They received my phone 21 days ago and despite numerous e-mails and phone calls am still being told that I will be contacted with an update. I keep asking what the problem is and I am told that there is no problem - it will be repaired in 24-48 hours, but I am still waiting!! Very frustrated, as have used QMF several times previously without a problem. Avoid!!!

NO REFUND NO PHONE AFTER 4 MONTHS !!!!! Can someone even tell if that is LEGAL !!! Had to cancel an order after waiting 8 weeks without a sign of it ,,, now I can't get a refund that was promised to be in my account on the 23rd TODAY. Very shady company and the absolute worst staff with no abilities at all. I will be taking legal advice now to see how I can get my money back. Terrible terrible service

They sold me FAULTY goods, have tried to fix the phone several times, damaged it in the process, BLAMED ME FOR IT, I want my money back but they have declined, almost 6 months this has been going on, ALL I WANTED WAS A PHONE THAT WORKED, DON'T TOUCH THIS COMPANY.

Placed my order and paid £67 through PayPal. Order did not arrive in alloted time. Couldn’t call as ‘lines were down’ Emailed 3 times across 2 weeks and received the same reply promising delivery in 1-4 days bla bla bla. In the end had to raise a dispute with Payapal and lo and behold received the same message! PayPal were outstanding. Refund received within 3 hours. DO NOT RISK YOUR MONEY

Terrible company. After ordering a pristine iphone x for £679.99, I was informed it would take 7 - 10 working days to be dispatched. Realising I would be away on holiday, I cancelled the order. I was then told it would take two days to process my cancellation. I was then told it would take 14 working days to process my refund. After 14 working days I was told (only after taking the time to get in touch each time) that on this occasion it would take 'an additional two working days' to process (in breach of consumer rights act 2013). After waiting an additional two working days, I got in touch and was then told that 'the refund will be processed within 24 hours, once processed you should receive your refund within 3-5 working days'. Against the law, incredibly poor customer service and impossible to speak to someone. I will pass on to trading standards. Avoid this company!

PLS AVOID THIS PHONE COMPANY. ALL POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE PAID REVIEWS. The worst Company ever to deal. I have been on phone for almost every day for couple of hours just to get my money refunded for a dodgy phone which they delivered. It's more than a month today and I'm still waiting. I'm going to contact Trading Standards now and make sure this CON factory is closed forever. PLS AVOID THIS PHONE COMPANY.

Very, very poor customer service. I have been send from pillar to post for over a month and have still not revieved a refund for an item I cancelled before it was shipped. Each email requesting an update was answered with a variation of a stock response that basically said my refund would be arranged within a few days. Calling the customer service phone number resulted in being told that I was caller number 27 or thereabouts each time I called it. It was impossible to speak to anyone. Quick Mobile Fix is either badly managed and unable to fulfill its contractual obligations or is simply a cynical exercise in holding onto people's money in the hope that they will give up and go away through sheer frustration. Either is totally unacceptable and each person who answered my emails should be ashamed of themselves. I would strongly advise you to shop elsewhere and if you do get caught up with them, pay by credit or debit card so that your bank can recharge them on your behalf, which mine is now doing.

The phone I bought from them broke down after 3 weeks has been with them for a month being repaired, 25min to answer the phone. They even said there was nothing wrong with it but they still have it a month later, going to get legal advice as it does not look like I will get the phone I paid £325 for back.

This company is slimy. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE. Broken phone before even using, it’s never worked. Sent it back, in layers of bubble wrap, paper and boxes and then told the screen was smashed and wanted a further £180 on top of £450 paid. This company is disgusting, because they’re over the phone they think they can get away with it. Everyone be careful because second hand phones are a grey area within trading standards. Will NOT let them get away with this.

Phone Turned up with a broken Camera. Returned it and 2 weeks on I am still with out a phone. Many messages and calls to say it is on its way , but nothing turns up. Will never use them again.

been on hold for over 20 minutes today then got cut off !!!!! not a good experience for a new more customer!!!! It's 4 days since I ordered my phone, still not fulfilled so i am going to assume I am not getting this within 7 days which is not acceptable , I wanted to speak with you today to cancel this but as you cut me off after 20 minutes I am at a loss other than to raise a dispute about your conduct and service. my order number ID233342 take this as being your contact about my order I do not understand how you are allowed to take orders and not process anything for 7 to 10 days whilst being paid . I used chat the other day , no reply there either

Its been 3 weeks and I haven’t received my phone yet. Customer officer are the worst ever I dealt with over 5 different people and the quality of service is really really. I’ll tell everyone around me to not shop with you guys.

DO NOT USE OR BUY FROM THEM, I have made an order on the 3rd of may and still not received my iPhone. I have sent them 3 emails and no response. I am getting PayPal involved and advising them of this fradudaluant company. Thank god for PayPal. Total waste of time, if you need to order an iphone go through eBay or amazon and do not use this waste of time company!!!!!

Sincerely, this company is bad! I placed an order since the 1st of May, and it's yet to arrive still. They never reply emails, they never pick calls until about an hour later. Even worse, they never give updates or explanations as to the reason for the delay. A very regrettable experience tbh! Would totally not recommend! Save yourself the stress and keep away!

I bought this phone 13 working days, almost THREE WEEKS ago and it still hasn't turned up. Nobody answers the phone, customer service sends the same generic message every time you email if at all. The only response I get is an apology to say we lots of delays and yours will be posted in 1-4 days! Ridiculous
