“I ordered a refurbished iphone 7,the price was good it took a long time to come. I loaded all my information thru iTunes went well used it for three days and found it was heating up as you charged eventually I had a black screen set it back and tilltoday no word so that’s why I rate it very poor will not buy from them again”

“This company doesn't even deserve a 0 rating. I ordered in mid June received a faulty phone sent it back 2days later took ages to fix only to let me know on the 19th July a replacement will be sent out which will take another 7-10days. Apparently this is for a rigorous testing process. So why did i receive an iphone x with a faulty charging port that was supposedly tested rigorously only to be told it may have been damaged in transit. They didn't even have the decency to expedite my replacement. Absolute rubbish customer service, i would strongly recommend never to purchase from this company. Purchase from envirophone or musicmagpie 10-20£ more dearer but you will have a fully working order mobile phone within 3days. PS quickmobilefix policy of repairs 24-48hours is absolute non-sense because it will take 5-7days for them to receive your phone to repair plus 7-10days testing. Why are these refurbished phones advertised before being rigorously or fully tested. I'm sorry it is absolute non-sense of a company policy procedure.”

“DO NOT ORDER from this company. I ordered my phone and kept getting emails saying quality control problems so order delayed. Three weeks later another email saying delayed again and no date. You NEVER get a proper answer only general emails. I am waiting for a refund but reading previous reviews this will be a problem too. DISGUSTING customer service. I didn't even want to put one star but wouldn't let me leave blank.”

“i waited the full 7 days for my phone it to be delivered and immediately found it faulty. i returned it immediately on the day it was delivered only to be told that it would take a further 10 days to send another . i decided to cancel my order at this point . i am still waiting for my money to be returned. this apparently is going to take a further 18 days. there is nothing quick at all about this company.”

“Day 8 and no communication beyond initial purchasing email. Rang customer service 27 calls waiting. After 30 minutes 15th in line. Do I anticipate delivery on Friday - no. Wish I'd read reviews before purchasing. This is poor service!”

“As having worked in customer service my entire career and currently having my own customer focussed business presently I feel that I am more than qualified to pass judgement on this company Quick mobile fix. I genuinely hope this review will prevent someone experiencing some of the worse customer service I have ever experienced, I ordered a mobile phone for my teenage daughter the order informed me the order will be dispatched within a few days, as I write this still no product some 3 weeks later, the list of excuses is unbelievingly poor, I wonder if this company actually has the stock it advertises or merely takes the money and then tries to source it, my hope is companies like amazon will shut these clowns down sooner rather than later, please, please don’t purchase anything from these people you will regret it!”

“On Day 15 they still had not even dispatched my phone - so my business has suffered to - and could give me NO DATE FOR DISPATCH! So I cancelled and now must wait another 2.5 WEEKS for a refund - if I ever get it. These people are selling phones that they do not have in stock and then keeping your money for 5 weeks if you cancel - they ought to be reported for operating under false pretences - which I would do if I had a phone!”

“Ordered, 6 working days later got an email with a further 14 working day delay. No doubt in my mind they are selling phones they do not have in stock. AVOID AVOID AVOID. When I eventually managed to speak to customer dis-service to cancel, I was told a refund would be at least another 3 weeks!”

“Avoid at all cost, don't waste your money or time. I bought (what I thought was the case) a phone for my daughters Bday, firs I received that item been delayed, the time scale was too late, so cancelled the order now exact a month ago. They confirmed that refund will be processed within 14 working days. Which I thought ok fair enough that's what most companies do. Now one month passed obviously no refund. I know going through PAypal dispute as I believe they bunch of scammers who just collect the money that's it. Please don't be fooled like me.”

“Ordered a refurbished IPhone 7. Non-delivery within 7 working days. Chased them up. Still no delivery after 10 working days. Cancelled order. No refund received within 14 working days. Chased them up. Still no refund after 16 working days of cancelling order. Avoid this company at all costs. Phone was ordered and paid for by a charity. I don't personally believe that they have the phones in stock they are letting people purchase through the website and then they withhold refunds as long as they can with no regard for the customer. Trading standards will be informed.”

“Got an iphone 7 from them. It broke after one day. When we sent the phone back we were refused a refund. They 'fixed' the phone. It broke in the exact same way again. Stay away these guys are scammers”
