Ordered a phone, waited, waited, waited, complained, waited, waited, received an excuse that there was a delay with their quality control department. They said there would be a further one week delay. We emailed and called to cancel. They acknowledged the cancellation, and advised they had sent it to their cancellation dept to deal with. They said a member of staff would be in touch with us. The next email from them said the phone had been dispatched. I called them to tell them to keep it and then had to turn the courier away when he turned up at the door a day later. I am now waiting for a refund. Judging by the reviews I have read I am not holding my breath.

We waited over 4 weeks for two phones. Despite numerous e-mails, I never got an answer as to when the phones were going to be delivered. When they did eventually arrive, one was the wrong colour and despite being over a small refund and a case, all I got as way of an apology was a case that does not even fit the phones I bought. I will never use this site again!

In my honest opinion you should avoid this company (Quick Mobile Fix) for several reasons: Firstly it took almost a month to receive my full order. This is absolutely awful considering they advertise their company as “quick”. They also say that they try to dispatch within 10 days. But, that’s very far from the truth and it took them more like 3-4 weeks. This is because of an apparent “backlog” of orders. This is in their own words. Which further illustrates their unreliability. Secondly when I finally received my order, well I should say part of my order as I ordered a “grade a bundle”, I only got the phone. So not only did they take ages to send the order due to their “stringent quality control” but they also seem to miss out on multiple parts of the order all together. When I finally received the rest of the bundle a few days later, they still got it wrong and sent me two screen protectors and an authentic apple charger instead of one screen protector and a sim tool and an apple charger. So I never even received the sim tool but I’m not really bothered because I already had one. It’s just the principle, this company just seems completely out of its depth when it can’t complete a very simple order, not once but three times. As for the quality of the phone. The phone was marked as excellent and is in a very good condition on the exterior. I have no complaints it looked brand new. But, for a phone marked as “excellent”, the battery was “severely” depleted, at 85% working capacity when I got it. “Severe” isn’t my words it’s Apples and the settings app recommended I get a replacement as soon as I booted up the phone. This is pretty poor though I can’t fully complain because what “excellent” means to this company is probably the standard quality for other brands offering a similar product and such defect is probably covered by their warranty but honestly, after all this hassle I can’t be bothered to deal with this company any longer. It’s by far the slowest and most unorganised I’ve ever had to deal with. The one thing I can say for the company was that their communication was good although I was the one who instigated it. The had to do several things to improve it. And should move to contact each costumer individually when there is delays but honestly their response time was about a day at most so it was the best thing about the company. I would rate my experience 2/10. I would avoid using this company.

Very very poor service, I have emailed them over 30 times asking for my phone back and got refunds for work they didn’t do and for a loan phone that was on a retainer. They said they would have my screen fixed in 48 hours but actually took 2 weeks. Really disappointing to find a company this bad these days.

iPhone ordered 16 days ago and paid for since when I have had to contact them to find out why the iPhone has failed to materialise. I have had pleasant conversations and manifold promises of imminent delivery but no reason for the delay and promises broken. A very bad experience indeed and naturally I will not recommend them.

Rubbish, I was sent an iPhone that refused to work correctly, was fobbed off with an email telling me to clean the battery port & do a hard reset. Still useless, returned the handset 32 days ago & still no refund.

In the first instance the iphone x took longer to come than promised. Then, when the classic green lines appeared on the screen and I had to return it, they wanted £300 for the repair, even though this is a known issue and the reason why iphone x has been discontinued. The dispatch wwas so late that the phone had to to be sent to me in Spain, and they wanted another £5 for that. I swtill have no phone and little confidence that I shall ever get my money back from these crooks.

Don't buy from Quick Mobile Fix . Customer service is rubbish they don't read what written in emails. Still waiting for a refund from them since 28/2/19

Don't bother ordering your phone from here, we ordered a phone on the 7th of March the money was taken from my account on the 8th of March it is now the 27th of March and we were advised yesterday that the phone chosen was not in stock we were offered an alternative which is not suitable, obviously one of there older stock. we asked them to source an upgrade which they refuse to do we have now asked for a refund which were advised will take 14 days. by my calculations they have had our money for 5 weeks and we have been without a phone for the same period of time shocking customer service when you phone, the operators are unable to help and are quite rude. We ordered a phone from another company smartcellular.Co.uk customer service was excellent and I would highly recommend using these over Quick Mobile Fix

ID218640 Awful service. Sent my phone yo have the screen repaired. Sent it on 12th of feb They recived it on 14th of feb Was then told they didnt have the parts on the 18th of feb and would have to wait 4-7 days for them to arrive Told on the 26th of feb that the phone had failed testing. I later found out thay had really orderd the wrong parts. 5th of march was told it failed again?? From now till the 18th of march, called mulitple times and told multiple times i would recive a call from the manager. I found out later the manager had been on holiday for 2 weeks. 18th of march told the parts would be in this week 22nd of march the phone is being fixed again 25th of march the phone is still being fixed because fpr some reason it takes 3 days to repair a phone screen 26th phone is finnaly fix and had been dispached Must have called them 30+ times and emailed about the same. Always getting the same rebotic answers, still havent heard from the manager. Half if not all of the good reviews are fake and have been copyed and pasted. Avoid this company.

Don’t buy from this company. Five months of promises to repay me £209 and I went to my credit card company who agreed to cover the debt. Log onto the quick mobile fix support group on Facebook to see the sheer number of people who have and have had problems.

I am disgusted with this, I never received my phone, had been fobbed off saying it’ll arrive, you won’t get your phone. If you do place a orde with them, please lay with PayPal, it’ll be the only way to get your money back, I issued a dispute with them and instantly they refunded my money, that shown they wasn’t going to give me my phones I asked for. Please do not buy from this company, it’s all a fix. It was only easy to get a refund if you dispute it with PayPal.

I have had to return the first phone I received as it was in very poor condition. I then paid additionally for an A1 phone promised in 3/5 days and still no phone a week later.. Very disappointed ..

AVOID THIS COMPANY Ordered an IPad in Dec for Christmas, due to this taking so long cancelled and requested my money to be refunded. Two emails were sent confirming this, yet I still received a faulty IPAD. Returned the iPad thankfully recorded, week went by and nothing. Contacted them yet again to be told they hadn’t received it. Luckily I had proof and a signature. They then changed their story and said there was a backlog and I would receive the refund within 39 days. To date still no refund! Had emails saying they had changed payment card provider and to email my bank details for the refund. Still no refund by promises date. Story changed again and was told this email was sent in error and if I’m not happy to wait do a charge back. Over 3 months and these THIEVES still have my money. If you too are a victim of this disgraceful company I recommed doing what I have done. 1. Do a chargeback through your bank 2 Report this company with all your email evidence as I have to trading standards.

Ordered an iPad in December to arrive for Christmas. This was going to take longer than expected so cancelled and requested a refund, received 2 emails confirming this. The IPad still arrived. The company apologised and offered £10 off if I kept it. I had already purchased elsewhere and the iPad itself was faulty so sent back. Week went by and heared nothing, contacted them and they told me they hadn’t received the iPad. Emailed them the proof of posting and signature. They then told me there was a back log and confirmed I would receive the refund within 30 days. To date and many emails back and fire I am still waiting for my money. I’ve been told they changed card payment provider, emails sent were incorrect about any BACS transfer even though they asked for my bank details to do a back payment for the refund. All I can say is if this company owes you money, first step do a chargeback and secondly report them to trading standards. AVOID THIS THIEVING COMPANY

I ordered a phone in January which didn't show up. I waited for 3 weeks and then asked to cancel my order and bought a phone direct from EE. I was told a refund would take 30 days but now I've received an email saying I have to wait another 6-8 weeks as they have changed their bank... so basically they have stolen over £300 from me for months with nothing in exchange. DO NOT use this company- absolute scammers!

Very poor service, rude staff. Was told on several occasions after waiting 10 days that the order would be sent in next day or 2 but eventually, had to resort to getting paypal involved to start the refund process. I would not recommend this company.
