I purchased a refurbished phone, that didn’t work. Accessing customer services has been problematic & when I have managed to converse with them, the service has been unprofessional and disorganised. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone (unless I really didn’t like them).

I purchased 2 iphone x's from them, one space grey and one white. I waited almost a month for my delivery and when I received it there were only 2 space grey phones. On top of that one of the phones doesn't even work. There is an issue with the screen. As soon as I got these faulty phones I emailed them about this and what to do. I've been waiting almost 2 weeks now and don't have a reply yet. I needed the phone urgently as my old phone broke and now I've been left without a phone for almost 2 months. Their customer service is terrible, and the products don't seem to be reliable. If I were to have an issue with my phone in the future I don't know how long it would take for them to fix it.

The phone wasn’t working on arrival I had to pay for new screen the customer service is horrendous wouldn’t buy agin !

I ordered my phone on the 6th of December still haven't heard anything or still have no phone emailed had nothing back and then they say the phones are going to be back on the 2nd of January and when you ring they are still shut for the Christmas period

Initially the Courier company had scheduled a delivery date/time which was not fulfilled..After contact a re scheduled date was made but again this was not fulfilled - eventually the phone arrived 3 days later. IInitial attempts to charge the phone (after 24 hrs the charge reading was 17%) & even with further 24 hr charging the reading eventually dropped to 0%. The phone has been returned as not suitable for purpose Subsequent to the return of the defective no repayment of the initial cost has been forthcoming (seemingly because of a company 30 day refund policy (in my case repayment has now exceeded 60 days ). Under these circumstances I have serious concerns as to the business practices of this company.

***DISGRACEFUL COMPANY*** Ordered iphone X for my daughter on 7th December, by 20th I still hadn't heard anything. Canceled my order, which was acknowledge. The phone was sent anyway, which i didn't accept. Courier sent me an email saying the phone had been delivered, this was not true. Now been told they will refund my money once they have the pone back. I don't have phone or my money. Customer service diabolical, can't talk to anyone, take 24-48hrs to return email (not including weekends), then send impersonal emails not answering the questions you have. Last email I sent was on 28th, still no reply. Only gave 1 star as no option to leave 0. I seeking legal action to get my money back and will leave bad reviews everyday all over social media until I get it.

Previous purchases absolutely fine. This one totally the opposite. They supplied the wrong phone, their customer service line was constantly busy and then cut you off when you reached the front of the queue. After reading several equally damning reviews I decided to keep the incorrectly supplied phone (wrong colour was the problem) rather than risk returning it and ending up losing it completely. Won't be going back!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Never had such a bad experience. After ordering the phone and waiting nearly 3 weeks I was told it would be a minimum of a further 2-3 weeks for delivery. Then after cancelling the order and opening a case through PayPal suddenly they decide to send a phone out the same day that they "supposedly" didn't have in the first place. Then after the phone was returned I have been waiting 4 weeks for a refund that I still haven't got. Absolutely appalling company. NEVER EVER USE PEOPLE I AM NOT THE ONLY PERSON THEY HAVE DONE THIS TO.

I ordered this on 22nd and I understand it’s the Christmas period but it’s now 29th and this still hasn’t been marked as fulfilled. I sent a parcel on the same day and it has already been received. It might have been nice to have put a post up or an email stating this wouldn’t be dealt with till after new year. This was a present.

Terrible don’t use these. My daughter been waiting for £500 refund since October for phone that never arrived. Have reported them to trading standards as they just keep lying about when she will get her money back. Now telling her it will be February

Very poor customer service. Not clear at time of purchase it would 10 working days to delive. Then impossible to cancel. Now waiting am eternity for the refund after returning the unwanted phone as we had to source from elsewhere

Phone arrived no box no charger rang after 45 minutes on hold was told a box and charger was a different package and to top it off ordered a white phone and received a black one

Do not buy from this firm, there are much better Companies easily found on the internet - Wished I'd done a little more research before ordering - I ordered 3 phones on the 10th Dec, received 2 on the 15th Dec the third still not arrived (Dec 28th - Missed Xmas so one very disappointed daughter) They never answer the phone and e-mail replies are of little value just benign generic words which give no insight into when you might actually receive your order - DO NOT BUY FROM HERE
