Quick Mobile Fix replaced my iPhone battery with one that never worked properly and then failed completely after about 3 weeks. When I sent it back they claimed that they had changed the battery again and that the problem was elsewhere in the phone. Having changed the battery locally I know that not to be the case. They refused to refund me.

Mid December, bought 2 'pristine' Ipad 6 refurbed phones for granddaughters Christmas. One has been fine, the other just did not work correctly, would not connect to network. Got in touch with QMF, ages for phone to be answered and usual advice about refreshing phone given out. Still did not work. Took it to Apple store where they diagnosed hardware fault, could not be repaired, needed to be replaced. Contacted QMF again and arrangements to return it to them 'for repair' made in mid January. Sent with phone the Apple diagnosis paperwork, plus, as required, box, ear phones, charger and USB. Phone returned to me, allegedly repaired, but in a box belonging to a completely different phone plus the bits. Still did not work. Emailed QMF, they said return phone for repair but did not explain why wrong box used. I emailed back saying how do I deal with their rule that when a phone is returned, it has to be in the box in which it was purchased. They said send anyway. We are now into March and email received to say phone now in queue for repair. I emailed back asking if they had actually read my emails and the diagnosis from Apple. Got email back to say they had now found the phone to be irrepairable and it would be replaced. I emailed back to ask why this accurate diagnosis, consistent with that of the manufacturer, could not have been made in mid January. Got email back saying they had 'just' diagnosed the phone's condition. Replacement phone received but with no box at all, no charger, no USB and no ear phones. Took a further 2 weeks to get these bits to me. It got to the stage that I took out a recharge through my credit card company. It is worth knowing that you have 120 days from date of purchase to ask for a recharge, which entails your CC company clawing back the cash from the retailer's bank account. So I understand. Funny that phone diagnosed irrepairable at about the same time. This replacemen phone is working correctly so got there in the end. However, grandaughter was without the phone for more than 3 months and, of course, that amount of time has been lost from the guarantee. I wonder if QMF deliberately drag their heels to avoid credit card regulations. Anyway, if you fancy the stress I went through, buy from them. You will obviously be a collector of chocolate fireguards. If you are a sensible person, avoid them like the plague.

Once again, having given feedback on this site had another email to say my order was a priority and either would be sent Today or early next week after Easter , I phoned today and also emailed them and told them Iwant to cancel the order placed ,as I had no choice to go elsewhere because of there delay in sending goods . I was advised that the person Leisha would confirm cancellation by email today but has failed to do this . All I want now is a full refund . As previously advised, I will have no choice but to contact my credit card company for a charge back under section 75 as being my last option . Quick mobile fix what is going on with you as not as reliable as you were previously.

I can not stress this enough!!!! do not place business with this joke of a company! they sent 2 phones one damaged, asked me to place a replacement order and they would refund the first.. it took over 4 months and a court case to get my money back. they are full of lies and deceit and should not be trusted. a shameful organisation! not to mention any names but no one tells the truth and it was not until I took them to court that they actually responded, each month that went by they deferred my refund and offered more poor excuses on what was actually a contradiction to their own terms and conditions. and before they respond this was not our fault, they sent a damaged phone, did not refund the faulty one and hid behind their processes- which I believe are ... they have no retained earnings and a robing peter to pay paying paul. stay away and place your business elsewhere!!!! Quite frankly the worst customer service I have experienced. Ordered phone on 29th November for a Christmas present. After 10 still hadn’t arrived so I had to chase. I received a reply to say it would be delivered that week. I asked for confirmation it would definitely be delivered before Christmas to which they said they would do their best. I said it was no good to me if not delivered before Christmas and if they couldn’t I wanted to cancel my order. Again they said they would do their best. Tried calling them but gave up as 26 in the queue so I emailed asking the order be cancelled and I be refunded. This was the 19th December. Received email on the 20th saying their cancellation department was closed until the 2nd January and my phone was due for dispatch first week of January. Later on the 19th December I received an automated email saying my order had been despatched. Joy! Oh no, then received automated message next day saying that message had been generated in error! I send a strongly worded email demanding immediate refund to which they reply saying they can’t do that as phone as already been despatched. The phone did arrive on the 21st. Unfortunately though the sound quality was very poor and required a new hearing piece at our expense. I suspect they simply sent any old phone out to keep me quiet. Dreadful experience!

Having ordered a iPhone 7 I was expecting the item to be sent out within 7 days or sooner ,had an email to say due to checking delays phone would be another week at least ,this is no good to me and is causing me stress without a phone ,having doubt with them before I had no issues but am now thinking something is wrong so have requested by email for them to cancel ,had a reply to say they have passed on to customer cancellations .Will see if I get a refund immediately or if I have to go down the route of contacting my credit card company .Time will tell .

I have paid £549 to this company and keep getting assurances that they will dispatch but am still waiting after three weeks. Customer service shocking, fobbed off continually. Feeling totally ripped off. The phone are for my 12 year old daughters birthdays and they are so upset. Avoid this company at all costs.

Although I have purchased from Quick Mobile Fix quite a few times, many due to the prices. I have to say that the lead times for delivery are becoming atrocious. The website states up to two weeks, but in practice it took nearly double this for my last two I phone purchases.... So I would question if these even have the phones in stock. I had a screen repair which took over 2 weeks which is three times longer then they advertise. When you email although you get a pleasant reply, you don't get told any thing definite, you are really just fobbed off with standard replies. To telephone these guys, it take about 30 - 40 mins for the phone to be answered, not sure what is going on there? Come on guys you can do better!

Do not buy from this company. They take your money then do not send a phone out. They lie constantly withhold refunds and then do not answer your queries. There are hundreds of people waiting on refunds. Do not trust them, they are out to get your money.

Revived phone in October all looked fine and was for my son birthday present in November. When he put it on charge the screen was flickering and battery kept cutting out. Sending this away to get repaired from them was advised would take 7-10 working days which didn’t happen. They then said they would make it priority and have it fixed within a further three working days. Again this passed and I have to contact them again for them to say they are looking into it and will be back in contact. No one can seem to tell me what is wrong with the phone or when we will receive it back. Shocking customer service and unacceptable to go over a time scale giving twice. Would not use this company again and certainly would not recommend anyone else to

If I could give this a minus star I would have. My experience with this company has been terrible. I ordered a phone back in Dec for my Daughter for Xmas I received an email to say that the phone was dispatched and would be here on time but never received a tracking number a day or so later I then received another email to say that there was a glitch on the computer and if you did not receive a tracking number then your item was not being sent out. After many a phone call back and forth they then told me it would not be sent out until after Xmas and would be sent by Royal Mail which would take even longer to get here. I explained this was a Xmas present and was no good if it was not going to get here in time I was then told I would be given a full refund. So after wks waiting on my refund at this stage it was now Feb I had to contact them again to which they told me it was being refunded that day they sent me an email to confirm it had been done. I had forgot about it and trusted that they had done what they said they were going to do. I then received my statements out to realize they had never refunded me I have emailed them again and was told it would take 6 to 8 wks now for a refund or I could do a chargeback to say I never received the goods as this is now April I think this is a joke to be still waiting for a refund I will never recommend this company to anyone or Oder from it again. To be honest I think they had never planned on giving me a refund and was hoping I would just forget about it and not chase it up. I am in the process of putting in a complaint but stay clear of this company

I ordered an IPhone on 23th of March and after 10 working days I didn’t receive any information about my order. I contact them and told me that in 3 days I’ll receive my phone. It past more than 5 working days and nobody contact me for my purchase! I wrote many emails but they answered me that they will process my order in the next days but nobody tell me when and they never send me the dispatch note! I asked for refund and they told me that I have to wait more 14 working days. I think this company is not professional and the customer service is mediocre! I will never buy anymore from this company.
