I am lamenting the day I ordered a phone from this company . It was some day in August 2018 . First they took more than a month to dispatch the phone from their side and I ordered the phone in pristine condition but the phone had scratches all over so I had to send it back . Now it's about 5-6 months that I had returned the phone but they are not refunding my money . I am fed up of dealing with this company.

I bought a phone that was supposed to be in 'good condition'. screen had a scratch. agreed to send back for replacement and they resent me the exact same phone!!!! 2 weeks without a phone!!! money back please. go elsewhere.

I ordered an iPhone 8 Plus on the 9th of February and didn’t get it until the 27th ! I was getting very impatient and I would not recommend due to the service but the quality of the phone I got is expected.

ID219395 DON'T BUY After delayed delivery phone arrived with aux damaged ie speakers & charging port, was advised by office staff could be at least 30 working days for refund ( if you get it) emailed mgr generic response asking me to send phone back to fix ( if you get it back & you could have to wait at least 5 working days without a phone ) unacceptable this was supposed to be my daughters present.asked for correct working phone to be sent out, then I would send old one back, no response after emailing customer support for mgr attention, No Customer Service, no offer of compensation etc, will be contacting my solicitor & trading standards if I don't get a satisfactory response from a manager soon.

Don't stress yourselves over this appalling company.Claim your refund back through your card provider. Hopefully due to the more and more negative reviews,this company will stop trading soon.

Very poor service. Ordered phone was told takes 7 days to pick and despatch. Said ok will pay more for better phone. Did but again 7 days to pick whilst others offer next day. 3.5 weeks later you still have not refunded my credit card for both transactions despite emailing you 10+ times. Service is v poor

Have used before with no problem, paid extra for their packaging for repair, phone sent off, returned 2 weeks later by the post office "addressee gone away2

Deal with this company at your own RISK.....WARNING PLS STAY AWAY FROM THEM. THEY ARE THIEVES AND CHARLATANS. I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO THE BBC ROGUE TRADERS PROGRAM....STAY AWAY. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

never trust them never trust them, I have tried to get my refund but they don't want to give to me first time I got email from them said you will get your refund up to 30 days now i am waiting over 37 days i have tried to call and send to them many emails then they respond to me you will get your refund after 40 days more, the phone i bought looks fake with not original parts and working very slowly, Don't lose your money with them.

I’ve bought two iPhone 6S’s from QMF. The first was straight forward and no problems. The second was a very frustrating experience - we ordered a 6S with Rose Gold case. When the phone arrived it did not have the requested case. I raised the problem with QMF and requested a refund of £10 - being the difference in price between the phone ordered and phone received. I was offered a voucher for £10, which I rejected, suggested a £10 refund and then realising QMF had Rose Gold cases for sale at £10 suggested a case would be OK. This was agreed, but no case arrived. Following various emails and calls to QMF, usual waits of over half an hour I was told there were no Rose Gold cases in stock, although they were advertised on the QMF Web page. Finally I was offered £5 voucher, the request for feedback has reminded me to raise my case with Ombudsman

The iphone I bought from this company in September for over £800 only lasted three months before it developed the classic iphone X green lines on the screen. I sent it back and they want £300 to repair it. I have paid the money, but I still have not received the repaired phone. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE SCAMSTERS.

I made a purchase but there was a problem with the transaction. I was told within 30 days I would get my money back but it’s been more than 30 days and I am not happy.

They gave me the wrong phone just before Christmas! A cheaper one too! Not replying to my emails either and no refund of my money! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
