“Hi there, I’ve been waiting weeks for a new phone from this company after reading the reviews thought it would be ok. All you get is generic emails and their phone number doesn’t actually work. It was supposed to be sent out within 7 working days. They have until today to dispatch otherwise I will seek a full refund and purchase elsewhere. A shambles of a company - it would have been quicker to order directly from China! Here’s my order number QuickMobileFix ID229238 before you ask!”

“22 days and still no phone despite 3 dispatch emails. It seems the 1 star reviews are the genuine customers while the oh so glowing reviews are,somehow, fabricated and totally fake.”

“Ordered my phone over a month ago and it still hasn't arrived. I check in every few days and they apologise and say it'll be just a few more days. Not acceptable.”

“I ordered my phone which was needed ASAP waited weeks, in the end had to cancel the order, they then dispatched it anyway. Had to wait for it to arrive and then return the unopened handset, that was over 3 weeks ago and I still have not had a refund ( order 225022). I find a lot of thier reviews impossible to believe!,”

“These people are unbelievable, they just don't care,they take your money and do zero. They do this weird thing where they actually respond to your complaining email promising immediate action and then ......nothing again. It's like they don't understand why you are complaning about not getting what you paid for and they hope you will just go away.”

“Very poor - ordered a ‘pristine ‘ iPhone 8 Plus. Despite repeated promises that they would do their ‘utmost’ to ship it did not. After 3 weeks I had to cancel order and contact card company for refund. Ho hum, clearly did not have the product to sell!!”

“Ordered a phone October 2019. It's now 6+ months later & still no phone or refund! Can never get threw on the phone & their emails back are a joke. Countless promises of a refund & yet still nothing!”

“SCAMMER ALERT!!!!!!!! Do not use this company, they take your money and dont deliver the goods. they DO NOT resolve any problems, cannot give you any info regarding order, just keep saying despatch will be 1-4 working days. “Nothing which was promised on the Web site was adered to. The staff have no interest to rectify an error on their side, hence the customer service is appalling. In total I was 7 days without my phone which had to send back to me unrepaired. I would not recommend the service at all.”

“They take your money immediately and constantly tell you the delivery will be in the next day........or so, simply lying. Go elsewhere. I have no idea where the glowing reviews come from. 2 weeks and still no delivery.”

“Terrible, terrible company - do not use. I used to use these guys quite a lot but then they went down hill. The took 3 weeks to replace an iPhone 6 screen and didn't refund me for the loan phone which i hired at the time. They also didn't refund me for an iPad repair that never took place because the iPad didn't get to them. In total they owe me almost £200 so I've taken them to the small claims. They told the court that they have paid me but that's an outright lie!! They are so dishonest its unbelievable - I'm having to write to the Judge to put the matter straight. Don't use.”
