AVOID - 31 Days Later, No Phone, Refused to Cancel my Order - They Stole My Money :( Order ID193607 SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND ORDER SOMEWHERE ELSE! (really) I ordered a phone on Sept. 24th, it's now October 29th - no phone, no tracking information, no estimated delivery date - they have repeatedly refused to cancel the order and give me a refund. I paid 300 pounds for a phone, they haven't delivered and refuse to confirm a delivery date. I even gave them the option to send me a similar phone instead if they don't have the one I ordered, but they didn't even acknowledge the message. They cut off the chat messages, and don't reply on Facebook or email. I now have to file an official dispute and try to get my money back through my bank. I will be taking them to court if they refuse. If you do decide to take a huge risk and deal with these people, use a credit card or PayPal so you have a better chance of getting your money back. Or better, DO NOT ORDER A PHONE FROM THIS COMPANY :( It says on their website specifically that international shipping to Sweden will take 3-5 working days, and that they will dispatch the phone within 3-5 working days. However, AFTER you complete your purchase and they charge you for your order, you are informed on the 'Thank You' page that you will receive shipping information within 10 (!) working days. So after being promised 3-5 days, I waited for 7 and they finally gave me shipment notification and a tracking number on October 3rd. BUT - the tracking information DID NOT WORK and shows up "Sorry we have no record of your reference on file at this time" So I emailed them to ask if this was normal, they replied quickly and said they were having issues with the courier tracking and they could confirm the package would be delivered the next day. It was not. I was then contacted (Oct 7) and they then said that they needed a phone number for the courier company, which I replied to them within 5 minutes of receiving the email requesting it. I then asked if they had any idea when the package would be delivered, and again they sent me a tracking number and pointed me to trakmypak.com, but AGAIN the tracking information did not show up and read: "Sorry we have no record of your reference on file at this time" More back and forth emails, I asked if they had any idea (even just a ballpark date) when the phone would be delivered and 2 days later received a reply: "Deliveries to Ireland take on average 7 - 10 working days to arrive." Problem is, I ordered my phone to SWEDEN I've spent countless hours trying to get an answer from them, they've refused to cancel the order or refund me. I now have to spend more time filing complaints & writing legal letters to try and get my money back. This company is an absolute joke.

Absolutely AWFUL company, waiting for a refund which is being unreasonably withheld and delayed by Quick Mobile Fix well over their '10-14 Working Day Policy'. This company is abysmal and obviously has no care or regards for its reputation as it is not building a good one for itself at all. 'Quick Mobile Fix' are THIEVES!!!

this outlet is very good making customers unhappy because they are very good at being wrong and strong. Awaiting my refunds of £72.99 for mare than 30 days as asked staff reason for delay. 192629

Terrible "company" took money almost month ago , no delivery. At that moment I cancelled my order 3 times and they keep asking if I REALLY want to cancel ??? V 😡 FRAUDERS. Do not believe them.

Phone supplied was not working properly intermittently disconnecting from 4G. Sent back for repair but still not resolved. Returned phone for like for like replacement, nearly 4 weeks later no phone, and no refund. Hopefully this situation will be resolved immediately, as I've not had a phone to use for a month. Avoid this company.

Do not use this company!!!! They take your order and money then you have to wait 2 weeks only to then chase them up because you still haven't recieved the goods you've paid for. No communication or update on your order and then when you cancel the order you still have to chase them for updates and wait for your money. They say 10-14 working days which is actually not the legal time ame fir refunds. I've had this confirmed and it is 14 calendar days. Aweful company with the worst customer service I've ever experienced. They have today admitted they are experiencing Major problems with payments, refunds and dispatch yet they continue to take customer orders and money!

Appalling company. Do not use QuickMobileFix.com to buy a phone. I ordered a refurbished Samsung phone to replace my broken one. I was told it would take a maximum of 10 working days to be prepared and dispatched. After 11 working days and no update, I tried to contact them by phone. Their customer service line rang out several times, but when I called their repair line, someone picked up (presumably because they can make money by answering that phone). They then checked my order and told me that it was not ready, despite no one contacting me to inform me of that. They offered me a different colour of the same model of phone and told me that it could be dispatched that day. They offered me no money back or discount on this other phone. I accepted that reluctantly. I then didn't receive an email notifying my of the dispatch on my phone and no reply to my angry emails. Their customer service lines were closed for the weekend. Three days later I received an email saying that my phone would be delayed another 10 working days, again with no offer of money back or compensation of any kind. I have emailed them to cancel my order and demand a refund. I hope this will be the end of it but I have a feeling it won't be.

Promised next day delivery. Took my money THEN told me at least two weeks. Promised refund same day as order - 4 weeks ago, still giving me the round around, to the point they now just put the phone down on me NO REFUND - reported to trading standards- already aware of them- THAT tells you everything - read Google reviews

Terrible experience, I ordered a phone 5 weeks ago which was never dispatched. I could not get a single response from the customer care phoneline, and received very basic e-mails with no information as to what was happening. Having in the last week asked for the order to be cancelled and my money to be sent back I am still waiting for the money. A very poor service which I will never be using again.

No payment recieved I sent my phone away with the company recieving on 03/09/18 I was promised payment by 11/10/18. Apparently the payment went missing so I was then told 17/10/18, same again then 26/10/18 yet nothing! I have emailed with no reply and the telephone rings out! Use another company!

Sold them my Samsung galaxy s8 on the 3rd September, still no payment from them after they telling me on different occasions the payment will be made. Reporting them to the police and will be taking a nice trip to the registered address to take my phone back

Refused to call me to discuss the refund request. Refused to issue refund until they find the phone they lost. Refused to refund the phone that I have not received. Refused to refund a phone that the courier says is now with them. Refused to issue refund until they have checked the phone they repaired and marked as working is working?!? refused to stop asking the same questions over and over about the phoen. To be clear YOU DIDN:T DELIVER A WORKING PHONE, then repaired it, THEN DIDN:T DELIVER IT AT ALL. GIVE ME A REFUND!!!! NOW!!!!

AVOID!!!! I ordered a pristine iPhone 7 on the 9th October, which I was told would be delivered within 10 days. After several emails, all responses coming from a different person at all sorts of different times of day, with different excuses, I was eventually asked if I wished to cancel my order. I stated that I did and today received another email from yet another different person, saying that I could not cancel as my item has already been shipped! No tracking information and when I use the tracking via the website it shows my order as still processing. No idea if I’ll receive what I ordered or when??? I’m not convinced the emails are even coming from anyone in this country as they state they are open 0800-1600 and I’ve had a reply at gone 8 in the evening!! Not impressed and shall be informing Trading Standards and Action Fraud if nothing acceptable is received in the next 24hrs!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I ordered a mobile phone in July 2018 and cancelled the order before the phone was dispatched. (I thought the phone was going to be sent out the next day, it can take up to 10 days) It is now 26/10/2018 and after numerous emails requesting a refund, I have not yet received it!!!

Avoid this company They sell phones they do not have in stock After waiting a month to tell me that they do not have the phone I ordered I asked for a refund and was told on the 3rd of October my order had been cancelled and would be refunded within 10-14 working days It has been well over that now and I still do not have my refund All this company has to say is that “a member of staff will be in contact with you” I do not want to hear that I want my money back or I will be sueing for the cost of the phone,legal fees, and pain and suffering

Ordered phone to be told delivery could take up to 10 working days. It was a birthday present for my 12 year old son, e mailed and promised dispatch would be prioritised. Even accepted a different colour that was ready for immediate dispatch. 11 working days later no phone, or dispatch details or advised delivery date. Had to go elsewhere and buy a phone to avoid my son's disappointment. Cancelled order 4 days ago and dispite lots of e mail promises that a colleague would be in touch I am still waiting for confirmation and that my refund has been processed.
