Purchased a phone from these 12 months ago and received in a week so purchased another two weeks ago no phone as turned up total disappointment no one gets back to you when you messsge them wish I'd read the recent reviews before I ordered again my son don't look like e gettin his phone fur xmas please people avoid this company would hate for more people to lose money

Bunch of incompetent, thieving cowboys. Sent my mobile to them for repair 2 months ago. Told on 7th NOVEMBER it was being tested and dispatched after that. Still waiting, NO repaired phone, NO refund NO COMUNICATION (Oh the irony!) NO update. They feign mock concern when you post reviews, and when you respond - they still cant communicate !! Steer Clear !

Took 3 weeks to deliver a refurbished iphone that turned out to be damaged. They blamed the courier. I am still waiting for a refund 5 weeks after placing my order. They never answer their phones. Avoid at all costs .

Hello, We are sorry to hear this, however, when your order was dispatched it was in full working order and when you received the phone it was damaged, between us dispatching and you receiving your phone it was damaged and only in the hands of the courier, however, there is insurance so the phone is covered. I ordered an unlocked phone from them from and they sent a locked one, Ive been trying to resolve this for more than two weeks now. It wasn't cheap either but they continue to fob me off on chat and email, you can't actually speak to anyone as they don't answer the phone. Ive asked for a replacement or a refund but have heard nothing for two days now - just silence. Luckily Ive paid for goods on credit card so will go down that route to get my money back. Take our advice, stay clear. If I could have given zero stars I would. I see they are actually acknowledging the 5 Star reviews on reviews.co.uk but not the 1 Star reviews. That should tell you all you need to know about them.

Ordered a Samsung S6 on 14/11. Was told it would be dispatched by 28/11. Still nothing. No answer on the number provided, web chat is a massive joke! All I keep getting told is "should be" another 3-5 working days. Have now raised a dispute with my bank as looking at previous reviews I'll be waiting forever!!!

Dreadful - avoid at all costs. Still waiting for refund from 10th October - I had cancelled the order after it became obvious I wouldn't get the phone for when I needed it (2 weeks after order). Keep ringing, no answer. Keep sending messages, get rubbish answers. Latest one is that they have changed payment providers so they don't have my credit card details & I need to give them my bank account details! Avoid like the plague!

Customer services is none existent. I had conformation that they had received my return of a faulty mobile that they sent out, and three months on I am still wanting for a refund! I will avoid in the future!

Refurbed phone I bought was faulty. Sent back for repair (fairly easy), same problem after getting it back. Tried to contact them (STILL trying!!) to change for another phone. No one reads emails properly, send stock responses back. Customer service number has no one attending it so never answers. Promised to have someone call me at discussed time but no one did. Then got onto live chat and asked manager to call. Was going to straight away but never did. Now I just want to return it but not sure how I can even do that. Terrible customer service. Look elsewhere. UPDATE: took phone to the iPhone store and it’s been mashed together with different parts. Likely why it doesn’t connect in tube stations and functionality is so poor. Avoid this company

Ordered phone over two weeks ago and still not received. Order well over £450.00. Keep being told by email as no one answers the phone that phone will be dispatched between 1-4 days and I have been told this 3 times now. No one will call me or speak directly all goes through email or live chat. Absolutely awful service and we haven't even receievd the phone. We are now having to leave this to our bank to deal with. Do not purchase from this company.

I ordered a phone on the 5th of September but had to cancel as the phone I wanted was not available. They subsequently debited my account anyway. As of the 4th of December I am still waiting for a refund! Appalling customer service.

Quick Mobile Fix is a massive disappointment If I could, I wouldn't even put a star on this review. Long story short, I purchased an iPhone 6 plus which appears to be a good value for money, to my disappointment, I never received the phone after the 14days delivery deadline. So I got in touch with their customer service and asked to cancel my order 197669 and get a refund, 13/11/ 218 was last actual contact I had with Quick Mobile Fix which in according to their own refund policy, states that refund is processed with 1O to 14 days. I would honestly suggest to anyone thinking of buying any from Quick Mobile Fix to seriously avoid To Quick Mobile Fix, I need you to refund me ASAP. (Order No: 197669

I ordered a refurbished iPhone X on Quick Mobile on the 6th of October to replace a phone which was on its last legs. I was ok with the 10 day dispatch date as my current phone was still useable, I then received an email saying the phone would be another 5 working days. At the end of the 15 day period my current phone died but still nothing from QMF, I tried ringing and no answer and eventually after 2 days got an email reply offering me a different colour, I agreed but only if the phone was to be dispatched that day, 3 days later and nothing so I had to cancel my order and buy elsewhere. The refund was initially meant to be in my bank account in 10-14 working days, at the end of the 14 working days there was nothing so I rang to be told that the card gateway was down and they would bank transfer me the money in 5 working days, yet again there was nothing at the end of these days. I rang yet again to find out what was going on and was informed that no refunds were being processed until the 6th of December. After threatening the company with legal action if I did not have the money in my bank account by this date I was told by the woman on the phone that 'sometimes things just don't go your way in life' and that I should get over it. I am currently left feeling like I have had £600 stolen from me and wondering why I wasn't informed initially of the inability to process refunds. WILL I EVER GET MY MONEY BACK??

I ordered a second-hand phone from this company and £440 was immediately taken from my credit card. The phone didn't arrive within two weeks and they said it would be another two weeks. It still didn't arrive so I asked for a refund. they agreed to the refund but 6 weeks later I still haven't received it. I wish I had never heard of this company!

Order a iphone.. didnt come and then i cancelled my order ... but yet after 6 emails saying i wanted my order cancelled.. didnt listen got email to tell me it was being dispatched.. not happy!

I cancelled my order 20 working days ago and was told the refund would be processed between 10-14 days. Still no refund despite repeated emails. No one answers the phone so unable to speak with anyone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Terrible customer service. Dodgy company that happily took my money and then never dispatched the phone. When I then cancelled my order they said they'd refund me within 14 days. It has been three weeks now and still no refund. PLEASE GIVE MY REFUND. Customer service is a joke also been talking to them the last few weeks and have done nothing to help me. Please give me my money so I don't have to deal with this terrible company again.
