Order ID195359 This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with! Ordered a mobile on 4 October, it said the order will be shipped within 10 working days. As this didn't happen within 10 working days, I cancelled the order on 18 October, as I needed the phone for my travel. After a week I received an email that the phone can be shipped now, but if I still would like to carry on with my cancellation, I should inform them. I did answer on the same day, that I would like my cancellation to be carried out and asked for a refund. They ignored my email and send it with their currier anyway and after I insisted on the cacellation they send me an email with their very long return instructions. After my next email, they said they will call the depot and ask them to send the phone back to them. After that I have been sending them emails whitout getting any answer from them. They hold my money and don't even bother to answer my emails. Don't buy anything from Quickmobilefix!

I bought an iPhone 6 for my son, after three weeks the iPhone itself disabled and we were unable to enable it or use the phone again. Would definitely approach with caution .....

Worse company ever sent phone for repair 15 September after paying £180 to get it fixed and numerous emails saying it was fixed I get it sent back after them then emailing saying the motherboard was broke and they would refund me, that was a Month later , after more and more emails about refunding me my money for not fixing my phone 22 days later still no refund after them saying it would take 3-5 days don’t buy or sale or give any money to his company con artist who should be put in jail

You booked your device in for a diagnostic service which required a screen and a motherboard repair, due to the nature of the fault, unfortunately, it was not able to be repaired so we had to return your phone back with a refund as we have a no fix no fee policy. I ordered a phone 3 weeks ago, still hasn't been dispatched, have asked for it to be cancelled 4 times and have no confirmation of cancellation. Please just let me cancel this order and refund me my money. I do not want the phone anymore due to the amount of stress this company has caused me. I have been constantly having to chase to know updates but received no solid information. Just cancel the order please! ID198032

I m still waiting for a manager to phone me back after 10 day s! Phoned every day for 10 day s and surprise surprise no one will answer the phone! Don’t waste your time with this company!!!

Got a grade a iPhone 7 and it was faulty, sent it back took them 3 weeks to tell me it’s now fixed receive it again and they hand fixed it still faulty couldn’t get a signal. I’ve sent it back again and told them I want it replaced a week later still no phone! My son has been left with out a phone for 5 weeks now! Won’t be buying a phone again from here

Phone was extremely delayed in being delivered. Casing of phone was extremely bashed and the phone is faulty, the screen goes black intermittently when being used. Quick mobile fix customer services are terrible and no one is responding to me about a refund!

Quick Mobile fix said it would take within 10 days for the order to arrive, right now is the 16th day i've been waiting, the customer service is poor, nobody responds, tracker is outdated and unreliable, nobody answers the phone or is on live chat. I want an instant full refund before I have to take this further because £250 of my hard earned money is nothing to be played around with at all.

never buy anything, the contact service wont answer the phone and takes a couple of days to answer a email. my phone came broken with the audio not working i sent the phone back a month ago and have not even received a dispatch order yet. You will waste so much time buying off this company

Waited near 3 months to get paid after my phone was passed good almost straight away from receiving it. No email of appoligies until after 2 months of constantly trying to contact someone. Poor service

The phone was in a very bad condition. The software was not working properly. My money has not been reimbursed and I am receiving a lot of emails from you to give feedback. The feedback is obviously negative, because instead of solving my issue, you are sending me this! I’m not happy and I would never recommend your company.

If it was possible to leave a review of 0 stars then I would, without hesitation. This has been one of the worst, if not THE worst, customer service experiences I have ever dealt with and I would urge anyone debating on ordering through Quick Mobile Fix to think twice. I held off on posting any reviews in the hopes that my issues would be resolved but I feel like all hope is completely lost. 2 and a half months down the line and I am absolutely no further forward. I purchased an iPhone for my grandfather on 20/08/18. To cut a long story short, the phone arrived after an extensive delivery period (much like everyone else who reviews this company mentions) which wasn’t really an issue to me. When I tested the phone it was faulty and I contacted the company immediately. Firstly, their telephone customer service line is an absolute joke at best. They NEVER answer and it became pointless even trying to contact them this way. I then proceeded to have an email exchange with various individuals from the customer service team over a period of 4 days which consisted of me repeatedly requesting details of how to return the device for a refund and being completely ignored and advised to send it in for a repair. I was conscious of my 14 day money back guarantee and wanted to look elsewhere for a phone at this point. I returned the phone and it was confirmed via email as received on 21/09/18 (even though on the online tracker it was confirmed as received a day earlier than this). In the confirmation email I was advised that the refund process can take between 10-14 working days which would imply that I was to receive a refund by 11/10/18 at the latest, if we are basing it on the dates of the confirmation email. I still to this day have no refund. Almost 30 days since they confirmed the refund as having been processed. I contacted customer support (again via email due to no success over the phone) on 26th October and was told the finance department would look into this. I then emailed on the 30th October as I had still received no response, I was told it had been escalated to the finance manager. I have now sent a further two emails and countless unanswered phone calls, only to be ignored altogether this time. This is absolutely appalling customer service and I regret the day I ever came accross Quick Mobile Fix. All I want is a refund of my Grandfathers hard earned money for an item I purchased which you have confirmed as returned!!!!

I placed an order of Iphone X over two weeks ago and have not received this despite been told last week that it will be with me in 2-3 days. Since there was no sign of my order, I sent multiple emails and called the number but no reply, or even an acknowledgement. It seems this is one armed bandit, the company takes orders when there is few to none left in stock. If they cannot handle overwhelming orders, stop taking them! No customer service on the phone and no updates whatsoever. Regret having to buy from this company, now have to go through all the grief of getting a refund

Sold my phone to Quick Mobile fix 7 weeks ago. No payment, no reply to emaisl apart from 1 email promising payment by 26/10, no answer to 3 chaser emails phone help line goes dead every time I call. Fraud / theft.

Absolutely Terrible Company I can honestly say I have never had a worse experience with a company in my life. Firstly I placed my order, expecting to have my phone within at least a week, they state that it may take up to 10 working days, but usually this isn't the case. After 10 working days with no email or confirmation of the item being shipped, I decided to cancel my order as I needed a phone asap. I was then told that it would take a huge 14 working days to process my refund, 3 weeks to simply send a customer's money back. 15 working days later, no contact and no refund. 4 emails/live chats later, being told that it will be processed within 3 working days every time. On my 5th, 6th and 7th contact, now months after my purchase, Quickmobilefix decide to start ignoring every attempt at any contact. I had to contact my bank and open a dispute case against this company in order to retrieve my refund, which I have finally received. I would advise anyone to not use this company for any purchase.

Worst customer service I have ever encountered. DO NOT ORDER A PHONE THROUGH THEM. It arrived and did not work. Their phone number does not work and they do not answer emails. I have sent it back and will be reporting the company to trading standards/ ofcom
