I have given one star only because I can't give none and I did finally get my money back. When I ordered the phone, I assumed delivery within 2-3 days as seems the norm for a reputable company. I had read the reviews but rather naively decided to go with the company. Reviews are often given just by the very pleased or like me the ultra disgruntled. Having ordered, I get an instant email saying we expect to deliver within 10 working days! This might be stated on the website but it certainly isn't obvious. Why couldn't QMF just have posted it? I became very nervous when it still hadn't arrived after 10 (working days) and lost confidence in the company so asked for my money back. That we just before Christmas which proved a good excuse for continued lack of service. I was told the finance department wouldn't be back until 2nd January and it would take 14 (working days) to refund the money. Emails, phone calls and huge frustrations followed. I finally got my money refunded today - 2 months and 3 days from the beginning of a dreadful experience. I cant's see QFM surviving as a company. I have to say that the customer services staff had been very well trained to keep their cool when called by a very frustrated customer who'd had to wait in a desperate phone queue for up to 45 minutes. I dread to think how many others are suffering the same fate.

I wasn't going to write a review but QMF keeps prompting me to do so. Having eventually got the phone, it seems "Good" even "Very Good" - a bit bare perhaps but I'm not really sure what to expect included. But when I ordered it, I assumed delivery within 2-3 days as seems the norm these days. Having ordered, I get an instant email saying we expect to deliver within 10 working days! This might be stated on the website but it certainly ain't obvious. Two phone calls and maybe 20 minutes waiting made no difference - I was told it is in stock, so why couldn't QMF just have popped it in the post when I said I needed urgently for a trip? I was left unbelievably flabbergasted and worn out! Returning from my trip it awaited me on the mat, 3 weeks after ordering, and so far seems fine.

Please avoid the trouble I have had and avoid this company. I ordered a ‘Grade A’ iPhone 7, but it doesn’t actually function as a phone due to main mics not working. I returned the phone and after numerous e mails and many weeks waiting there is still no sign of promised replacement. Do not believe a word of the e mails this company sends

Never buy anything from QMF, terrible customer service. I am still waiting for a refund and its been over 1 month.

Terrible!! I ordered repair and courtesy phone to be sent. 2 weeks later courtesy phone arrived, 5% battery and no charger. I did not trust them with my phone so I didn't send it back to them, I sent their courtesy phone back and asked for a FULL refund (after paying £10 postage. 5 weeks later still waiting and disputing the transaction with my credit card company

Not impressed so far. My order is booked since 14-Jan (23 calendar days) and hasn't shipped yet. That's my wife's birthday gone without her present. Good I didn't order my ids Christmas gifts with Quick(Slow)MobileFix.

The service this company provides is abysmal. The 'automated' label doesn't arrive until someone manually emails it to you. They aren't open weekends so that can delay things significantly. The online chat facility is never manned so you can't live chat to people. If you email they reply but don't answer your questions. If you call you cannot get through. They claim to return your phone within 24-48 hours. It took them 10 days to return mine and I had to threaten them with Trading Standards.. Avoid at all costs

I placed an order on Wednesday 23rd Jan it was a gift i bought it is still not hear i emailed got reply back saying i might get it in time if not will have to wait it will get dispatched on 10th working day from the day of order but now they saying its going to be dispatched on Thursday 11th working day i am not happy at all i emailed few times mentioned to them i need the phone as i am buying this for a birthday gift it is well late now i would never buy of this company again very bad experience and i hope the phone is in pristine condition and working if not i will be taking this matter further

Their service is absolutely appalling! Do not buy from them! I bought iphone X from them on 11th Jan and I still have no clarity as to when it'll be delivered. I've gone through multiple stages with them starting from 10 working days, then 4 working days, priority list order to we will let you know! I mean, really? I understand they must have had a lot of orders over Christmas, but it's been almost a month and this was an expensive purchase to just waste the money. To all of you, who have paid via PAYPAL and want a refund, contact them and they will handle it for you, making sure you're getting your money back!

Sub par products. Awful customer service. Extremely long refund times. Ruined Xmas with lies about the condition of an ipad. Very rude in emails and seemingly do not care about customers. Shockingly bad company. DO NOT USE. Still awaiting a refund in February 2019 from a purchase in late November 2018.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! the phone i received was unresponsive and had a fake yellow tinted screen. it took 2 weeks to come and was VERY disappointing! it does not work at all and is very damaged! considering how long i waited i am very upset.

Absolutely Useless I ordered an iPhone 7 from them on the 23rd November 2018. It took 20 days to process and ship, despite their guarantee being 10 working days. Ok. One, mistake, we can let it go. I then had to wait until the second week of January before receiving the phone that I had paid for. I was already not happy, and the most they offered was a 10 pound discount of their site. Furthermore, the screen on the phone was not working - half of the pixels were not functional - and it was not a Retina quality display. I thus sent the phone back, asking for my money back. The phone arrived back at their firm four days later, as opposed to almost two months to get here. It then took them 10 days to actually begin processing the device and prepare the refund, and they were always promising that it would be “done by tomorrow at the latest”. Now, over three months of waiting, and 80 emails to and fro, I have finally gotten my money back. Furthermore, the customer service is appalling - if you want to talk to them on the phone, you literally have to take a day off work in order to have the time to wait in the queue until you can talk to someone. And that is if it doesn’t cut you off when you are first in the queue. I would absolutely not recommend QuickMobileFix to anyone unless hanging around and poor customer service is your thing.

I purchased a phone on 25/12/18 when I received it , it was faulty . Asked for a refund , still waiting for my money 5/02/19 quick to take money out my account but not to pay it back . Won’t buy from this site again .

I purchased a phone for my daughter for Christmas , on Christmas Day the phone was faulty, sent this back to be sent the wrong phone as a replacement approx 3 weeks later , now still waiting for a new phone to be sent out, no apology , no compensation , nothing! Absolutely furious and disgusted by this company , would never purchase again or recommend,never anyone to answer the phone when I ring, reply by email hours / days later , to say my daughter is disappointed is an understatement and this don’t recognize this

orderd phone last tusday stupidley say all the celebs and thought must be good company friday i rang as thought as called quick it may have been 48hiour delivery he explained 7-10 day latest will be this friday said would prioritize it rang up yesterday was told dispatches tusday or wensday will have buy end of week rang today said i was told dispatched end week told them ive been told diffrent and wanted to speak to manager he was busy waiting for phone call back fingers crosses sorted as haveing to use neigbours mobile to ring then read all review so worried lot of money to lose
