The speakers in the phone we bought are terrible. You have pestered me for a review 6 times, this one after the last you promised was the last. So review, 1 below very poor, shitty. Now stop bugging me!

Ordered a phone. Sent out overnight delivery. We set it up but it only worked using WiFi. I couldn’t make it receive calls or texts except iMessage when at home/connected to WiFi elsewhere. We took phone to Apple thinking it was a settings issue to be told it was faulty. Contacted QMF and they refused a refund as it had been 14 days (this was day 15) We went on holiday and sent phone back upon return. They agreed to a replacement phone.... it’s been over 2 weeks now and they will not tell me when they are giving me a replacement. They’ve taken my money and not provided the goods. It’s unacceptable. They lie and they need to be investigated by trading standards

I purchased a phone two weeks before going to visit my family in another country and was planning to give a phone as a present. However, they took 10 days to just tell me that they had some kind of error within their quality control and they’ll dispatch the phone in another 7 DAYS!! I asked for a refund and bought another phone. My refund is still not received, their customer service is terrible, the most unprofessional people to deal with.

With out doubt one of the worst companies I have had the misfortune to deal with. Much longer wait for item than advertised, held for an hour waiting to speak to customer service. Told item was despatched when it wasn’t. Too early to comment on performance of iPad but battery doesn’t seem to be lasting long. All in all a dreadful experience

I wonder what the collective term is for a number of lies. Ahhhhhhh, of course, silly me it is Quick Mobile Fix. Joking aside what an horrendous company to deal with, they lie, take your money and lie again and again. Don’t be fooled into thinking that they have what they advertise in stock as they do not. They appear to await a phone being traded in and then classify it as good or pristine, although this is an assumption as the phone I ordered never arrived. Their excuses are creative though, we will deliver it in ‘x’ days as it is currently with our quality control team, good trick guys as it doesn’t exist. So we have dealt with the product but now we really get creative. Order cancelled as they failed to deliver, try and get your money back, that is a challenge fitting only the exceptionally brave. Lie, excuse, lie, excuse, lie and on and on we go. You may get the feeling that I am somewhat disenchanted with this bunch of modern day highwaymen. If you think me wrong or unfair then so be it, good luck to you and I hope you get a better throw of the dice then I did or should I say am as I have paid for a phone I have never received. Good luck and I hope you do not say Bon voyage to your money. Oh and when looking at the questions below they do not have a length of time to cover the period in question and customer service nil points as there isn’t any.

This company is a disgrace. I ordered a phone for my son on the 4th June 2019 it stated that the phone would be sent out within 7 days, this did not happen. I contacted them by email and asked to cancel and asked for a refund for the phone, I was told I would receive a refund within 14 days. I have now received a text saying that they are taking 4 further payments out of my bank account starting on Friday 4th July for the remaining payment for the phone. Again I contacted them to be told the finance department are looking into this ! NO PHONE AND THEY ARE STILL CHARGING ME FOR IT ! Tried calling and was on hold for 85 mins and didn't get through to anyone. DO NOT USE

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Awful service, bought a phone from them on June and still nothing. Emailed them about it said it would be dispatched between Monday - Wednesday called today ( Tuesday) and was told that it would be dispatched Friday. Completely ridiculous, wished I had read the reviews before made my order. Disgusting service , called in the morning was first in the queue and it still took me 30min or more to have someone answering me and the got hack up straight after so I had to call again no more than 1 minute and was number 16 in the queue and had to wait an hour or more. DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. I would give it no star at all if it was possible.

Have used this company twice before and they were great so I decided to use them to get my new phone. Big mistake, ordered and paid for it on 17th May, 31 emails, numerous calls (which always get cut off) later, still no phone.......

Should have read this before going down the itll be ready in 6 -7-10 now 13 days with still 5 days to wait and not too sure thatll be the end of it. Snooty email from customer relations rapping me on the knuckles for being impaitant asking if it was on its way after only waiting 6 days. Will cancel order but now too hopefull of getting anything back.

One of the worst companies I have had the misfortune to deal with in my entire adult life. Please take it from me DO NOT attempt to even think of buying or repairing any device from or with this company. They are the personification of a nightmare company - I have gone through it to save the heartache.

Stay clear of quick mobile fix- I received a refurbished phone with a small fault which led to screen lifting, now they are trying to charge me to fix it, after previously agreeing to replace phone. Terrible customer service, they are unhelpful and do not care about customer satisfaction.

If could post zero stars I would. Absolutely awful.. Waited longer than advertised, phone didn't work as promised. Don't bother calling unless you want to spend over an hour on hold. Now refusing to give a refund. Reported them to trading standards. **AVOID** Don't waste your money!!

*** WARNING*** Order ID233224 Ordered an iPhone 7 Plus, no progress on the tracker for 2 weeks. Cancelled my order and requested a refund which was meant to take 14 days, its been a month since my order and still no refund. No response from the customer service emails address, so I've started the legal route with a formal complaints letter. Avoid this company.

Order ID 235916 Just another review from a dissatisfied customer. I will keep this relatively short. Initially given the runaround via email so cancelled the order and purchased elsewhere. Unfortunately, I took up the offer of splitting the payments over 3 months for an iPhone7. Nowhere can I find any reference to the fact that the interest free finance is provided by an external finance house called Divide Buy (only found as reference on payment made by my bank). I paid the first payment and then to my surprise, despite receiving a cancellation email from QMF that the order had been cancelled, find that further payments will be taken by Divide Buy unless QMF formally let them know the order has been cancelled. In essence therefore I will continue paying for something I have never received. I could I expect cancel the Standing Authority with my bank but am concerned that this might well show on my credit report as a failed payment.

If i could l give no stars i would, extremely bad customer service, cancelled order within 24 hrs and money was taken from My account immediately but trying to get a refund of my money is proving impossible, (been 3 weeks now) Do not use this company under any circumstances

Where do I start... 1: phone ordered didn’t arrive in stipulated (long) time. 2: called and on hold for approximately 1 hour. Was given 2nd time frame. Phone still didn’t arrive in time so ordered from another company and received good phone inside 18 hours 3: Cancelled order and requested refund which in total took 28 days to arrive in back in my account including another hour long wait on the phone. I’m not saying don’t use them but do not expect fast service from ‘quick mobile fix’

Phone was delivered a week late. The battery life on the phone is appalling however it is in nice condition and it was reasonably priced
