“Avoid this company! I ordered a phone as my current one broke during a software update. Only after I ordered it did I find out that it would take up to 10 days to be dispatched (not very quick!). In the meantime I went and got my current phone repaired and so needed to cancel the order. This then took over a week and 6 emails to get confirmed. Once the cancellation was finally confirmed they said they will refund my money after 30 days! This is easily the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with and there definitely isn't anything quick about them as the name would suggest. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!”

“Avoid this company, I ordered a phone back in October, waited a month but had to cancel since it was never delivered. Was promised a refund in November and it is now January- still no refund. Contacting them by email is useless, you get the same excuse every time- they say they're working on it. If I could give 0 stars I would because this company are scammers and they stole my money.”

“scammers !!!!!!i bought a phone on the 20/12/18 iphone 5c blue. i then realised it would not be delivered by christmas. on the 22/12/18 i asked to cancel and my refund to be processed. since then i have asked over 10 ti9mes for my refund. i have been fobbed off at every stage. I have been bullied by this company since 23/12/18. emails telling me it will be processed to refund me but with no date. I then got a date from them 09/01/19 to advise my refund will be processed on the 15/1/2019. today i had another email to say it will be on the 15/2/19 due to them being busy. I called them today and was told. if i want my refund I can open a paypal case. i asked why i cannot have my money today. i was told I will speak with the customer service manager then the finance manager and if the MD agrees we will give you a new date to send money back. i told her this was unlawful and unacceptable. their terms and conditions state 14 day money back guarantee. however that's only if you send a phone back. i was told she would call me back with a new date i can have my money back. this company are scammers and carrying out fraudulent returns and refund. STAY AWAY from them . you will never get your money back - they just fob you off in emails and bully you until you just give up and wait till you can op[en a paypal case. what a joke. trust me do not buy from these scammers.”

“my phone has been getting repaired for 5 weeks and no response or confirmation from them in that time. I have tried calling customer service and kept on hold for 20-40 mins then hung up on. A simple fix that was quoted as £37 is now being quoted at £140 and no further forward”

“absolute job the website!! ordered my iPhone on 15th of December was told 10 working days for shipment and might be a delay with Christmas so yeah on then was told would be shipped out 1st or 2nd week in January still nowt.so asked for a refund and told I would have to wait 30 days to receive my money! I would stay away from this site and shop else where. absolutely disgusting.”

“Brought a pristine phone which came with scratches on and didn’t work at all it kept saying searching so took it to the nearest phone shop and they said the circuit is faulty and due to me taking it there youve now said the warranty is void so I’m about to contact my solicitor as it’s not in at all”

“I have never been treated so badly.Terrublr Contradicting information...late and unhelpful emails Ignored request to cancel Sent item anyway which was too late for Xmas Have not refunded my money in over in over 22days since requesting it HAVE NOT REpLIED TO AN OFFICIAL COMPLAINT EMAIL sent four days ago. I will NEVRR use this company again I will be using social media.sites Facebook trip advisor to broadcast to others my appalling experience”

“I ordered a phone on the 4th of Dec. Fast forward 5 weeks later, no phone, refund is still in process as there’s a back log they claim. Absolutely rubbish customer service. I’m at my wit end being pass from Pilar to post. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY”

“Not easily reachable, email response takes 2-3 days and any counter question will take another 2-3 days. When you call the telephone line queue would be most of the time 30+ callers already waiting in the queue and after waiting for more than 30 minutes the line sometimes will be dropped or sometimes it takes more than 1 hour to get someone on the line.”

“AVOID AVOID do not use this bunch of scammers. Believe this "firm" has now gone to the wall........Phone line now dow . All the negative reviews are as posted, promise after promise about delivery are lies. If you can get through by phone your lucky and I have now been waiting since 18th December. 10 day delivery, then tomorrow then tomorrow. Well as we all know tomorrow never comes..... Have started a dispute with Pay Pal and reported to Trading Standards.”

“Orderd a phone on 23rd nov, recieved phone few weeks later. Was meant to be in good condition but was not working! Could not hear when recieving or making calls. Took a while for a response to this, was offered a replacement handset but after finding lots of bad reviews I decided that a full refund would be better. Sent the phone back recorded deliver and they would of recieved phone on 19th of december! just had a e mail to say my refund will be 30 days or by end of January! This is disgusting, the phone was paid up front with my 13 year old birthday money! £277 for a broken phone that wasnlt checked before they sent to us! I will happilly post bad reviews daily until im refunded. Will never use or reccommend mobile fix! Never answer the phone either!!!!!”

“I bought a phone from quick mobile fix, came damaged, straight away asked for a refund and keep being fobbed Off by saying APC have to collect but since buying the phone in was delivered in November and the phone been ready for collection the same day as delivery was made, No one has collected. I will never buy from this company again. Do not waste your money here, shop else where.”

“Avoid this company Avoid this company if you can, the price was decent for the refurb iPhone I ordered but after the 10 day wait for delivery then being fobbed off for a few more days it was clear they sell phones they do not currently own and source them once they make a sale, in my case they obviously couldn't get one so tried to keep delaying me into keeping my order. I decided to cancel and then they still had the audacity to make me wait the full 14 working days for my refund. I made the order on the 25/11 as a Christmas present which they knew about and I told them I needed the money back asap to use for my sons present but they don't care and keep the money as long as they can get away with. They never answer the phone but do answer emails with generic fob offs. Pay a little extra and use a more reputable company”

“Awful company. Cancelled my order and requested a refund within 24hrs of buying. 3 weeks later still no refund and ignoring my emails. After 45 mins waiting on the phone they just hung up on me too. They are quite clearly a scamming cowboy outfit. Trading standards and small claims court job now. How they can stay in business let alone sleep at night is a mystery I'm sure they laugh about. Avoid!”
