AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! IF IT WAS POSSIBLE TO LEAVE NO STARS THEN I WOULD. Ordered an iphone7 31st October for my son which he paid for using his hard earned savings. QMF do not let you know you will have to wait up to 10 working days to receive your order until you have already paid. The impression is next working day delivery. MISLEADING! We are now 17 working days post order and despite several email exchanges still no phone. They do not answer their phone and send generic email responses. It’s a shame they seem to have the time to answer reviews on this site but are unable to answer phone call enquiries. Today I have cancelled my order and requested a full refund, which will doubtless be a lengthy, protracted business, and I will be contacting trading standards to lodge a complaint about this shockingly bad company. If you have any sense take your custom elsewhere.

Purchased an A rated IPhone 6. Having waited nearly three weeks for delivery I cancelled my order, however 24hours later my phone suddenly appeared in the post. The battery drained completely fully charged within 4hours of use, emails were sent back and forth but I only ever received copy and pasted replies. I would not recommend this company, poor phones and poor customer service.

Do not deal with quick mobile fix! The company name suggests you will get your mobile fixed ....quickly!!. We bought a S7 from them in April, we then started have issues with it in October and I sent an email as still under warranty, all good so far. I returned the phone on the 18th October being told it would be 2/3 weeks max. I am still waiting for the phone and as for customer service..The phone is never answered ( ironic for a phone company!) email is not much better, in which the just strung me along saying its going to testing and on the 7th November I was told it was repaired and would be with me in 24 hrs!! No real apology for being lied to. They told me last week some parts are coming in this week and its a priority.......still waiting quick (ha ) fix mobile.....still waiting.

I ordered iphone 6s phone (pristine condition) on 23rd September 2018. I was debited in full but after 3 weeks the phone had still not arrived so I cancelled the order. I have tried to call - but there is a number which always says the ' office' is closed . I have sent numerous emails for which I receive an automated response but no human communcation. To date (21st Nov) I have still not received my refund. The company is not legitimate and my best advise would be do not buy from them

NEVER BUY FROM OR DEAL WITH MOBILE QUICK FIX This is the worst experience that I have ever had. The phone that I purchased from Quick fix was faulty. I returned it to quick fix 4 months ago. They tried to fix it but it was still not functioning and I returned it to them again They eventually agreed to give me a new phone for which I paid an upgrade fee ONE MONTH AGO. I am still waiting for the new phone and I am over 300 stg out of pocket. They refuse to respond to my emails or to answer the phone. I think that they have ceased to trade. I am reporting them to the police and to the standards authority.

Absolute disgrace have been waiting over a month for my refund for an item I never even recieved, no answer on the phone, and get a stupid excuse that they parted ways with worldpay as they where taking to long to give out refunds. Was told this information a week ago and still haven’t got my money back.

Absolutely disgusting service. I’ve now been waiting 4 weeks for the iPhone I ordered. I’ve tried several times to get a update but each time have just been fobbed off and made to wait. There has been no mention of when my phone is going to arrive. This is absolutely scandalous. Companies should not be allowed to just take your money and not give you any details of when it is going to arrive. Worse service I have ever come across!!!! I am currently in the process of taking the matter further!

Phone is broken before it got into my hands. Customer service was unhelpful and I had very little information about the whereabouts of my purchase whilst shipping and it was a very lengthy process.

Don’t trust this site. Was meant to receive a ‘like new’ phone but received one with a deep scratch in the middle of the screen. Also, it’s been 14 days and I’m still waiting for my refund!

AVOID AVOID AVOID! AVOID AVOID AVOID!! Absolutely shambolic crooked company. Take your money when they don't have phones in stock - (which they will say they have). Almost 4 week now since ordered. 10 days past then told another 5. Still nothing. Then told dispatch would be quicker if I accepted a different model which I did. Still nothing. Customer service is a complete joke. Generic emails, no answer on phone, mobile chat always switched off......the list goes on!!! Emailed today to say to cancel and refund which will likely take an eternity going by other reviews. Trading standards, watchdog and whoever else can stop these crooks trading and basically stealing people's money are getting informed. If your reading this....GO ELSWHERE!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Placed my order for iPhone 6 on 17/10/18 and still waiting for it. I’ve emailed 3 times and got a reply saying the delay to the dispatch of order has been due to the stringent quality control checks we have to carry out on all of our devices both prior to sale and again prior to dispatch which has caused a backlog of orders and my order is due to be dispatched within the next 5-7 working days at the latest but we can confirm that your order will most likely be dispatched much quicker than this. Was meant to be a birthday present for my daughter. Requested refund but no reply. Can’t get through on phone

Terrible experience which is still ongoing do yourself a favour do not use this company 1 star is 1 too many! It all started when I ordered a Grade A iPhone 6s from QMF back in August the phone is advertised as a fully refurbished & tested with a 12-month warranty. The website & order process is very misleading & gave the impression it was in stock for immediate dispatch. When in fact this is not the case & we had to wait over 3 weeks before the phone arrived. After only a couple of days we noticed the on/off button had stopped working. This was reported to QMF. So that we were not without a phone for another lengthy period we reluctantly paid for another "Grade A “fully refurbished & tested phone arranging that we would return the original faulty phone when the replacement arrived for a full refund. The second i-phone arrived approx. 2 weeks later & I had to chase them again for a returns reference for the original faulty phone so I could send it back as agreed for a refund. Then a couple of weeks later the second replacement i-phone also developed a screen fault (Green screen). After almost 15 weeks & dozens of emails I now had a refund outstanding & another faulty phone which required to returned for a refund I finally got the original refund last week but despite numerous e-mails (Tried calling QMF no one ever picks up the phone so do not waste your time) They finally emailed me yesterday advising they cannot authorize a refund for the 2nd phone as its after their 14 days period. I’m still stuck with a faulty phone which needs to be returned but not getting any response. If they do not provide me with a returns reference & confirmation that I will receive a full refund for yet another faulty mobile phone they have supplied in the next 48 hours then I will look to contact my bank to start charge back claim under section 75 & will also contact Trading standards who need to investigate this company.

Ordered a phone and decided I wanted the newer model, so returned the phone, unused and in it's original packaging, so I could order the newer model. Rang customer services to get return instructions and posted, received an email on the 24th of October saying the handset was received and the refund would take 10-14 days. Checked with my credit card company on 14/11/2018 (15 working days since the email) and they confirmed no refund had been received. I spent the entire day trying to call QMF, all options on the phone rang until it disconnected and their interactive chat, which I had used to discuss the return previously remained offline. At the end of the day I sent them a message explaining the above and asking that they refund the order in 5 working days or I would be forced to ask the credit card company to claim the return on my behalf. (Thank god I paid on Credit). I tried to contact them again via phone on the 15th, 16th and today (now 18 working days, 26 in total, since they emailed me to confirm they were processing the return) and still the phone continues to ring until it disconnects, no matter which option I select. I googled to see if others were having the same issue and I see that they are. I am also very unhappy to see the company is actively replying to the negative reviews, but seem unable to answer the phone or reply to emails. I have gone ahead and contacted my credit card company to claim the refund on my behalf.
