor part was when I contacted customer services to double-check that the product would arrive before Christmas (which it should have done based on the time that I put the order). They couldn't confirm one way or another, and simply gave me a copy/paste reply, and then asked me to read it again when I said I wasn't that satisfied with the response.

Avoid this company, I ordered a phone back in October, waited a month but had to cancel since it was never delivered. Was promised a refund in November and it is now January- still no refund. Contacting them by email is useless, you get the same excuse every time- they say they're working on it. If I could give 0 stars I would because this company are scammers and they stole my money.

The iPhone arrived a week after it was ordered, although it was not stated it would take that long.. The packaging was disgusting, the charge cable had been used, nowhere does it say that this would be a used item, it was not even put into the box but left in the outer envelopes packaging. The phone itself seems to be working k and in a condition I expected however I would think very carefully before I used this company again. I would say the least it should be labelled as SLAP-DASH and not caring to much once they have your money Think before you buy from these people

scammers !!!!!!i bought a phone on the 20/12/18 iphone 5c blue. i then realised it would not be delivered by christmas. on the 22/12/18 i asked to cancel and my refund to be processed. since then i have asked over 10 ti9mes for my refund. i have been fobbed off at every stage. I have been bullied by this company since 23/12/18. emails telling me it will be processed to refund me but with no date. I then got a date from them 09/01/19 to advise my refund will be processed on the 15/1/2019. today i had another email to say it will be on the 15/2/19 due to them being busy. I called them today and was told. if i want my refund I can open a paypal case. i asked why i cannot have my money today. i was told I will speak with the customer service manager then the finance manager and if the MD agrees we will give you a new date to send money back. i told her this was unlawful and unacceptable. their terms and conditions state 14 day money back guarantee. however that's only if you send a phone back. i was told she would call me back with a new date i can have my money back. this company are scammers and carrying out fraudulent returns and refund. STAY AWAY from them . you will never get your money back - they just fob you off in emails and bully you until you just give up and wait till you can op[en a paypal case. what a joke. trust me do not buy from these scammers.

my phone has been getting repaired for 5 weeks and no response or confirmation from them in that time. I have tried calling customer service and kept on hold for 20-40 mins then hung up on. A simple fix that was quoted as £37 is now being quoted at £140 and no further forward

absolute job the website!! ordered my iPhone on 15th of December was told 10 working days for shipment and might be a delay with Christmas so yeah on then was told would be shipped out 1st or 2nd week in January still nowt.so asked for a refund and told I would have to wait 30 days to receive my money! I would stay away from this site and shop else where. absolutely disgusting.
