Brought an i phone 6 foe my son and Part of the screen would not work when typing so could not even get past the set up stage to put the wifi password in. When they say to contact us is a joke, no one answers the phones or they take so long in replying to emails. Avoid at all costs!!

ORDER ID 184183 ITS BEEN OVER THREE WEEKS SINCE I WAS TOLD MY MONEY WOULD BE REFUNDED IN 10-14 WORKING DAYS! PLEASE SEND MY REFUND TODAY...I AM DUE £760 IF THIS IS NOT HANDLED IMMEDIATELY I AM CONTACTING THE AUTHORITIES. THIS IS NO WAY TO TREAT PEOPLE, AND YOU HAD NO RIGHT TO HOLD 800 QUID OFF ME FOR A MONTH.

I ordered an iPhone 6S two weeks ago and still have not received a tracking code or any indication of when it will be delivered. I have tried ringing and ringing today, but nobody ever answers. I have now noticed that someone from QMF has responded to posts on this site within the last hour, so someone must be available. Having now read many reviews of people having had bad experiences with this company, I am now seriously concerned that I am going to have a major issue getting my money back. Extremely disappointed and stressed.

Ordered a refurbished phone on 2/10/18. Only when I got the confirmation email through did it say that it could take up to 2 weeks to dispatch. I emailed querying when it was likely to be dispatched and had the confirmation email reiterated to me. When I explained I needed it urgently for work I was told they would have a better idea on 5/10/18. When I emailed them on 5/10/18 I got a sarcastic email back telling me it had only been 3 days and they still didn't know when it would be dispatched or what was happening. I asked for a full refund and to cancel my order. I was told someone would be in touch in 24hrs. I have rung every day since - no answer. I have emailed every day and get told someone would be in touch and they haven't.

Not very good at all received a faulty item where the sim tray wouldn't open and there was a blue shimmer all across the screen still waiting for refund after they have had item back a week everything that customers have said on reviews is true they come out with some right excuses, about 4 weeks later still no refund please avoid from buying from qfm and save yourself alot of hassle

Completely dissatisfied with this recycling service! Sent off my old phone in good faith however tracking online shows no change since 20/09/2018 and 3 emails later no-one has provided me with any useful update. Emails from company set out the estimated dates that an update/payment will be in place but these dates come and go and I am left chasing a further update again. Is this actually theft?!

Absolute wast of time. They take your money for phones they do not have in stock then keep you hanging on with promise after promise that you will receive a tracking order but nothing ever comes. Cancelled eventually and reported to credit card for refund, Don't try contacting as phone is never answered

We have now tried to get a refund for days. No-one answers emails nor the phone. APC have got no knowledge of the consignment number. We will send you an invoice for the outstanding amount, £199, and pursue through the County Court

Phone was ament to come as good then ended up coming a grade c and phone was delayed by a week and a half to 2 weeks very disappointing tbh

Still not received my payment. You said by the end of the working day on the 10 Oct! Still no money! It's meant to be between 3-5 working days after 3 sept when you made the original offer. Disgraceful.

Do not use very bad company they take your phone but do not pay get excuse after excuse all the time I'm sure that the good reviews are posted by themselves people stay away they offer the best price but do not deliver
