i ordered an Iphone 7 on the 19th July, after getting an email confirming that it will take 7 days to deliver . I was like OK , this might take time but i will wait . With concern i called customer service twice , they assured me that it will be dispatched Monday or Tuesday. I emailed customer service all i get is automated emails and the response i got from customer service that my phone will be dispatched by early next week because of quality control issues . which i do not believe them at ALL! i shouldn't be calling or emailing them at all for updates about my phone . Very bad experience i ordered a phone which never came, after that I cancelled the order and asked for a refund and I still haven't received my money back..I don't recommend this company at all , stay away

They said delivery no more than 10 working days phone arrived 12 days later. They said phone was fully refurbished. Phone not refurbished. Very poor quality. Phone returned within 3 days. They agreed a refund. They said up to 14 working days. Refund 17 working days later. This company cares little for customer service. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely shocking. Avoid this company at all costs. I ordered an iPhone 7 on 28 June as I needed one for work ASAP. After nearly 2 weeks I received an e-mail saying the phone was out of stock! I then requested a refund, and was told it would take 14 'working' days (nearly 3 weeks), effective from 2 days AFTER I had requested the refund. Today was the day I was supposed to get the refund and to no surprise it hasn't gone through. I called customer service today and waited nearly an hour to speak to someone. When they finally answered I was told they don't deal with refunds and refused to put me through to someone who did. I am now preparing to take this company to court as they have essentially stolen my money. I am sure that they do this just so that they can make interest on the money whilst it's in their hands. It is absolutely shocking that companies can get away with things like this is should be illegal. Please listen to my advice: and AVOID QUICK MOBILE FIX!

Do not touch this company. Terrible service. I ordered a phone and I waited and waited for it and by about Day 12 I got fed up and cancelled my order. This was end of June and I still haven’t had my refund. I have sent about 5 emails complaining and requesting my refund but as yet I have had no response. I have tried to call but always about 30 people on hold before me. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I am over £500 down and can’t afford to wait for this. Terrible service. Very unreliable.

I'm currently taking Small Claims court action against them for not paying a refund promised. They have this ridiculous 14 day promise which they don't seem to keep, whereas my credit card company says they can do a reversal of the transaction online, instantly. Latest is they have rejected the claim and put in a statement saying to the Court, "The customer has raised a chargeback with their bank. We have accepted the chargeback, so the customer is due to be refunded by their bank” This is despite the fact that they know nothing about my bank and have not asked me for the information, so have they have given a false statement on a court document. I ordered a phone at the start of July which they sent me after the 10 working days when their confirmation email said no longer than 6 working days. This phone was faulty when it arrived as no earpiece or mic working although I was able to make bluetooth telephone calls from the car. I informed them that the phone was faulty & they sent me details on how to reset the phone which I did without it improving the phone so still unable to make telephone calls away from the car. the first email I received after I told them that the fixes didn't work told me that my 1 year warranty had expired (having had the phone for 24 hours) then they did apologise for the email being sent in error & offered me a repair or replacement to which I requested a replacement as I didn't trust the product they had sent. yes they arranged carriage to return the product (bearing in mind they say their shipping is all next day) I packaged the phone up & used their shipping method. When I tracked the returned item I found that they were using a 5 day service. they did not treat the email request for a replacement as the order but waited until they had received the faulty product to process the replacement order & emailed to say that this replacement would be shipped in upto 10 working days, this is now 1 month without a product that had been paid for so as they were stating I had to wait another 10 working days (2 weeks) I requested that they cancel the order & give me a full refund now I have received another email stating that once the cancellation is authorised in upto 48 hours I then have to wait 2 weeks for the refund to my card 38 emails over this month have been received & sent

I received the phone 10 days after order and it is faulty. Unable to set finger print password or access any apps as scene jumps back and forth. Despite returning the phone on the 12/7/19 i have had no updates.

Ordered an Iphone 8 on the 1st July. Contacted them on day 10 where I was informed it would arrive by 24th July. I requested a refund on 10th July. Still have not received the refund. They are advertising products that they do not have in stock. Awful customer service after purchasing a phone from them previously.

DO NOT I REPEAT NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!! I’d give zero stars if I could. 2 months ago I ordered my phone. paid for next day delivery. About 5 weeks in I received a phone that was faulty, sent back, still no phone. Customer service is shocking, only receive emails when I bug them for a response (even then no update is given), been on the phone for 1 hour three separate times and been ‘number 1 in the queue’ for a very long time but never being able to speak to anyone. I’m going to cancel my order. Don’t order from here ever. I would go somewhere more professional with a better service next time.

Failure to deliver phone on time. Reason quality control Another date given 14 days later still no phone. Emails not being answered. Advice.....contact your bank cancel dd My bank investigating and returned my deposit.

I purchased an Iphone as a birthday gift for my daughter. 15 days later it still had not been dispatched and I would not receive the phone in the time I required. I had to purchase elsewhere. The website claims items will be dispatched within 7 - 10 days.

I ordered two phones on 26/06/19 received rose gold iPhone 7+ on 09/07/19. Still waiting for black iPhone 7+ 29/07/19. Not happy. Excuses excuses got a £20 voucher wanted a case for phone not available 😤Voucher will go towards interest on credit card!!!

Its been nearly 6 weeks company sent a handset that was broken I've now had to return this and wait the. 14 days for a different handset. Call waiting time has never been under an hour!

This company has become terrible, the customer service is shockingly bad, I will never use again. A phone I purchased from them went faulty so was returned under 12 month warranty. It’s now 8 weeks later and I still don’t have a phone! I have had to chase them by email and phone (1 hour wait!) and have been told they will contact me but never do. Eventually they couldn’t fix phone so said will send a refurbished replacement, that was more than 2 weeks ago. The name of the company and recorded message when calling really runs it in..... quick mobile fix ..... we can fix your phone in 24 or 47 hours.... yeah right! Avoid at all costs there are much better companies out there!

I ordered a phone that they advertised they had. It took 10 days for them to write back and let me know that there would be a delay in getting this phone to me. I asked for a refund as you can get it much quicker (Within 24 hours as it happens) elsewhere. This was ignored until I sent a further email. Their response was that a different department would have to be informed before this could be authorised. It would take them up to 48 hours to do this! Once authorised it would take a further 14 days before I received my money back. It has now been 28 days with a further 3 emails sent with nothing but promises of further delays before I get my money returned. As I now have no faith or expectation of them ever voluntarily returning my money I will be writing as many warning messages as possible. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Terrible company, don’t dispatch phone as sold in time frame and then don’t give you your money back. DONT BUY FROM THEM . Total crooks. Still awaiting a refund. My next stop will be contacting inland revenue as if they run a business like this then their books must be a total Fairy Story.

BEWARE!! After cancelling an order I placed and waiting patiently for a refund, I have still not received this after 14 working days as per Quick Mobile Fix’s Terms and conditions. I’ve tried on numerous times to call them over the last few days, each time having to wait over an hour to get to ‘no 1’ in the que, however each time the phone has cut off and placed me back in the que! Shocking customer service, it feels like this company are keen to take your money but don’t like giving it back!!

I recently bought an Iphone 7 from this company and all was fine until last week. The phone became really hot and the screen went black. Now it is incapable of repair. The phone is useless and I would only be able to sell it for parts.(£20) Really disappointing as I only had the phone for about 3 months and spent over £230!!! Now I have to spend more money on a replacement. Will not recommend this company as when i emailed them they said my warranty was void and they would not replace the device. AVOID!!!

Received a set of headphones packed with iPhone 7 Plus, the phone doesn’t work with it. Complained about it but awaiting for a response yet.
