These are the facts of my customer experience 10th Dec - Phone ordered 17th Dec - Request to change delivery address as it would be closed on 24th Dec (delivery date) 17th Dec Email received to state that this is possible and a note had been added to account for dispatcher 24th Dec Phone delivery attempted at incorrect address 24th Dec Phone calls to QMF to sort this out Told someone will call me back 27th Dec Contact courier however they were unable to do anything as needed confirmation from QMF Office was closed till 2 Jan 2 Jan Courier contacted me to state that they were trying to sort out the issues 3rd Jan Phone delivered 6th Jan Contact QMF as phone didnot work with any sim 7th Jan QMF asked me to check phone has been set up correctly 7th Jan I replied explaining that it had been done and i had checked it with an existing sim card 8th Jan Waited 90mins on hold with customer service - to be asked to do a hard reset and call them back if this did not work 8th Jan I emailed QMF to explain that this had been tried and not worked and I was requesting a refund 10th Jan QMF replied to state that someone was looking into the case 14th Jan I wrote as noone had contacted me 15th Jan QMF requested the IMEI number 15th Jan I sent the IMEI number 15th Jan QMF offered to repair my phone as a priority 15th Jan I requested a full refund 16th Jan QMF emailed me stating a 2nd email would be sent and that I should return the device it would be checked and confirmed 16th Jan I emailed to state still waiting for 2nd email 16th Jan Email received 21 Jan Phone returned 28th Jan Phone confirmed as delivered 30th Jan Emailed QMF for update on phone and refund ?? Was told to wait 28 days for a refund 6 Mar Emailed as no refund had been received 6 Mar QMF state passed to finance team for investigation 12 Mar QMF emailed to say that refund would be be in account on 19.04 12 Mar emailed QMF to explain that this is unacceptable 13 Mar Phone call and email received to request bank details for a refund 13 Mar Details sent 18 Mar Emailed received to state that payment would be in my account between 20.3 and 22.3 22 Mar Email received to state that as I paid my credit card and they have changed provider I need to request a chargeback from them or bank refund will take 6 to 8 weeks At no point has anyone apologised or tried to help without a prompt These are the facts of my experience with Quick fix mobile I hope this helps

Absolutely the worst company to deal with.I have paid £299.99 to get a screen fixed on an iPhone X.This was at the end of December.It is now nearly the end of March and it has been returned three times as the replacement screen does not work.I have had to chase them all the way through this sorry process and when they eventually reply,all I receive is a standard email.They never read the content of the email sent to them.I have now sent the handset back to them again and have asked for my money back.They have refused.

Had the phone a week now, phoned twice to find out why it's not been repaired and keep getting fobbed off to give them more time to carry out the repair, don't know if they've lost it or what!

Failed to deliver item within their delivery time. I cancelled order and am now getting excuses as to why I have not been refunded. Basically they took my payment and have not refunded me 6+ weeks later. They have now advised me to claim back via my credit card! Do not go near this company.

Sadly, my phone did not work correctly when I got it. The battery level indicator showed no charge at times even after being charged for 4 Hours or more. The phone then began to shut down after one minute of use, cutting off any calls I was in the middle of. Even after restarting the phone and entering my pass code, the phone would again shut down . I went the phone back to QMF and after a week of so they offered me another phone. I had already bought one so I asked for a refund. They got back to me to say a member of their customs service team would get back to me within 24 hours, five they never did and still no refund. I contacted them again after a further 8 weeks of so. They tell me my refund will take another 6 to 8 weeks. WHAT? K Really poor service, really poor product in my experience. I don't like giving poor reviews but in this case I think QMF need to be shaken up a bit if they are to stay in business.

The refurbished iPhone that I paid £249.99 for never arrived. I kept being fobbed off so in the end I cancelled the order and asked for my money back. I am now fighting tooth and nail for MY money to be returned to me. I wish I had searched about the company on social media before I purchased asit appears this is common practice for this company. Avoid at all costs

Bought I phone for my granddaughter. Faulty straight away. Sent it back straight away on 14th February asked for refund, Now informed I will not get one until 3rd May!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are con artists. Doubt if I will ever get my money back. Believe the bad reports not the good ones. Absolute disgrace. My order was number 16025. as proof of purchase. Star rating should be minus 10 !

Awful service - nothing quick about it. 5 weeks for a repair and the phone was returned without notice or the issue fixed. Purchased Samsung S7 Edge because of their 12 month warranty but they do whatever they can to get out of it. They tried to charge more for a repair than the value of the phone. Less than a star - no customer care.

I placed order on 18th January evening and cancelled on 19th January morning it was not even dispatched. I was told refund policy is 30 days when I chased refund it’s been around 2 months now but I still haven’t received my money back . STILL NO REFUND

Would not recommend especially if you want a replacement phone asap. Somewhere hidden in the terms and conditions it states that your order will be dealt with, within 7-10 working days, (a week and a half to two weeks in normal terms). In my opinion this should be written in bold on the home page, whothe heck reads t&c’s. Customer services are diabolical they have no idea how to answer a question only refer you again to the t&c’s. So no sorry definitely wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy!
