Order ID 201283 Well Quick Mobile Fix replied saying they have refunded my £379.98 back to my card....guess what YOU HAVE NOT.... Like I clearly stated in my cancellation letter, you have until close of play 30th November 2018 to make the refund. Failing this I will go through the court, report you to Trading Standards and report you to Crimestoppers. This is tantamount to Fraud and Deception, and I would implore all customers to avoid this company.......

I ordered a phone for my daughter on the 2nd November and I’m still waiting, after multiple emails and getting fobbed off by them I’m going to report them to tradings standards if I’ve not got a reply in the next couple of hours. They were quick taking the £400 out my husbands account for a phone I’ve yet to receive

I'm still waiting for my phone (2 months) they kept the money and don't answer the phone :( and don't want to give a refund or an update of the delivery....

Poor communication, Long story short! QMF sent me a defected iPhone 7, I purchased a phone that was supposed to be in excellent condition it wasn't, it should never have passed quality control. I sent the phone back and explained that I need the phone to either be fixed, replaced or a refund by 23rd Nov (it was for a 50th birthday present - as everyone know birthday dates don't change!!) they did not respond until 2 days after 23rd Nov, which appeared to be a standard type response. Due to receiving goods not fit for purpose and sending the item back and the lack of communication I had no alternative but to purchase another phone elsewhere. I asked for a refund - no response to that until I manged to get hold of them on chat and they indicated that I would receive a refund within 10 -14 working days. I will update this feedback to let people know if I do receive the refund - although given some of the feedback I'm not confident. also had the same issue as other people - trying to ring them a nightmare they never answer, chat is off line more than it is on line so the only option is email but then you do have to wait for them to contact you. please be aware that if you use chat they can see your response before you press enter, where as you just see the word typing from their side of things until they press return. It made the chat quite disjointed I had to point this out to them - also they closed the chat before i could have it emailed to me - they probably didn't want to have the fact they said they would refund my money back on record - fortunately I had the foresight to take screen shots.

My last phone had been purchased from this company like many of my family members phones. All the phones we have recieved have worked great and delivered fairly quickly. Because of this I had trust in them and once my phone broke ordered from here straight away. Big mistake. My most recent order (which was placed nearly 3 weeks ago) has still not been dispatched and it’s really clear that something is seriously wrong with this company or they just don’t have the phone in the first place, it can’t take this long! I can’t go on any longer without a phone as I can’t get in contact with anyone, no one at my work can contact me and it’s all been a disaster. Obviously the minor inconveniences in my life are not priority however if I want a refund as they’ve taken WEEKS and still not given me a phone then I should receive one ! However instead they have simply ignored this and given me the same response that my order has been changed to priority and when it’s dispatched I’ll receive an email. Can’t even be bothered to give me an estimation of how long it will take which is probably because it’s going to take weeks on end. Absolutely fed up and am going to seek out what action I can take to get my money back from this company who now feel like scammers as opposed to the reliable and trustworthy company I used to think they were. Just can’t continue trying to communicate with them when they take 1 or 2 days to respond. Up to 2 more days I don’t have a phone! Sick to death of this company and going to make sure anyone I know knows to never order from here again.

Tried to contact quickfire by phone no answer ordered 2 iPhone 7 due for dispatch tomorrow not holding my breath if not dispatched or some calls me to tell me i will receive them in will be looking for a refund customer service is shocking will not order again and I will put it on my Facebook page so people know to avoid

Place on order for a refurbished iPhone on 28th October, it's now 26th November and have still not received it, nor email confirmation that it has been dispatched. I've emailed on numerous occasions but just get the usual 'should receive in the next 2-5 working days'. Can never get through to anyone on the phone and they do not respond to 'live chat'. I am now looking for a full refund.

Please AVOID THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!! They will take your money, not deliver your goods and then when you ask for a refund, ignore you. Please make sure you read reviews of comanies you chose to buy from. i purchased an IPHONE 7 from them on the 6th November, after 10 working days i decided to email them, i also read all the bad reviews, so i was a little worried. i was told that there are some delays and i would receive a tracking number when it had been shipped. i needed this for a birthday present so i let it be hoping that i would receive it within the next few days. i then emailed after the birthday had gone and received a response saying please allow 5 working days for quality checks, ok fair enough i'll give them the benefit of doubt. After this i asked on several emails for a refund, this was ignored and told on the online chat that it would be despatched on a saturday (24th) still no dispatch email. Now the latest email is that i am next on their shipping list and my phone will be depatched. Hopefully it is shipped tomorrow morning. If not i will be contacting paypal/credit card company to persue my refund as this has been causing me major stress and panic. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF HASSLE AND DO NOT USE!!!!

phone is very poor. battery is old . phone goes on and off . the phone is not what it was advertised as, made a mistake of buying another phone for my mother that one also does not work correctly. would not buy off this company again !!!!!!! total con

I have been really disappointed with this service. Their contact line doesn’t work, so the customer service team are very difficult to get hold of. Originally I amended my order and it was confirmed before being dispatched. I was then delivered the incorrect item, and even though I returned the incorrect order immediately, I am still waiting for the correct item. 20 days later. Though I was told it would take UP TO 10 days. The customer service team have been polite and professional but no action seems to ever actually be taken after I speak to them which is very frustrating. I am still owed a refund for the difference in items and that was from a month ago now.

I bought my boy a iphone 7 bundle 15 working days before his birthday. WHAT A JOKE. IT STILL HASNT ARRIVED I HAVE CALLED THEM MANY TIMES AND ALL THEY HAVE SAID IS IT WILL BE DESPATCHED TODAY OR TOMMORROW GUESS WHAT IT HASNT GOT DESPATCHED. Please fix ur company. My boy is still waiting. U should call yourself slow mobile fix. What a joke....

Order ID 201283 This order was placed nearly 3 weeks ago now, and I am getting the same old rubbish line about waiting for another 3 to 5 days.....all lies. The two IPhones I have ordered have never been in stock, and will never be in my possession. This is fraud and deception simple!! I have cancelled my order, and now being told 14 days before I get a refund.....again this will never happen. I am writing to the, and giving them 7 days then off to court we go, and I will ensure I get a whole lot more back than just the costs of those two phones, which you never had any intention of delivering to me. I have also reported this crime to the local Police where QMF are based. Avoid Avoid Avoid - don’t be another victim......

Order number 188439. Shocking customer service. Refurbished Iphone with GPS faults, sent the first one back for repair, it came back no better, received a new handset with the same issue. I asked for a refund 3 weeks ago and I'm being strung along by customer services. They say no refund as it is more than 14 days from my initial order (even though 2 days after receiving the second phone I emailed to tell them) This is a completely made up rule if you check the Customer Rights Act. I have offered to accept an exchange but not heard anything. Trading Standards to be informed next as it seems to happen to a lot of people and they're making up their own rules. AVOID

This is now the third 1 star review I am leaving for QMF. Order made October 21st, it was never shipped, after many emails I cancelled it on November 8th. They refuse to contact me or reply to any emails about my refund until this morning when I got into the live chat and was told my refund won't be processed until December 3rd! This is illegal as it has already been 14 days since the order was cancelled. QMF if my refund is not processed today I will be taking serious further action. This whole process has been stressful, tiring and upsetting I just want my money back. Something better be done today as I will not be waiting any longer.

Do not get a phone from here! Got my son a iPhone 7 grade a phone from them which was faulty so I sent it back, 3 weeks later they send it back to me and it was still faulty! So I sent it back 4 weeks ago, they told me they would send out a replacement 3-4 days after receiving the phone! 4 weeks later I’m emailing them every day and I all get back is we are now making your phone a priority! Most unprofessional company I Have ever dealt with avoid at all costs!!
