ordered an iPhone off these crooks on the 4th December week before Christmas. order ID:209814. I contacted them still hopeful i would get my daughters Christmas present in time, then on Friday 22nd December i get an email from them saying the office was closed as from that Friday through to the 2nd January, i called the bank couldn't do anything till after Christmas to get money back. called my credit card company to cancel the payment and lodge a complaint. Ended up paying out twice for another phone from somewhere else that night so my Daughter had her christmas present. Since then several emails to them asking for a refund and still no satisfactory response, last one said they would get back in touch within 24 hours, Guess what im still waiting 3 days later.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Worst service I have ever received. They promised a refund would happen but I had to wait 30 days. 35 days later, they say it will be another 30 days. THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE 30 minutes on hold, only to be hung up on - twice!

The worst company I have had to deal with paid for phone mid December faulty phone which would not hold charge arrived mid January returned phone still waiting refund 20/02/2018 told it could be returned by mid March looks like a money laundering company

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. They don't send the phone, repeatedly lie about future deliveries when you complain, and I am still waiting for a refund weeks later. Check out Trust Pilot reviews for a REAL idea of what they are like.

Phone arrived faulty, wouldn’t accept my network so I’m presuming it’s not unlocked as per O2 who I sought advice from. Still awaiting for the phone to be fixed. Bought it on 2nd February, so have no had no phone for 18 days

Shocking....I just want my money back which I’m entitled to but no one will call me. Disgraceful!! Spoken to trading standards and will be taking if further, they’ve had enough time to sort issues out....please do not use this company

I sent my phone for a screen repair and I was emailed saying that it was finished within a few days after they received it, longer than I was expecting but I was fine with that and they said that it would be sent back in the next couple of days. However, after just under two weeks and numerous phone calls later, I feared that they had entirely lost my phone as it seemed impossible to simply post my phone back to me. I ended up getting it back three weeks after I sent it and then I asked for a refund for the delay (which I had been promised on the phone) but was told that they wouldn’t refund me despite taking at least two weeks just to post it back.

Terrible company takes forever to post out if at all bank only way to get money back I have after 3 weeks recieved my tracking number but probably either wort come or be rubbish so I'm not holding a lot of hope right now

Stay well clear, I waited 3 weeks for 2 iPhones to arrive, when they eventually arrived one was faulty, earpiece distorted even though they go through a so called ‘rigorous testing’ complained straight away, and I’ve now been waiting 7 days for them to organise return, still no sign of it, all correspondence I get back is just generic emails. I’ve also been offered compensation, which again I had to chase for over 4 weeks. They have offered a £10 voucher to spend with no other than ‘quick mobile fix’ what an insult after spending £1041 !

I ordered a phone for my daughter for Xmas, ordered October received phone end of November. When my daughter opened it she found it to have the wrong storage, we ordered 64gb and got a 16gb. Trying to arrange to get the phone exchanged was a nightmare several emails. Finally I received the phone back which was then opened again and found to be not what I ordered. I ordered a pristine phone and this was scratched. I contacted the company again more emails again and eventually they said to send it back. It has taken them so long to sort this issue why would I want to send it back again to wait weeks again. My daughter has had no Christmas present. The company offered me a tenner. I think with the amount of time and hassle and having to sort an alternative phone for my daughter a tenner is an insult. This company is unprofessional and dodgy and I will do what it takes to make sure no one gets ripped off by these people. I wish i had read the reviews first before buying.

I received a very poor phone a scratched mess I returned for a refund they then tried to hold on to my money saying refunds take 30 days after seeing customers complaints on Twitter about this my heart sank I raised a dispute straight away though my bank and the money was refunded 7days later it’s seems this is the only way to get your money back I will never use this company again.

Do not purchase a thing from this company. The many 1 star reviews are all 100% valid. Faulty products, horrendous customer service, and worst of all they DON'T REFUND YOU YOUR MONEY. I like many others have had to seek legal advice and this company will have to be investigated for criminal activity. Months of holding onto your money and all they say is "our finance department is looking into it". They are evidently thieves so do yourself a huge favour and use your money anywhere but here. Disgrace.

I sent my IPAD back to Quickfix in its aluminium case for protection, leaving 2 screws holding it together. Instead of unscrewing these, they bent the case in half to remove the IPAD, which caused it to snap on one side. A comment on the system stated 'case damaged in transit'. Absolute lies. This is the second comment I've made on this, with ZERO response from customer services. I won't be using QuickFix again!

Ordered iPhone 8 Jan 27 No update so chaser sent Feb 5th Generic response reminding me it can take up to ten working days No phone or update after ten working days expired Requested cancel and refund Feb 9th Confirmation of request received No response/action Chaser sent Feb 12th Confirmation I would be contacted 'shortly' No response/action Called helpline Feb 14th - caller number 16 in queue, hung up Chaser sent Feb 14th Shocking service. So posted this review. Found many other similar stories. Taking action via PayPal UPDATE. Escalated via PayPal. Within hours they had found in my favour and refunded under their payment protection scheme. My advice, contact your card provider

ID208808 DO NOT USE quickmobilefix they take ur money, don't deliver goods ( or deliver faulty goods) ( see Facebook page quickmobilefix-customer experiences and issues) and then don't pay refunds, u have to chase them via PayPal/bank or small claims court to get your money back. I and nearly 300 other people have been conned by this company they take ur money and don't send the goods (mobiles, tablets etc) people have paid anything in the range of £150 to £1300 for goods that u either don't receive or that have been decommissioned by Apple. I have been waiting on a refund since 19th December loads others have been waiting months. They don't answer they ignore emails, phone calls and webchat. They have now blocked me on twitter because I am advising people they have done same to to contact trading standards and report them. I will not stop until this company are investigated. They have great reviews on trustpilot but for us who were duped our bad reviews have been removed. They are running 3 different names businesses from same address. There is a page on here that will show u customer experiences with them. So please share and make people aware of the fraudulant company. I just wanna stop people getting conned the way I did. They will try to have this review removed but I will put it up every day if I have to.

Genuinely terrible experience. Don't expect to receive the phone I ordered. I have been told that it was due to be dispatched yesterday; when it wasn't I complained. They said they had prioritised it to be the next phone shipped and should be shipped between today and Friday. (They only ship one phone every 3 days??). Then said it would be an additional 5 working days due to quality assurance (diagnostic software takes max 2 hours). I queried this and it was back to shipping between today and Friday. I doubt they have any fulfilment system in place. I imagine they probably don't have any phones either. Customer service staff (if they aren't just bots firing out timescales) are badly trained. Genuinely the worst distance selling experience I have ever endured. To who ever makes the replies on behalf of the business: I don't need your email address and I don't need anyone to investigate anything. I need you to send me the phone I paid you for. You're popping a phone in a jiffy bag not hog tying an elephant with dental floss. It shouldn't take this long.

Terrible service. A guy in our local phone shop managed to tell me within two hours that the phone I had bought from you for my daughter was unfixable. it took you over six weeks to come to the same conclusion and send us a new phone. In the meantime my young daughter was having to go on the train to school with no phone, causing everyone a lot of stress. I would have gone and bought her a cheap phone to use if I had known it would take so long but I kept being assured that it would be dealt with soon.
