You are fraudsters, my son has spent all his savings on a phone which hasn't arrived and no one will reply. I want to get his money back. Criminals!!!

After waiting a week for a mobile, I cancelled my order and asked for a refund. They agreed to this, but two months later I still haven't had the refund after repeated emails. Liars and frauds.

The worse service I have ever received from a retailer. Purchased a refurbished iPhone on 25 Jul 19, sold as excellent condition, once received it worked for no longer than 5 mins, I returned the handset and had confirmation it was signed for 1st Aug 19. Since then I have been battling to get my money back, nearly £200, they rarely answer emails, on every email I’ve sent I have asked that they call me, I am still waiting for that call. I was on hold this morning trying to call them for 43 mins before they just cut me off. They advertise they aim to repair phones in 24-48 hours, I would not believe that as they can’t manage to refund in over 2 weeks & just received an email saying it could be more than another 14 days to get my money, which is outside the 14 days refund they promise! DO NOT USE, most unprofessional service I have ever received, a complete con shop

I bought the iPhone 8 Plus, but it was about 9 days and it was not shipped or sent the tracking number, then I sent a request to cancel the order and refund the money. That I signed out when I decided to buy from this site

Short story: LIED TO REPEATEDLY, GENERIC EMAILS, 2 MONTHS WAITING FOR A FIXTURE ON A FAULTY PHONE THAT NEVER HAPPENED AND 4 MONTHS OVERALL OF ARGUING WITH THE COMPANY ON A DAILY BASIS JUST TO GET MY MONEY BACK ON A PHONE THAT NEVER WORKED!! Long story: I bought a second hand phone through this company, a Samsung everything looked great when it arrived no marks or scratches but the first time I tried it, it died immensely quickly! I told the company and they offered to take it back and fix it. I agreed and sent the phone back. Some time went by with no word, I emailed to ask and got told I would get an update ... once again nothing, I had to email on several occasions. First they would be 1to 3 days then 5 to 7 then it changed again to 7 to 10 days for fixtures it then 2 weeks later nothing. Emailed and told a further 3 days .. waited .. 23 days later still no phone or update even! Tired of waiting asked for refund as simply too long and lied too over and over, they said it was past the 14 day period which to them included emails and delivery of which alone totaled nearly the full 14 days just to send of in the first place. Finally nearly a month and a half later got the phone only to note they had done NOTHING to it! Offered an exchange but was done with the company and didn't want the hassle and lies. This is when I began looking into my rights and demanded a refund Once again can't apparently do though by law if the company offer a repair and it has not worked it you can get money back. Finally offered to take back and look into the issue. Sent an email saying it would be 14 days for the return, once again much the same as last time, so I'm now at the stage of being very close to taking them to court. Only when this is said do they begin to respond. Another month and a bit ... SO MUCH wasted time arguing and waiting on them and being lied to I finally got my money back! (4 MONTHS IN TOTAL)

Busy trying to get my money back as the goods were not as described, very poor customer service. Would not recommend, go elsewhere, save yourself a lot of grief.

😡😡😡😡furious, beware, l ordered and paid in full on the 21st July, serious concerns with this company, repeated in a long queue phone calls, numerous auto reply emails, lies about posting with no tracking no 1 month on no phone ref ID243598

my daughter bought an Iphone 7 plus on 28th June 19 costing £289.99. A (faulty) phone was eventually was delivered a month later and because it was not working correctly it was returned straight away. We then had an email saying that it had been received by Quick Mobile Fix on the 23rd July The next communication was an email on the 31st July to say that it had been processed for a replacement, we are STILL WAITING for that replacement!! Emails have been sent and not replied to, either return our money or send a working phone! Almost 2 months is not acceptable.

Scammers i paid in full for a iPhone. 7 phone only to be told 2 weeks later that my phone still ain’t ready to be shipped and they don’t know when it will was lied to on the phone on 3 separate occasions and had to wait 30 minutes just to get through which I have the proof , I had to cancel my order still waiting on refund !

Absolutely terrible. Its been nearly 3 weeks that i am waiting for my refund and still no reply from anybody. Believe me, i will be leaving bad review after bad review on their website. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Placed my order thinking the phone would be shipped the next day as the website showed it as in stock. After a week and still no email to say it shipped I decided to cancel the order as it was for my daughters birthday and I didn't want her losing out, so I decided to get a brand new phone on a second line from my current provider. I called to cancel the order but was on hold in a que for an hour yet my number in the que never changed during this time. I had to email to cancel my order. Then the phone got shipped to me anyway after I had cancelled the order, so I refused delivery and the courier returned the phone to sender. Then get told it takes 14 working days to get my deposit refund when the money was taken from my account 1 min after I entered my details. I don't see why it is dragged out for so long.

Worst company ever, I ordered a phone for my son on 22nd July then changed my mind so cancelled and I've still been waiting for a refund, I've called up today and the customer service department is a joke and have told me I need to wait an additional 24-48hours for the accounts department to contact me...

I have now waited 2 weeks after being told 7 day dispatch time, I have emailed 3 times with no reply..phone was for my grandson starting high school, if it showed delivery would be longer I would never have ordered.. Not impressed at all.. my grandson has now had no phone to start school, and bought for him in case any emergency was to arise.. Ps... have now had my money since day I ordered it, but can’t reply to email.. doesn’t give me much confidence for a 12 month warranty, if this is how they treat u as a new customer.

Do not use this company. I only managed to get my order dispatched by complaining after waiting over a week. When the device arrived it was faulty and I’m still waiting for them to supply me with a return label and they are now ignoring my emails. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY
