they shipped a broken phone out to me. after waiting forever for it to be delivered. customer service was not too bad, however the quality of the product was RIDICULOUSLY bad, the screen types random letters and is a funny yellowish colour - terrible.

I ordered a iphone 7 on the 7th of February and it has not yet dispatched. I have send over 6 emails to Quick Mobile to no avail. You only a generic response and they dont look at previous dont waste your time emailing customersupport@quickmobilefix.com because they have automatic messages as response. Warning Dont Use Dont use Dont Use They are scams

Bought a pristine condition Iphone 5 and there was problems with the phone as soon as i turned it on. I took the phone to a repair shop to to find it had water damage internally, so obviously it was not even proper serviced and in there eyes if it looks good and turns on they can pass it off as pristine. There was also missing various screws inside i had to repair the screen and home button for the phone to actually proper function, something i really didn't expect when you class something or brand something has ''pristine'' worst £120 spent, i will not be back even the repair guy was shocked.!

Product was not as described. Returned item for a refund....was told money back within 30 days. Guess what?....31 days and still no refund 😡 Was told someone would ring and speak to me about why it’s taking so long...surprise surprise no phone call 😡

It took nearly a month to receive the phone. I ordered the phone on the 28/1 and only received it today 25/2/2019. My order ID is ID216656.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! Ordered two mobiles on the 11th December, never delivered, never responded to emails and queued on their phones for over an hour to say they would call me back but never did. Have since cancelled my order in January and they have still not refunded my money. They promised it by a certain date and never delivered. I am now taking action against them as despite further promises from them, still no refund. They are the worst company i have ever dealt with. Good luck to anyone who deals with them and seriously look into the reviews as they hide all the bad ones - i found them too late but i will post a review and get all my friends to post bad reviews every day until i receive my money back!

Terrible service. I ordered an iPhone 8 which never got delivered even after 3 weeks. Looking at the reviews seems like its a hit or miss with these guys. Either you get what you ordered or you are on the other end of the spectrum. Unfortunately I was on the other end of the spectrum. My phone never arrived and I have now requested a refund which apparently will take 30 days to process. For something which was never dispatched and the order never fulfilled, not sure why the refund processing will take 30 days. Quite ridiculous in this day and age. I ordered something from Amazon and even deliveries from the US and China took less time to arrive.

THE worst service you could ever (wish) for. They deny having received the phone for as long as is humanly possible and it's only when you threaten action your phone suddenly appears weeks later. My hunch is it's a 1 man outfit. QUICK it definitely IS NOT!

My Sons Mobile broke within a weak, I took it to Apple to be tested and they advised it was an Antenna fault, now I am receiving no reply what so ever from my e mails for a refund, I have a very disappointed Son, Trading Standards is the first port of call the second one is a visit to the Shop In person, looking forward to that one.

After a week of constant calls and emails, my phone STILL has not been dispatched an I get the same answer every time I call or email "Due to delays your phone will be dispatched on Friday."- Complete Rubbish! What kind of delays are these to keep my phone for 3 weeks? It's got to the point where my Mother has gotten involved and they say the same thing about the situation. I don't understand how this company is still running but it's horrible and they need to fix it quickly. They will reply to the telling me to email them about it as well, all the while knowing I've been emailing them about it and not getting any responses anymore. Disgusting. AVOID AT ALL COSTS Ordered phone and cancelled next day as mine started working again, they took my money out and told me to wait 30 days. Have spoke to trading standards and they are in breach of their contract!!! It’s 14 days not 30. I will be posting everywhere to stop these rogue traders and please do not use an automated reply. Terrible order a phone been waiting a week longer they haven't even dispatched it. Do not use this it'll put you in trouble and you would have to wait to get your money back. They said I would come but it hadn't been dispatched this is nothing less than lying to me why say it'll come when not dispatched. Please don't use this is a terrible company who don't really have the phones or anything and all the company does is make our lives harder and make our days more stressful for your sake do not use this company and spread the word.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. I bought an iphone from Quick mobile fix that was faulty in OCTOBER and they still HAVE NOT REFUNDED me after countless emails and phone calls. Utterly ridiculous.

I'm trying to speak with somebody from Quick MobileFix. I'm waiting on the phone for more than 1 hour and 40mints. After that my call went off without any response. Very bad experience very bad service.

Order was cancelled after the delivery date/ email issues back in December with days of placing order and I am still waiting for a full refund. Your customer service is rude and very unhelpful!

Took 10 seconds to take my money, are taking 30 days to refund it. I cancelled the order the next day so nothing had even been dispatched. Based on other reviews, it looks like i'll get my refund quicker than i would have received the phone. I wouldn't try and call either, that takes about an hour, plus they have to call you back within 24 hrs just to confirm the cancellation! Why? I've already said I want to cancel. What a complete waste of time.
