After originally ordering a phone on the 16th Aug it never arrived kept getting told it was delayed this went on for 5/6 weeks so I cancelled the order and requested a refund was told then it would take 14 working days to process it's now been 17 working days still no refund it's getting on to be 2 months next week since I parted with my money nearly £600 and not received phone or money back it's a joke will never use your company again

Never got a answer to my e mails that helped no instruction with phone would not have ordered if I had known Your man came with wrong parcel then returned later with the REAL one How yo exist must be down to the many MUG here in Spain

Appalling service. Ordered a phone in August. No phone yet, two months later. No refund either. This company has not kept any of its promises. Don’t use them!

Placed an order on the 13th of September as of the 1st of October not received phone no refund which they agreed to.They have still not returned my money so I’m now considering contacting my bank and also a CCJ do not buy from this company they are dreadful at customer service

Took way too long to receive the phone. I thought it would be 2-3 days but it turned out to be over 2 weeks.

I waited for almost one month for the phone to arrive at end I decided to cancel my order. Now I'm currently waiting for a refund from them. I don't think I will get my money any time soon. Don't buy from them, just as much as you can try and get a new iPhone, if this isn't possible try buying directly from somebody that wants to sell their old iPhone.

Terrible Company. Sent out an ipad with a faulty screen. Went backwards and forwards with them for months, could not get a response for weeks on end. Finally took the device and got the screen replaced elsewhere at a cost of £70. Apparently the device was damaged in transit. No effort at all to resolve

DO NOT USE!!! THEY ARE LIARS AND THEY ARE PROMISING TO DELIVER YOUR PHONE TO BUT THEY ARE JUST KEEP POSTPONING YOU!!! I EMAILED THEM EVERY DAY AND STILL HAVEN'T GOT MY PHONE OR MY MONEY AFTER MORE THAN A MONTH!!!!!! WHEN I ORDERED THE PHONE I'VE GOT AN EMAIL WHERE IT SAID THAT I WILL HAVE MY PHONE IN A WEEK. STILL WAITING FOR A PHONE, FOR THE MONEY OR AT LEAST FOR THEIR REPLY!!!

Ordered phone on 30th Aug, still not received it asked for a refund on 22nd Sep and they have not replied. Absolutely shocking service, take your money but don't give it back. I can't believe I fell for what it said on website. Ordered another phone from Amazon on Sun 22nd came on Tues 24th. 😠😠😠

Terrible service all round. Very little information provided initially as to when the phone would actually arrive. Once it eventually did it was faulty, and having been returned for a full refund over two weeks ago I am yet to receive my money back - which they have confirmed has been received. I hope I won’t have to chase this up too many more times, but expect that I will, before I get my money back. Save yourself the hassle and buy from someone else.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Absolutely disgusted with the customer service revived. Still no phone despite ordering on the 8th September. Was told to allow an additional 4 days, I have done....surprise surprise still no phone!!!!!

Paid over £600 to this company for an iPhone 8 for me and a 7 for my son. Money was taken on 6th September...still no phones but an email to say they are having problems with their quality control department. Promised dispatch 24th to 25th September. Not convinced and will be contacting get my bank for a funds dispute claim as they are not, surprise surprise, getting back about a refund. Disappointed as I have used them before.

Terrible customer service. Had I have had a better service, I could have claimed off the courier for a device damaged in transit. QMF took so long to assist the 30 day window passed and I had to pay for a new screen. DO NOT USE

Extremely horrible experience been waiting over 3 weeks for my phone and it’s still not arrived I have been on google to check reviews & other customers are in the similar position they have been passed on to trading agency to be looked at AVOID THIS COMPANY before you buy please check reviews as a lot of people are in similar position !!!!

These people are absolute crooks - AVOID. Ordered a phone. Waited 5 weeks for a "5-10 day" delivery. Phone died after 5 weeks. Sent back. 5 weeks later, after a lot of hassling from me, they tell me I need a new phone at a cost of £150. The phone I sent back had NO screen damage and was covered by a 1 year warranty. These guys are totally our to steal your money in my opinion.
