Total joke. Ordered phone. Came damaged and sent it back. Waited 2 months for refund and when I phoned them, the male I spoke to was very rude and just didn’t really care. Not happy and would never use again even if it was the last place to get a phone. I would sooner use a pay phone

WHEN THEY REFUND ME THE MONEY FOR THE UNWANTED ITEM I SENT BACK TO THEM ON THE 8/8/2019 THEN I WILL COMMENT I HAVE BEEN WAITING 4 WEEKS SO FAR. Make that 6 weeks

I have purchased phones from you many times but my last two purchases have been crippled with technical faults that take weeks or months to put right. In the meantime I have to buy a phone elsewhere to keep my family connected. It’s a false economy buying from you.

I ordered a phone 3 weeks ago got nothing email and phone them and no answer from them had to cancel it and I have wait another 2 weeks for my money back if I am lucky report them to trading standards don't buy from them

I ordered a I phone 6s 25 days ago and have not received it. I have contacted the customer help address and did get a response after a week to tell me to wait until 10 working days and I have heard nothing at all after about 12 working days I asked for a refund and I have had no response at all. Shocking really so please don’t be stupid like me and order from somewhere else, I did and got a used phone within 2 days from a decent company. So as it stands I have no phone from quick mobile fix and they still have my £149. Not good is it really ?

On 29/07/2019 I ordered a mobile handset from their online store and within a day I request ed cancellation of the same purchase. To today's date, I have not received a refund. The Consumer Contract (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 state that If I so wish, I can cancel the order up until delivery and fourteen days thereafter. Upon cancellation, I should receive a refund within fourteen days and by the same means paid. It has been a month now. Please note that I will be highlighting concerns about your business practices to trading standards given that you have not refunded me within the enforced timescale by legislation. Waste of time and money. If i could I would give them minus stars.

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with, on the phone waiting for an hour to speak to some imbecile, that wouldn’t let me get a word in, then had the audacity to say I was imagining previous contact. Wouldn’t buy plug from this company in future and certainly wouldn’t recommend to anyone. As for your questions below: tried all options of communication, still waiting,and a joke for your customer service.

DO Not I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER from these SCAMMERS. Took £304 from me. I am a single parent on low income. Still no phone, no refund and a very upset little girl who wanted her phone. The worst company ever.

I’ve been waiting over 4 months for a refund. At first I had some communication with them and now nothing. The worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They are thieves and shouldn’t be trading. Stay well away from this company

I ordered this phone on the site (it being over £350 or $426 U.S) and the had emailed me 6 days after, the day it was supposed to arrive, telling me that they can’t ship it because it might be “fraud”. I emailed different people and we worked through it and we decided that a refund would be the best. They told me within 14 business days I would get it and that was 3 weeks ago. I’ve been trying to email and call them but every time I get no answer. Because you didn’t refund someone back, doesn’t mean you ignore me. Their management skills in this aspect is really poor and I DO NOT RECOMMEND. DO NOT BUY

Terrible customer service, still waiting on a refund of £579.99. Bought a refurbished Iphone X on June 18th, and took over three weeks to come (we bought an iphone to replace a broken one, the time frame is never stated on the website and we feel they stalled until they got a matching refurbished iphone x in stock to send to us) The telephone line to contact them does not work, I have been on hold 'next in queue' for over an hour multiple times. They communicate via email and are very slow. Once we received an iPhone, we found within a week that the bluetooth wasn't working and the phone did not receive 4G without having to restart it constantly. We quickly returned it within their 14 day money back guarantee and we are almost in September and are still waiting for our refund of £579.99. Very disappointing service with a lack of communication which makes me afraid I will never get our money back. It has been a stressful almost three months dealing with these people!

Very poor. Device speaker broken within 6 months......apparently not covered under warranty????? Over £200 to fix after paying over £600 for two pristine condition phones only 6 months earlier. Will NEVER use again!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE !!! This is a absolute joke of a business and i will be contacting trading standards and taking legal action against them. Ordered a new device 21st july , advised up to 14 working days before tracking info sent to me. we are now o the 14th working day with nothing.Waited 14 days for nothing and to be charged for something i dont have. Be warned but like all the other reviews there is nothing positive to say at all.SCAM FRAUD DISSAPOINTING

Poor quality service! The iPhone 6s I bought was supposed to be in pristine condition but the battery were poor quality. Sent an email complaining to support but did not receive any reply. Not to be trusted!

Really bad experience never ordering from them again. I’ve been waiting for 2 weeks and haven’t received my order and I’ve sent multiple emails and gotten no helpful replies. Bad customer service and I’m not satisfied at all.

Over 1 month later I am still to receive my refund. Clearly this company is scamming people and just taking your money. They owe me almost 500 pounds, I do not get any straight answers and my refund was supposed to have been processed on the 21st of July, but on that day they said it would be done on the 23rd and then changed it to the 1qth of September, but then changed it to the 28th of August. But of course on the 28th of August my refund has not gone through and I have informed my bank of the fraud and should have my money back in 7days. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SCAM COMPANY AS YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

Still waiting after 2 weeks plus. Promised it was packaged on Friday and would be sent today. Still nothing. Wish I had read reviews as wouldn’t have touched them. Feeling very stressed about it all
