I cancelled my order on 2nd November and was promised a refund in 10-14 working days. It was not processed. I was subsequently promised my refund 5 further times, obviously ignored each time and the company stalled. They are basically trying to fob me off until I give in and forget it, I WONT. I've continuously called/emailed and asked to speak to a manager/have a call back. Obviously no one ever calls back. Needless to say I have begun taking legal action against this company to recoup my money. WARNING - DO NO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. Order number 198581

Had purchased a Grade A iPhone and received a Grade B which had scratches all over the screen. Be warmed!!!!

very bad service. no one ever picks the calls and I have tried several times. grade a or excellent phone had an issue and was delivered on 14th working day where everyone else is having next day delivery. plus the phone was faulty and refund process is another long process !!

Orders are dispatched on a next day delivery for customers in the UK which yours was on a next day delivery service. Same as all other customers really. Ordered a phone that was never sent. The phone number is not in use and customer support (which is most likely the owner himself posting under made up names) uses every stall tactic available. After enough pressure they confirmed that the order had been shipped and I even received an e-mail from the "shipping company". The e-mail looked suspicious (both contents and header) and after getting in touch with the delivery company they confirmed that the tracking number or the delivery did not exist which pretty much confirmed that they had been faking the delivery confirmations The upside is that the company is registered with companies house and the directors are fairly high profile from ebay selling so criminal charges are probably to expect at some point.

DO NOT GIVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO THIS COMPANY!!! I made a order on the 2nd of december and I am yet to receive my order, they never answer the phone and when you reach the top of the queue the line ALWAYS disconnects.

My concern is in relation to your company being trustworthy and reputable : •You say our order was flagged as medium risk, but still took the payment from my account. •You did not advise the buyer that there was any issue re the order being flagged as medium risk. •Upon further investigation your company has received some very bad reviews in relation to product quality/delivery/delays. •after a week of emails we are still none the wiser as to what medium risk actually means and the actual status of our order • we have requested that our order be cancelled, but received no confirmation of same from you. communication is disgraceful.

4th November 2018 – I have bought the phone 19th November 2018 – after 11 working days they have not send it 19th November 2018 – after 1000 emails and calls I have cancelled the order and they emailed me back “The refund will be processed on 12/12/18” 12th December 2018 - NO REFUND and they answered me “Your refund will be processed on 17/12/2018” 17th December – NO REFUND and they said “Please await further information” Reading the other reviews I am afraid that I lost my money ID 199911

They take your money and don’t send you the items, I waited three months for three phone cases to arrive, when I told them I wanted a refund then they finally sent the items, I do not recommend that anybody use this site or this business for any transactions unless you want to be ripped off !

I have been a customer of theirs for the past few years and up until now I have always been very happy. I bought a phone on 30th November and it still has not even been dispatched. Communication with them was very bad and I just keep hearing a standardised reply of they are sorry and as soon as there is an update they will let me know. It is a Christmas present for my son and it is obviously not going to be here for Christmas even though I have been assured it would be sent no later than end of last week. Very upset and disappointed in them. Loyalty counts for nothing it seems. Won't ever be shopping here again and I won't refer people here anymore.

Horrendous company to deal with. I cancelled my order about 2 months ago and was promised a refund within 10 - 14 days. It didn't come to they said another 3-5 days. It didn't come. They said I would receive it on the 14 Dec. It didn't come. Ive now been pushed back four times and still no refund. This company is fraudulent and I am having to take legal action to get my £695 refund. Not what I needed before Christmas. Steer clear of them!!

Had to have phone fixed twice for the same fault in the space of 4 months. Each time it took over a month to return the phone and they expect me to pay £189 to repair the original fault. Would avoid

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!I bought a refurbished iPhone from them. From the moment it arrived the camera was faulty , the pictures were not sharp and blurry. The phone came with a 12 month warranty however when I send it back I was told I would have to pay £79 for the repair despite the fact I send photographs to prove my point and the phone was still under warranty. A very poor service. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

First mobile received had deep scratches in the screen - not as described. Replacement was white and silver not black!

Ordered phone on 10th November. Was advised that it was dispatched on 23rd November. It arrived on 4th December with the screen broken. Contacted customer service immediately. Sent photos of packaging and phone as requested. I have been advised it's now with P2P whatever that is. Totally unsatisfactory. I will keep pursuing until I get a satisfactory outcome but it's just not good enough to treat customers like this.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ordered phone 13 nov phone did not arrived for 15 days when it did it was faulty . returned the phone and have not been able to get a replacement or a refund nobody answers the customer services phone (YOU ARE ON HOLD AND THEN IT CUTS YOU OUT )or responding to my email apart from the auto response phone returned 30th nov its now 14th dec and i just want a full refund advise you NOT TO US THIS COMPANY VERY POOR SERVICE TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DON'T SUPPLY YOU WITH A PHONE STILL WAITING FOR REFUND

Absolutely disgusted with this service and may even consider going to trading standards and watchdog, ordered two phones on 30.10.18, waited ages for the phones, got fobbed of for weeks saying they will be dispatched within 2-3 days, kept complaining so then received an email saying they didn’t have the phones but I could have alternate phones and they’d be delivered next day, I said no I don’t want alternate phones so just refund me. Told them I’d waited long enough and that they shouldn’t be selling phones that they didn’t actually have in stock. Then received an email saying rather than get a refund why don’t they look into when the phones would be dispatched I said don’t bother I just want a refund. Still haven’t received a refund!!! RIP OFF company Basically selling phones they don’t have in stock and then fob you off for weeks. These were Xmas presents and cost just short of £200, I’m a single mum of 4 and can’t afford to be going out buying replacements. If I could give NO STARS I would but only have the option to give 1 star. If I don’t get my refund in two days I’m going to consumer rights, trading standards, watchdog and a solicitor. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from here Quick at replying to emails shame there not quick when it comes to delivering goods/ refunds
