Almost impossible to get a refund on a cancelled order. I was palmed off with lies and delaying tactics for 2 months. Eventually had to take legal action to get my money refunded. Appalling company!

Mobile came for my daughters Christmas present but would not charge properly. Upset my daughter. These things should be checked before sending out. I’m now in the process of sending back for a replacement

Ordered a phone 3 weeks ago and still haset come. Said there's a billing problem even thought i have already paid.see no reason why there should be a problem.

Both phones sent were opposite colours from what I ordered! Blue phone was yellow! Poor customer service, would never shop with them again- refused to rectify order mistake and offered £10 no thanks!!

Awful company, they have had my phone for over a month I understand the Christmas period but I sent it off for repair on the 25th of November and they have still not sent it back please do not send your phone to this company they are theifs!!!

sent me wrong color of phone and it was covered in scratches I asked for a replacement and they palmed me off with a 10 voucher and didn't reply again. safe to say I won't be using them again

Within my company, we always aim for good reviews, so we deal with dissatisfied customers as a priority. I purchased a phone, well before Christmas, which was supposed to be in good condition. The phone arrived with a badly cracked screen, damage around the home button and worst of all sharp broken glass along one side. They had time to replace the screen or send a replacement; however, they didn't treat this as serious, even though I sent pictures to them of the undamaged package and the broken phone. I am now told that they will deal with this in the new year. They deserve this poor review, not for sending me a broken phone, which may have been a simple error, but for not correcting their problem promptly. Quick is not an adjective they deserve to use.

Item purchased grossly mis-described. Took me 3 days of constant phone calls totally hours on hold before I was answered by a real person. Still awaiting my refund. I am being charged postage to return the poor quality product. Terrible customer experience from start to finish.

When will my phone arrive ? I'm waiting ages. Absolutely appalling "service". No meaningful information provided by the company as to why my 10 year old's order of almost five weeks ago hasn't arrived.

Ordered two mini iPads. One white and one space grey. I was delivered a black and space grey. The space grey one was cracked at bottom of screen near home button. Both were Christmas presents therefore too late to return so wanted the kids to at least see what they were getting. Have emailed for replacements but no reply as yet.

I ordered a phone which I cancelled the next day which QMF confirmed was fine as had not yet been dispatched. However 2 weeks later I recieved the phone which I returned for a refund. Still not recieved refund QMF have had my money for over a month!

Dreadful company-sold me an iphone 7 which was described as good condition which said slight scratches on back & side but delivered a phone with a scratched screen. Repeated emails only get a standard response with no substance -come on quick mobile fix man up admit your errors and sort this out for

Sent wrong phone, could replace with the phone I ordered then took weeks to sort out the refund for the difference in phone. Wouldn’t recommend

Would not deliver my parcel to a local collection point or leave with a neighbour or family member. Had to be signed for by myself only. I work full time so could not be at home, I have things delivered all the time including phones and just collect them from the post office when I’m not in. Totally ridiculous service. Really disappointed, I ordered on Black Friday and it’s now Christmas and I still don’t have my goods and no body had tried to contact me!!!!
