Absolutely useless, failed to complete my order then refused to refund my money. I had to go through my credit card company to get a refund. They never answer here phone so if you have a problem you're on your own (go ahead try and call them). DO NOT BUY FROM QUICK MOBILE FIX!!!

Do not use this company, If you do you will regret the day You did. When thing's go wrong you will have a fight on your hands. If you decide to go a head and buy a phone pay by credit card it's the only you will get your money back.

Atrocious. Unbelievably awful. This is a warning I wish I had read before I dealt with this company. They will take your money, refuse to reply and then will not comply with any formal request for a refund. I ordered an emergency phone which simply did not arrive. Every email I wrote demanding it be sent to me was responded to with a half-a*s variation of the same excuse. Fabricated, of course, because I realise now I paid for a phone that simply does not exist. I am currently in the process of kicking up as big a fuss as I can to get my money back. I've even started a legal process. I feel totally scammed, completely stupid and more than anything, super angry. Don't touch this company. My time, money and energy have been utterly wasted on fighting them over these past weeks.

WHY DID I NOT LOOK AT REVIEWS FIRST I have never been driven to write a review - good or bad - but this company is shocking, so much so, that I will be reporting them to the Regulators. I bought a phone based on the statements that they have on their website however I needed to call them a few days later regards a matter and became aware of their reviews. I contacted them by email and by telephone to ask that they honour their statements and dispatch a phone within 7 days. I made it clear that I would take steps if they did not honour those statements and yet here we are no phone, and yet funds taken, and no return call - as promised by their telephone service (having first waited nearly an hour - as I was 47th in the queue). They are run by 2 Directors who have been in the Press (positively) about their success in internet sales companies BUT it feels to me that this company is about to collapse. There is an overdue charge on companies house and every one of the reviews below is damning. I would suggest to the company that they stop taking orders - fulfil the stock requirements needed to clear the outstanding orders and then - when they have rebuilt stock reserves re-open with clear and honest timescales. Whilst I do not know if they read these reviews - I can only hope that my comments can help you.

TOO LATE - I should have read reviews this company is horrendous to deal with . I ordered phone on August 22nd and no dispatch number received yet 15 days later !!! I am not giving them 1 star but in order to write review I had to give a star !! I emailed them and they did answer asking for another 5 working days and they now have had 5 working days - no dispatch number . I emailed requesting a refund surprisingly no answer . But I will be following this up .AVOID AVOID

Everything!!!!!! - AVOID AT ALL COST Poor customer service I ordered my phone, I didn't receive within the 10days....10days really. Then when I finally got through I was told they are working on despatching it soon. After another week I call again and I was told the same. I then asked for a refund and was told it had to get approved and then it would take 14 days.. its been 20 days and no sign of my refund. they don't reply to emails and there phone line are down. I am now going legal and talking to my bank....., AVOID AT ALL COST

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - THEY ADVERTISE STOCK THEY DON'T HAVE AND THEN DON'T REFUND YOUR MONEY WHEN THEY CAN'T SEND YOU WHAT THEY DON'T HAVE!!! I recently ordered a refurbished mobile for my daughters birthday. The 7 day dispatch day came and went as did their 'at the very latest' 14 days. When trying to call them I had to wait on average 2 hours. Each time I called they said please don't cancel, it is next to be dispatched. Needless to say it never arrived. I finally managed to cancel it. I then had to wait for them to confirm they would cancel it and then once they agreed, they then said they would refund within 14 days. The 14 days have been and gone and still no refund. They have had £280 and seem to have no intention of returning it to me. I have now passed the case onto my credit card company, hopefully they will have more luck. BELIEVE THE REVIEWS - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Liquidation Pending? Received a faulty phone, have not had any updates re its return. 40th in queue for their customer services over an hour on hold on moat occasions. Now call centre allegedly being upgraded. Stay away.

I have received a phone after three weeks and has really bad scratches and blemishes all over the phone. And mute button is protracted. I am very disappointed 😞

I ordered a phone on the 6th August...processing the order and delivering my phone took 4 weeks instead of the 7-10 working days it says on their website! DO NOT USE THUS COMPANY! I made the mistake and I don’t want others losing money because of this scam.

Purchased a refurbished Iphone 7+ in good condition. After purchase the money was taken out instantly from my account and by the 5th working day I still had received no confirmation email so I contacted them and the customer service team was extremely rude saying it was my fault for taking so long to call and the phone will be delivered on the 9th or 10th working day instead. By the 9th working day my order said it was still 'processing' which worried me because they use a next day delivery service meaning that if it wasn't dispatched on the 9th day it wouldn't come on the 10th either and as they are not open weekends I would have to wait until the next week. I then sent another email and called them but they ignored the email and cut off the phone lines despite me calling at 10am on Wednesday when they are open. I've still not received the phone and if it doesn't come in the following 2 days I'm going to get a refund but by the reviews it seems like even that will be a long and difficult process. If you want your phone within 2 months don't order from this company.

This company does not deserve even one star. Avoid at all costs. Purchased a phone that was never received in the 7days promised. Then requested a refund and was told it would take up to 14 days to be refunded. A month later I still haven’t had my money back. If you want to lose money quick hand it over to quick mobile fix.

Believe all the bad reviews and don’t touch this company with a badge pole!! They take your money and they don’t deliver, they don’t respond,they don’t refund. If you do risk buying from them, talk to your credit card provider to make sure you can get your money back through them!! You have been warned, if it looks too good to be true the chances are that it is.

I received a phone with broken screen which I returned for repairs or exchange, using their dedicated courrier service, 2 weeks later another courrier service UPS sent me a letter saying they’ve made an attempt for delivery which I rescheduled...The Guy turned up without parcel and said he came to collect a return item on the behalf of quick mobile fix!!! It’s now nearly a month since then and I can’t count the number of unanswered emails I sent asking for updates!!! I once managed to speak to someone on the phone after queuing on the line for more than an hour, only to be told lies on how long it was going to take to get that sorted!!! Worst experience of this type with a company!!! Not to recommend at all !!!

I'M NOT ALONE....DO NOT USE. When you read one person's review indicating a negative experience you often think it's their fault. In an instance such as this where there are so many terrible reviews it's a clear indication that this business is trouble and you should AVOID AT ALL COSTS. You can do a chargeback with either your debit or credit card provider for 6 months following the transaction date. You can do it for a number of reasons: 1. Pure fraud - the merchant namely QMF cannot challenge this. You are guaranteed to get your money back and keep it. 2. Goods or services not received - if you have paid for an item or service and you have not received it or the quality is not up to standard (in your opinion) you can ask the bank to return your money whilst they investigate the merchant namely QMF. If they can provide evidence to substantiate claims they provided the service or goods then the bank will take the money back off you (rarely happens). If they can't you can keep it. 3. Refund not received - if the merchant namely QMF have stated verbally or ideally in writing that an refund will be issued you have to allow them 15 days. QMF say that that time period does not include weekend or bank holidays, this is just another delay tactic, the bank allow them 15 days from the point of them informing you a refund will be issued. If you haven't received it by the end of 15 days contact the bank and they will return the funds to you and investigate further. If you get the money returned under reason 2 or 3 and then somehow QMF provide some sort of evidence to get the money returned to them don't worry. You can still ask the bank to rechallenge it. They cannot defend against a second chargeback. Put pressure on your bank or credit card provider they are there to protect you against firms like this and have a legal obligation to do so. Not all staff members are aware of the various reasons a chargeback / dispute can be raised. Do not write off your money as a mistake on your part and accept it. Put the time in and challenge it, raise it with the bank and get your funds back. I have also taken time to inform both Trading Standards via Citizens Advice and also Action Fraud. Both are aware of this company. If they get enough complaints they will investigate, so take the time to do it to protect others in the future. Make a fuss but make it structured and factual. Finally a case action is not out of the question. It can be easily formulated and I've spoken to solicitors who will take the instruction on a no win no fee basis. Let me know if there is any interest. The wording of the positive reviews sounds like a sales pitch. Features and benefits listed to close those into parting with their money. Absolutely TRUE that they are NOT REAL REVIEWS from REAL CUSTOMERS. I cannot stand firms like this. They promise the world and deliver absolutely nothing at all. A shame as if run in the right way it could be an excellent operation. The reason this firm is still able to make people's lives a misery is due to duped and disappointed clients and ex- clients not making enough fuss and putting the effort into getting those funds back. The chargeback route takes 20 minutes and works so use it. Get your money back and notify anyone and everyone. It takes time but is definitely worth it.

Shockingly poor service 3 weeks plus to fulfill an order is shameful in this day and age, but you were happy to take the money on day one!! Telephone enquires totally useless never better than 28 in the queue Wouldn’t recommend to anyone

The worst online experience I've had in a long, long time. I booked a £19.99 diagnostic service as iPhone wasn't charging. It took their courier 5 days to deliver it and then it took them 2 weeks to decide there was nothing wrong with the phone (which there definitely was - compacted detritus in charging port). Tried to contact by phone - my cordless handset ran out of battery charge before they answered! Had to threaten them with further action to get my phone back. Avoid this bunch like the plague. You have been warned.
