“IF YOU'RE THINKING OF USING THIS COMPANY THEN DONT!!!! They have £650 of my money for over a month, no phone, 5 ‘promised’ delivery dates, still no phone, 6 emails unanswered, waited a total time of 3 hrs and 27 mins to speak to customer service in the phone.. just throw your money in the bin and save yourself a lot of stress. Never in my 52 years have I dealt with such an appalling company, they have STOLEN £650 of my money and will be contacting the police. RUN FOR THE HILLS PEOPLE, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY”

“AVOID!!!!!!!!! Ordered iPhone 8 Plus on 26th May - never arrived and when chased (I chased this 3 times) I was told another 1-4 days for dispatch each time!! Terrible company, customer service and communication. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - A COMPLETE SCAM!!!! Reviews speak for themselves.”

“Absolutely dreadful company! Avoid at all costs! Bought a phone which never arrived. Once I took a look at the online reviews I could see they got a LOT of bad reviews and knew I had made a mistake. After over two weeks I gave up and got a phone elsewhere which arrived in a couple of days. I have been trying to get a refund from these guys for over a month. Every email is signed by a different person who gives a different stalling excuse and promises that someone will call you or do something but nothing ever happens. I guess they will carry on as long as there are enough fools like me who will send them money without checking online reviews first. Don't make the same mistake I did.”

“I payed about 150 pounds for a phone that should theoretically arrived "Quickly", but after 10 days they confirmed to me that it was not yet sent, so I cancelled the order and it was up to me to have a refund, like it is written on the website. Before to do it, anyway, I specifically asked a confirm to know if it is is possible, and they told me yes. Now I am waiting from more than 3 months my money back, and after many emails in which they told me they they pay me in few days, nothing yet! Don't buy here!”

“To all the people they think to but anything from this "company", please for your shake STAY AWAY. With a little research you will find exactly why you should stay away from those scammers, there is even a group in Facebook with 370 members, all be fraud from this company. Try to save some money,move anywhere else or just save a d buy a new one, do not order even a single case from this people serious.”

“Everything went wrong, they sent daily emails saying my phone will be dispatched soon, never was. Then cancelled after a month of empty promises, still waiting for my refund nearly a month later. Without a doubt the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with. Adrian Smith.”

“Service was awful, waited 3 weeks for delivery, customer service very unhelpful, and told me phone had been delivered when hadn't even dispatched. No confirmation of purchase. Very unhappy”

“Took too long for delivery. No one was able to help speed up the delivery time. Expressed and issue with my phone asking for a replacement as Apple pay doesn’t work, was told to reset it ! Shock it still doesn’t work after bringing it to the Apple shop.”

“Terrible customer service. No training in their workers at all. Very dissatisfied with their service. Don’t buy full bundles. They rip you off adding extra £70 roughly for accessories that are useless. This company should get closed down👮‍♀️ I’ll make a report to the court with this and show all evidence from other customers and myself on why this company should be eliminated from the game.”

“Do not use this company. They are fraudsters and con men. I’ve waited a month for an iPad screen repair that eventually arrived after escalating to PayPal and it’s been returned with a cracked screen!currently awaiting a refund via PayPal as the company don’t respond.”

“Do not use this company, it is a scam. I waited 5 weeks for an iPad screen repair that was only received after a PayPal claim and was still broken! I’ve had to go down the PayPal buyer protection route to hopefully get a refund.”

“Keep away from this company I returned my daughters phone on 24th April by a return label they send. They firstly lost the phone and it was finally found 3rd May then I heard nothing after 11 emails I finally heard back saying they wanted £36 for a new battery which was on the 23rd May that was after I threatened them with Trading Standards. Finally I have received the still broken phone today 29th May. Disgusting service oh and I rang several times 1 hour 40 minutes and then cut off 3 times”

“Just to let you know today is 28th of May and you guys garanteed I will receive the phone iphone 7 plus before day 30th of May the fourth time I tried to contact you as the other three were with no response from you, I just want to let you know writed that If I don't receive the phone before 30th of May and also a phone with the conditions you specify on the order (not less) I will take LEGAL ACTIONS AGAINST THE COMPANY and as I said you have taken the amount of my credit card too. Also If I don't receive the phone before the 30th, a part from the LEGAL ACTIONS AGAINST YOU, you can keep the phone and refound me the money ASAP otherwise you will have TWO REPORTS TO THE POLICE from me instead of one.”

“Can’t believe how bad this company is , luckily only spent £60 on a phone , waited 3 weeks for my phone , now have a phone where the green freezes constantly and battery can cut out at anytime , am returning the handset and contacted my credit card to get my money back , do not use this company they never reply just automated email response , and amazed they are still allowed to trade !”
