Terrible service. Still waiting for payment despite them acknowledging they have received my phone. Every email says between 3-10 days and then nothing! Awful

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.... I sent my iPhone 7 to them on on 1st September 2018 and to writing this review I have had not money ( phone was perfect) they will not answer phone and every time you email you get told the money will be sent in 7-10 days. This company is a fraud. You have been warned (order number bc 2092)

Placed an order on 30/06/18 and paid for a new phone on the website, sent an email to see where my order was when it didn't arrive, I was told they couldn't provide me with the phone I ordered but I could have a different one, I told them I didn't want that and would like a refund, They said this would take 10-14 days to arrive back in my account! When it didn't arrive I sent another email and got the generic reply they would contact me in 24-48 working hours!! Waited...No reply, sent another email, 22/09/18, got the same email 24-48 working hours to wait!!!

I wouldn’t even give this company 1 star but I couldn’t leave a review warning consumers not to use the site. I ordered a refurbished iPad in June for my little ones birthday. It took 29 days for the device to eventually be delivered and it was faulty with screen not attached properly on arrival. I returned the product and I am still waiting on a refund! I have contacted trading standards and the police as it is now classed as theft since I was promised a refund within 10-14 days and I am still waiting. This is disgusting. Customer service is next to none. Feeling extremely let down and angry for ruining a little girls birthday.

I paid £360 for an iPhone 7 in excellent condition. 3 months later, touch screen, microphone and headphone output ALL STOPPED WORKING. Looks like a problematic motherboard altogether! Also the screen was less bright than a new iPhone’s which makes me think they screen on my phone is not an original apple replacement! I have 1 year warranty but it looks like the hardware they use is so poor that I’ll probably have problems again. I’ll be sending it back to them and I hope they better fix it for free or give me a refund.

Don't live up to their own T&C's. Phone NOT sent on time so they have my money and I don't have anything except a reduced bank balance. Excellent Business Model if you can get away with it!!

Absolute disgrace of a company! Phone has been sent away for recycling for more than 4 weeks and was finally meant to receive my payment by Wednesday 19th September and now been told this is being extended for another week! Advised that I had contact trading standards and would be going forward with my claim today (21st) if a payment was not made immediately and was told there was nothing they could do! Would avoid for anything and company should be taken off comparison websites! Claim is now in process and I will be naming and shaming all over social media so no one else gets conned by these fraudsters!

I wouldn’t even give this company 1 star their customer service is completely appalling. I have been trying to ring them for over a month no one ever answers the phone it just rings off. I sent them my phone after they offered a good price a month late still no money in my account. I keep getting told 3-5 working days when this arrives no money in my account so I email and they say another week still no money in my account. I don’t think I will ever see my money. Today I will be looking into taking this further companies shouldn’t be allowed to get away with this. I am on maternity leave and need every penny I can get. PLEASE PLEASE DONT NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered recycle service for my iPhone 20th August 2018 - sent via post, not heard a thing except an email when I chased on 12th September saying someone would contact me in 4 days. Here we are 8 days later no word, no one answered the phone when I tried to call - owed £318 by .... will I ever see it?

My autistic son ordered a phone through this company with money he got from his birthday and after a few weeks of chasing and threatening to cancel the order they sent us the phone. It started playing up after a couple of days so we returned it to their offices. This was back in early July and my son is still waiting for his refund. They have repeatedly promised to refund but no payment has been made. He is currently out of pocket by £470 and still with no phone. What a terrible way to treat a disabled boy....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will reply to this and say that they will promise to look into the problem urgently but do absolutely nothing about it. This is a disgraceful way to treat customers!

Selling my phone. Accepted offer on 31/08. It says it takes 3-5 business days to receive money. Still waiting. Chased by email many times, responded to the first few stating it’s actually 10 business days. No that time has passed they no longer respond and don’t answer phone.

Only after you have paid on the website do you learn that delivery will be in 10 days. I then tried to cancel the order, I got a message back asking if I would still go ahead if they sent the phone right away. I thought this was a cheek since if they can deliver earlier then they should do so as a matter of course. So I said NO. Twice! Didn’t matter they sent it any way so I then had to repackage and return the phone at my expense. Getting a refund took a month and several e mails. Wouldn’t do business with these people

I sent my phone to them on the 29/08/18 after receiving an offer for the phone. On the website I used, it said "5 days payment", it is now the 19/09 and I still haven't received payment even though I was told it would be the 17/09. Do not trust this company. They haven't answered their phone in 2 days either. Horrific customer service. GIVE ME MY MONEY.

After ordering a phone last December 2017 for my daughter we have had nothing but problems and she has only had a fully working phone for a matter of weeks. The phone was returned a few times over several months and in the end we gave up and requested a refund. Over 70 emails later we still have no refund even though the broken phone was returned at the end of July for the last time and we were promised a refund within 10 days on the 7th August 2018. I yet again have been promised the refund will be processed tomorrow, so lets wait and see. If not I will be contacting Trading standards...enough is enough it's an absolute joke the service we have received!!

Only posting this to stop the reminder emails being sent. I bought an iPhone 6s in pristine condition. The phone would not charge and the touch ID button did not work. I was offered a repair to which I stated the phone should have worked in the first place. I have returned it and have now been waiting 11 days for a refund so this company has essentially had my money for about 3 weeks now. I have escalated the case with PayPal. Avoid.

On 23-Apr-18 we sent my daughter's iphone for a screen repair (after she dropped it). After a few weeks, they said it also needed additional work (microphone/speaker) but then seemed to drop the need for this when I mentioned we had bought the phone from them in the first place and it was under warranty. The phone was returned in late June, but within a day or two of being used again the screen started having problems; first it intermittently stopped being touch sensitive and then the image/light failed. We returned it in July and a few weeks ago were told it was now water damaged (which certainly didn't happen when we had the phone). It is impossible to get through to anybody on the phone (I waited 45 minutes on one occasion). I did speak to somebody (they phoned me) but they are insisting we need to pay for the "water damage assessment". Am getting the phone posted back (no idea when) and will use somebody else (waving the £50 screen repair fee goodbye). It's now been 5 months and counting..... My advice is to avoid these people at all costs .

Hello, We received your order back under warranty as you explained there were problems with the phone we repaired, however, from the time the phone was returned to our technicians looking into this they confirmed there has been liquid damage on the device, therefore this voids the warranty and if you would like it repaired the service would need to be paid for.
