Have exchanged over 30 emails about an iPhone 7 I sold to them for £130 on 5th September. STILL no money in my account. Their FAQs and their own policy state you will have the money within 5 working days, the customer service team told me 10 from the date it changed to payment processed - which didn’t happen until 4th October. Why? Because they put a hold on the recycling service but didn’t say why. Awful level of interaction, never answer the phone. Most email responses are copy and paste and don’t help.

I have waited since 5 September for a refund. It is now 20 October and it has still not been paid. Never purchase any item from this company.

its been 4-5 weeks since i ordered a phone now and i still haven't gotten it after mailing them loads of time it got despatched last week but there was a problem delivering because i gave the wrong address and they told me they rescheduled the delivery but the courier said they didnt and since then i have been trying to get in touch with them but they never responded

Terrible terrible company, do not send them your phone! They quoted £156 for my iphone 6. Two weeks after sending it off I still hadn't heard anything. I checked online and it said the offer had been reduced to £15 after being examined by their engineers. I tried calling them to tell them I was declining this offer but no one ever answered so I sent them an e-mail, which I did not receive a reply to. I then sent another e-mail, only to be told that it was now too late and that I would receive the payment of £15 for my phone. I told them what had happened and they said they would escalate to their manager. I heard nothing back so e-mailed again, only to be told I would receive payment soon. I explained the situation and just had another e-mail saying I would receive payment soon, but not saying how much this payment will be for. I have sent several more e-mails trying to get the situation sorted, and explaining I do not accept the offer of £15 and just want my phone back but have not received any more replies. I will be taking legal action unless I receive a payment of £156 within the next few days, or my phone back.

TERRIBLE. Sent them my phone for an agreed amount last month. They promised me payment on the 5th of Oct nothing. Then they promised me payment by today at the latest but still nothing. No answer on the phone. Do NOT send them your phone!!!!!

Ordered a phone and after using it a short time realised the battery was faulty and would drain battery far too fast. Repeatedly contacted customer services and was dismissed with excuses and non replies. Terrible service with no sub quality products....

If there was a negative rating I would use that. I sent my device for recycling. Below is a summary 4 September 2018 - Device received by Quick mobile fix (QMF)as per Royal mail confirmation. Didn't send any acknowledgement email. Call after two weeks to see what was happening. QMF replied saying we have chanced our policy. It now takes 10 days to inspect the device and another 10 to process the payment. Contacted QMF early October 2018 to find out status of the payment as it stated on QMF website's tracker that the payment had been processed. They replied saying payment processed on 27 Sept and it takes 10 working days to be credit by the bank. Contacted again on 16 Oct 2018, they said they will get back within a day. No response or update after that. Never pick up their phone. After leaving a review on another website I got a response saying I didn't provide my order reference on the review website. Order reference is there in all my comms. It has been over a month and a half since I sent my device and still no payment. Unacceptable.

I bought a phone several months ago and it has been returned three times todate or at least the phones they sent back as allegedly fixed but I believe to be a different phone returned each time .The fault has been charging the phones the battery will not hold a charge. I have requested my money back as the phones are not fit for purpose but we get nowhere. My next step will be Trading standards or the small claims court.

Service was awful! I sold 2 phones and had to wait 2 months to get the payments, throughout those 2 months, i was given many wrong dates of payments and sometimes my call was not even answered so i had to email. Very unprofessional, and just bad customer service overall!

IF YOU ARE READING THIS REVIEW, MY ADVICE IS DO NOT DEAL WITH QUICK MOBILE FIX. On 18/9/18, I ordered a secondhand iPhone 7 128gb at a cost of £389.99. The confirmation email was worrying straight away as it said the phone may not be despatched for up to 10 working days. Why such a long time? At this point, I read online reviews and really wished I had done so sooner. As it happens, phone arrived fairly promptly. Packaging was poor but the phone seemed to be ok. Within minutes of using the phone, discovered the screen was faulty - it kept turning yellow amongst other things. At this point I discovered that Quick Mobile Fix NEVER answer their telephone. So I pursued other options and using the online chat, managed to get someone to agree to exchange the phone. They did email me instructions how to do so and that part was OK. Replacement phone arrived within reasonable timescale and again on first impressions, looked OK. However, we then found that the sound was faulty on this one. Could barely hear my son when he called me, his voice would cut out altogether frequently and also, screen did not go blank when talking on the phone so he was constantly pressing other buttons with his ear during phone conversations. I contacted Quick Mobile Fix again (by online chat as still no phone answering going on!) and they offered me another exchange which I have declined and requested a refund. Unfortunately, when I returned the second phone I forgot to erase all content so this has complicated the issue but QMF just keep stalling me every day as to why they can’t erase the phone. They asked me to phone them and sort it out over the phone - what a joke - as stated before, THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. They asked me to tell them the iCloud email address and password on the phone but I said they only need the passcode to access settings and then Erase all Contents and Settings. This is what we did on the first phone we returned (which they accepted it and provided a replacement). I have told them the passcode and asked them to go in to settings and ‘Erase all Content and Settings’. They agreed this would be ok by email. I’ve just received another email asking for the iCloud email and password again! Basically, they are just stalling me to avoid giving me my money back. I have asked on numerous occasions for QMF to confirm to me that they will refund me but not once have they done so. This has been dragging on for around a month now and I am so sick of it. There are 24 emails in my email chain to QMF. I wake up at night worrying about this. I don’t know how they get away with trading in this way. I urge you not to deal with them. I don’t know how I am going to manage getting my money back but I will not give up. If anyone from QMF is actually reading this and wants to sort this out for me, my order ID is ID192258

I ordered an iphone 5s on the 24/09 and have still not received it, i got an email from the company on 12/10 assuring me that it would be dispatched in 1-2 working days and still have not had any details regarding delivery... really unhappy as this was purchased as a gift and the 10 days delivery stated on the website would have meant it arrived in plenty of time but the birthday has now been and gone. Also having a contact number seems pointless when it just rings and rings and the you get cut off.

Very poor service and pushy when I tried to cancel order. They tried to bully me into changing my mind. Fortunately Paypal took up my case otherwise I would still be fighting to get my money back. Avoid this company like the plague!

I ordered a Grade A reconditioned iPhone. I took over a week to arrive & when it did it had faulty sound & rattled. Far from Grade A condition! I sent the item straight back for a full refund as per the Quick Mobile Fix money back Terms & Conditions. A refund can take up to 10 working days. It has taken me well over a MONTH of harassing them about my refund to actually receiving it. This was only after threatening them with the Trading Standards about them supplying faulty goods & then not adhering to their OWN Terms & Conditions. Throughout the process I tried to call their number but there was never an answer whichever extension I chose. All the emails I received were just excuses to keep hold of my money for as long as possible. I will NEVER go anywhere near this company again & I will certainly NEVER recommend them. Needless to say, although I have my refund I will be passing details of my experience & my email trail on to Trading Standards as I feel this company needs looking into.

I’ve been waiting since the 12th of September for payment for a recycled phone! I ring the customer service number and it just rings! I’ve asked for my phone back but was told I would get my money! Still waiting! Never use this site again!!

12 working days and still awaiting the delivery of my order. Unable to contact QMF via email of phone call. Strongly discourage ordering through QMF if you need a swift delivery period and high quality communication throughout the order process. Read all of the reviews below!!! #disappointed

Sent my phone in for recycling and they signed for my phone the 01/09/2018. I have contacted on more than 20 occasions and now on the 16/10/2018 i still haven't had no payment and no phone. Absolutely disgusting service and £390 still owed.
