DON NOT USE THIS COMPANY Won't pay for phone they bought "Lost it" Sold my phone and sent it to them by Collect+ (tracked) The phone has "gone missing". They keep stalling on the payment for the phone. Very dodgy behaviour. I doubt I will ever be paid for the iPhone I sent them. QMP have been investigating this Collect+ tracked insured delivery for over 5 weeks now. It is too long. Just pay for the phone, you have postal insurance. Claim on it and pay me. It was sent nearly 3 months ago! - not quick at all. If this is not resolved within 1 week I will file a money claim in the court. Everyone can see this for themselves how difficult is it to get through to the company to try to get them to pay. Call the company's number 0208 5000 308 - you will be number 30 or 40 in the queue calling for over an hour.... and then simply cut off! Try it! Dodgy. No reply to emails for weeks on end. Very poor.

Do not use this company- ordered a mobile with a 7 working day delivery ( paid the money) 7 working days passed & still no delivery. Then received an email informing me a 2 week delay, so I cancelled & still haven’t received my money back ( 1 month later). Now having to contact my credit card to sort out. Thank goodness I paid on Credit Card.

I purchased a phone for my son after waiting two weeks for the phone to arrive I found out that the phone did not even exist, when i asked for a full refund i was told i had to wait 14 working days for a refund on a phone that i never even received! there is no reason at all why a refund could not of been processed in 48 hrs i know i do it all the time. The customer service team were unhelpful & would not put me in contact with the Finance team. So i waited 14 working days on day 15 I contacted them nothing had been processed apparently the Finance team now have no phones on there desk only email the lad i spoke to said they will contact you withing the next 48hrs you can imagine my response why do i need to be contacted all i need is my refund today which is already 15 days waiting, this company is a joke DO NOT USE. Stil waiting for them to contact me 2 hours on the phone hanging on for them to pick up just keeps ringing.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced from a company. Placed an order for an Iphone X last Thursday. Have since sent multiple emails asking for an update - not to speed delivery but to ensure there is someone at home when the order is delivered. The Customer Service team appears to be totally unable to answer the simplest of questions, rather favouring firing back template answers regarding delivery. Attempted to track the order online, but the page is never updated past 'Processing' although my order appears to be marked as unpaid, despite the company having had £600 of mine for over a week. So I query this also, and once again receive a response which bares little resemblance to the question asked. Attempt to call, to get an automated message stating I'm 25th in the queue, then 21st in the queue when I call again. Email once again asking for an update and confirmation that they do, in fact, have my money. Get an automated response saying they will respond within 24 hours. It can't be that difficult surely!!! Have now, unfortunately, read the reviews of the company stating that they are unreliable, scammers, and that this level of customer service is what they provide across the board, as well as reviews from previous employees stating that the level of refurbishment on the phones is substandard at best. The promised 'up to seven working days for delivery' of my order is Monday so I will await an update by then, but am feeling far from hopeful. Update: received an actual phone call from a man called Lee, who was actually helpful and seemed to have some customer service experience, after posting my review on Friday. He confirmed I would receive a further update today (Monday) as it was the seventh working day. Received an email from one of the less helpful members of the team this morning confirming I would receive an update by the end of the day. Of course, I received no such thing. Therefore my phone is now late and I have zero idea of when it might be received. Ordering through this inept company was a huge mistake. Avoid at all costs. Further Update: Finally received phone - ironically after I had just been told it would take at least another 10 days and I tried to cancel the order. Item was a different colour to the one ordered and when I tried setting up, Quick Start did not work. If it was a different company, I would ask for a refund or a different phone, however knowing how long this process would take, if it was ever resolved, I will keep the phone for now and see whether I encounter any further issues. Laughably, the last email I received from them stated 'we are always happy to help'. This was from the least helpful customer service representative I have ever encountered (I will name no names otherwise I suspect my review will disappear) and I'm not sure whether it was meant to be ironic or not! Final Update: Phone only works sporadically, has 'no service' 90% of the time (in same area as previous phone had full coverage). Needs to be returned but struggling with the energy to deal with this awful company again.

I ordered my iPhone 8 wanted the 10 but there told me none in stock I placed my order on the 07/07/2019 I still have not received my iPhone I called numerous times, I was on hold for over 1hr before someone answered and fobbed me off saying you will diffently get yr phone end of week This company is a joke!! Please do not order you will never get your phone!! I’m going to cancel my order and Full refund!!

We ordered a phone, it came and half the screen did not work. You told us to do a factory reset which did not work so you sent us a returns label told us you had received it but now we are off the radar and you have not refunded us as I requested or sent another phone not good enough

Ordered phone, receive email saying delivery within 7 working days but if not received by 10th to click this link Got email saying wouldn’t be delivered till 24th (22 days after I ordered) Emailed saying no good as it was a birthday present and cancel it (11/7/19) told 14 days to process, week later received email saying order despatched!! Emailed them back (18/7/19) and told to return it then takes upto 72 hours for them to check the phone then 14 working days to process refund - so a month at least till I get my money back - ridiculous Told they would “look into it” and not heard a peep from them since AND everything is done through email - not once contacted directly regarding this Will NEVER order through them again and advise others to avoid. Updated 22/8/19 STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND - 16 WORKING DAYS AFTER THE REFUND HAD BEEN PROCESSED (bearing in mind they told me 14 working days) and a ridiculous 6 weeks AFTER I told them to cancel the order - emailed them a further 4 times and not heard a thing from them whatsoever. Tried phoning but office closes at 4pm. Seriously avoid this company, happy to take your money but if your not happy and want a refund it’s like getting blood from a stone.

After not receiving the phone for a week I have called to cancel the order and asked for a refund. I was told it will be processed and money returned. It was not, instead the phone (which is no longer needed) has been sent to me after more than two weeks. Waiting time on the phone to customer services is hours. Terrible service.

Most awful customer service I have ever come across for a member of customer service to tell that it’s not their problem that my phone has taken 2 months to be delivered and that I should of brought my phone somewhere else!!!! Awful will never use this company again! Rude staff! Not good delivery time took 2 months to receive my phone!

1 star as no option for 0 stars. Had iPhone X for less than 2 weeks. Had to send back because of screen fault. Apparently repaires take 24 to 48 hours. Taken 3 to 4 weeks to repair. No updates by phone or email. Poor customer service takes over an hour just to speak to someone on the phone. Regret my purchase will not be returning. Stay well clear of this shoddy company.

Absolutely terrible, avoid at all costs. Placed an order on 25th June for an iPhoneX, still not received the handset or a refund! Customer service is shocking, just get passed around and no one gives you a response.

DISGUSTING If i could leave a 0 star review I would. I waited 4+ weeks for my device only to find that once it had arrived that is was cracked/ scuffed. Having paid for a PRISTINE IphoneX I would not expect this I have then escalated this to customer service who have refused to do anything about it, sending their 'apologies' . NOT GOOD ENOUGH
