Ordered Phone on the 30th Dec, sent the wrong one out after 12 days. Sent back and still waiting for the new phone to come. Its been over 31 days and no sign of my phone coming to me. They are happy to take my money but not very quick at actually getting what I ordered to me. Have contacted customer services and they wont give me a answer to when it will arrive.

Got the wrong colour iPhone 6s sent back item got confirmation that you guys received the phone waiting ages for the refund still did not get it , I purchased 2 other phones in the past everything was good but this time was really bad experience

Awful.... sent me the incorrect phone + it was also broken (faulty battery), then it’s taken them over 2 weeks to send the replacement (still hasn’t arrived). Very poor service and I would not recommend.

The iphone never worked. We bought in October, now a day from February and they are still asking the same questions we answered months ago and nearly every week since, They just ignore our messages and send out random questions instead every week or so. Genuinely the worst company and customer service I have ever had. Please avoid them to save you the months of stress and loss of an iphone you will have paid a lot of money for. Wish I had never heard of them.

Ordered in stock phone.waited 10 working days,no phone.Contacted CC,dispatch next wk sometime ,now had my money for 25 days and still no phone.can,t give me dispatch date so cancelled order.now had my money 40 days and still waiting for refund.

Order ID209574 Buyer beware! Appalling company with a ‘Customer Service’ team that just keeps fobbing you off! I ordered two phones to arrive for Xmas – presents for my kids – neither phone has arrived and no sign of a refund despite repeated requests. I am now facing submitting a court claim (small claims court) to get my £800+ back! The catalogue of ‘fob offs’ follows! 9th December - I submitted an order for two phones to arrive before Xmas. 18th December - the phones had not been dispatched, I contacted customer services and Jodie wrote back GUARANTEEING my order would arrive before Xmas. 21st December - the phones still had not been dispatched and customer services said they would not be delivered until January! 22nd December - I cancelled my order so I could source the phones elsewhere and thus have Xmas presents for my children. The cancellation was acknowledged by customer services 7th January - no further contact received so I contact customer services again, customer services apologise and stated ‘cancellations’ would be in touch very soon 16th January - no contact received from ‘cancellations’, I contact customer services who apologise AGAIN and say ‘cancellations would make contact in 24 hours. 17th January - I receive missed calls as I am at work as a teacher and cannot answer my phone in the classroom. I try call you back a few times but always end up in a queue of 6 or more people and can’t hold. I e-mail customer services telling them this and asking for my refund. 21st January – Customer Services write back stating they will cancel my order – but I had already cancelled the order on December 22nd! I request a complaints policy/procedure! 23rd January – Luke from Customer Services states ‘I'm sorry to hear this, we will forward your complaint onto management who will respond to you within 24 hours from now’ 26th January – more than 48 hours later – you guessed it – I have NOT heard anything from ‘management’

Don't use. Have gone down hill massively. Product was poor and so I returned it under the 14 day money back guarantee. After much chasing and frustration we had to resort to getting our credit card company to get our money back.

I purchased 22nd December it arrived in second week of January. Wi-fi button didn't work. We managed to work this out. The phone started on and off randomly. We did send the phone week ago. They can't even confirm that they received it. Extremely frustrated i will not recommend it to anyone. There are better companies who does this very well!!

Ordered refurbished iphone before Christmas but was delayed. On the phone for a very long time before anybody answered after no replies to my email. Cancelled order but they still delivered a phone weeks later. Now waiting for a refund

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ! AWFUL EXPERIENCE. Ordered hone as X mas present Dec12th. Was told it had been dispatched Dec 21st. Told Dec22 it was not dispatched after all, no apology. Cancelled order Dec 22nd. They Ignored cancellation & phone arrived Dec 28th.Returned tracked/ signed. Was told they had no record of its return until I proved it by giving the tracking no. Still waiting, over 6 weeks for my £277 refund. No acknowledgement/ apology or reply from my customer complaint email.

*I am only writing this all here as the Quick Mobile Staff are ignoring my request for a manager to call and aren’t responding to my emails* Do not order with Quick Mobile if you want a speedy delivery and 5* customer services. My order (I guess) was lost and the staff was not honest about this, instead sending me vague and unclear responses and in my opinion copied and pasted sentences distracting me, telling me my order was a “priority” and “on it’s way”. I ordered on 25th December and finally received my iPhone 8 on 22nd Jan. During the endless and frustrating back and forth, I was offered a £10 accessory which I accepted when I was assured, I would have my order by 17th Jan. This order did not arrive, I believe this was never going to arrive as I could not access tracking details via my order number. Again, I had to email customer services which they replied with: "As advised, the order is being processed as a priority. " I don’t think there is anything more frustrating then customer services that do not care about your concerns and just repeat what other colleagues have advised. A manager finally called me and assured me they would call with updates and offer compensation as they were really sorry and understood my concerns. I did not receive a call, just an email stating “…offer you £15 off the order.” – This is how colourful the staff were. £15! After close to a month wait for a £300+ order I was offered £15. I wanted to reject this offer and receive a refund but they did not give me a chance. I tried to call but I am always the 15th in the queue and do not have 2 hours a day to wait on the phone. The staff are now ignoring my emails and requests to speak with a manager. Which is a real shame as I liked the buying process and website.
