I ordered a phone. When I received a note saying it oils take up to 10 days, I tried phoning without success. I wrote cancelling order. I heard back the information would be sent to the person who dispatches them. Next day I was sent a phone. I returned it and hav written asking them to send my money back but hav heard nothing,

The phone doesnt work doesn’t ring in or out the camera is poor not happy with this item, it should be in good order for how much I paid

Guess what. I am still waiting for my money. I was told it would be 8 October but nothing. I have been waiting since the 3 September. Every time I email you give me a new date but fail to provide my payment. Absolutely abysmal. It's basically false advertising. I wonder whether you are a fraudulent company!?!

I have been waiting for my phone since mid July. After numerous mails I contacted the courier who told me it was delivered to the wrong address. Since then nobody has been willing to explain when I will get a refund or send me a replacement order number, I have been left with no choice but to try to chargeback through visa. iPhone 7 purchased on 18th September. Arrived Fri 21st, fault with screen so returned on Mon 24th using QMF's postage option (48hr signed for). Apparently received by them Friday 28th. Have contacted them for updates but no response (other than we've received your enquiry). As this was a refurbished phone supplied by QMF I thought they'd have tried to turn it around promptly - it would seem not. OK its a refurbished phone, but for £279 I'd expect a little better.

Phone was delivered on the 6th Sept, numerous emails later, and on the 8th October I am told I will get payment by the 15th October. Website said the company pay on day of receipt of phone.....

Ignoring emails, phone calls. Paid for phone and is still nowhere to be seen. This is cowboy company. Avoid at all costs.

I don’t even want to give a 1 Star.. how this company is still allowed to trade after the amount of negative feedback I’ve read is dispucable. Bought a second hand phone , it’s not working , Took several weeks of emailing to try toubleshooting !! Then had to send back to them, then weeks later asking for passcode, then weeks waiting for it to be fixed, finally get an email to say they fixed it and was being sent with courier for next day deliver !! However the shipping number does not exist , the couriers have no details of my phone, now just emails saying they are chasing this up.. seems funny that a previous customer has just had the same problem , u have contacted Citizens Advice who are dealing wit th this in on my Behalf and am taking it up with the police as they seem to be scamming a lot of people .. Do Not GIve these business, trading standards have said they are going to look into this company further as the amount of complaints and fraud is escalating

005398 Another week another lie. Their last response to my review was to say that my payment was processed on 19th sept and will take up to 10 days. For a start we all know nowadays that payments can be processed almost immediately, so they are just using the 10’days as another delaying tactic. Secondly when the money hadnt reached my account by the 10 day cut off I called them. Eventually got through! I was promised money in account my end of day. Well, it’s still not there! Unbelievable

Haven’t received phone yet waited all day yesterday I was 56/on delivery got to 53 then nothing rang all relevant numbers apparently you had stopped delivery no email no message no explanation nothing please get back to my persistence phone calls messages to you

I bought an iPhone 6 in April it stopped working in June so I sent it back. They tried to fix it but said it was a hardware fault and were going to send me a replacement but never did. They don't reply to your emails and on the occasions I have actually managed to get through they fob me off and say it's sorted then nothing happens and I can't get through again. Under the consumer credit act they owe me 149.99 and I am in the process of taking them to the small claims court. I don't want a replacement phone from them just a refund as per my consumer rights.

Phone arrived without finger print ID working so returned to be replaced. This has taken two weeks to resolve and still no new phone received. Poor communication has not helped. Will not be using again.

I would totally avoid this company. Customer service phone line never worked. Dialled more than 10x in one day in desperation to sort things out and it was a nightmare. Will get a claim back now through buyers protection.

Ordered an iphone5 which was meant to be unlocked. It arrived locked to EE with a note to say it should be unlocked within 4 days. A week later it still isn't unlocked & repeated phone calls to the call centre have proven a waste of time, been waiting 2 days for someone to phone me back. Not impressed, would not recommend

Taking over a month to get payment for my phone and IPad, the site advertises themselves as "fast" payment, they quoted me a price for my items on the 3rd September then after the 5-10 working day period they state on their website as the time it takes to process payment I had to call them to chase this up to be told there is a delay and payment wont happen until the 8th October! On top of this when I asked them to return my items as they had failed to pay me within the states timelines i was told that they had already put my item into stock! how they can sell something they haven't paid for yet is beyond me and absolutely terrible service. the only response I get is "sorry payment will be processed on the 8th" this is not good enough, other companies I have used in the past process payment within 5 working days! never again shall I use this cowboy company
