AVOID AVOID AVOID! They changed the turn around time at whim and advertised a phone they did not have. Obviously I cancelled the order because I wanted the phone I wanted but two months down the line they have still failed to refund me the money, despite saying the refund was being processed. STILL NO REFUND HAS BEEN PAID TO ME. They have be untruthful from beginning to end. DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS BUNCH.

NEVER EVER use this company their customer service is absolutely appaling. I sent my iPhone in for a repair on the 10th August and they have lost it. I emailed them find out how long the repair will take and they cannot find the phone. It was packaged with the email and correspondence. I have had various replies to say somebody is looking into it and I'm still waiting for a response. I have called them on numerous occasions and spoken to a manager who assured me he would call me back and I am still waiting. They are almost impossible to get hold of nobody answers the phones. Terrible company do not buy or sell anything with them.

I traded in my mobile phone with them, which they received on the 31st August and I've had no updates whatsoever. I phoned them asking when I'll get my money, they said I would get an update on the 14th September, which didn't happen, so now I have to phone them once again. I picked these guys because they were offering the most money for my phone, but If I traded in with o2 I would of definitely had my money by now because they take a week tops, whereas Quick Mobile Fix take weeks.

After being offered a reasonable price for my mobile device, I was informed that I would receive my payment transfer within 5-10 working days. After 6 working days I contacted Quick Mobile Fix who reassured me that I would receive this by the following Monday by 5pm. After 13 working days, I am yet to receive any payment for my device and will be contacting consumer rights as a result of this. I think the title "Quick" might need to be reassessed.

Awful over 2 weeks and I still haven’t heard anything about my mobile phone trade in. Looks like they have taken my device and aren’t paying out for it. Seems dodgy if I am honest and I am contacting trading standards for advice.

Sent phone away for recycling over 3 weeks ago and still no sign of payment! Wait ages for a response to any emails and still no answers or commitments on their part It’s a disgrace!!!!

Selling phone that they simply do not have in stock - using their 10 working day lead time (that they only tell you about post order) to try to source the item. On cancellation they invoke a 14 working day refund period - which is legally lets say interesting. Sorted by escalating to PayPal which got me the refund in 90 minutes. Avoid. (Order ID185333)

Do NOT use this website. I ordered a phone which was never received and hence I cancelled my order. I am still waiting 6 weeks later for my refund. They never answer the phone and you receive a generic email reply.

Whatever you do, AVOID this company like the plague! I recycled my iPhone with them and I was promised a “quick” turn around. What a joke! The telephone number you’re given never gets answered, it simply cuts you off after a period of time. I’ve emailed and had little or no response, they do have a live chat function, however, getting a definitive answer is like trying to find the holy grail. To sum this company up, well, I could rant on forever. But, suffice to say, I’d rather smash my next phone up for fun rather than do business with this company again. I don’t know whether their inept or downright devious. Not worked that out yet.

The phone I ordered was then out of stock so a different colour was sent. It stopped working after 2 days and then despite numerous emails and attemped calls to customer service I was ignored. Customer Service never answer the phone! It just rings out. It was only when I got Paypal to raise a claim did the refund finally arrive 2 months after I started the whole sorry process. Will never deal with this compant again.

I have been waiting for my mobile phone to arrive for 3 weeks (15 working days) now. After 2 weeks customer service offered me £10 of accessories which I don't really need. I just want the phone I have ordered for my son to arrive. This service is unacceptable but if I ask for a refund it will take up to 10 days for the money to be paid back into my account so I can purchase a refurbished phone elsewhere. This service is completely unacceptable - how long does it take to refurbish a phone - and if the company does not have any of these devices in stock - why did they accept the order?

You still have a chance to redeem yourselves but I am annoyed that the mobile you sent is completely dead and will not charge - I emailed your customer support and they told me to clean it with a toothbrush and charge it for 24 hours. It is NOT charging. I have asked how to send it back and get a replacement or a refund and no one has bothered to reply to that. Please will you tell me what your returns policy is and how to ensure I don't just send it back and see nothing for my money?

Extremely bad service, they have sold me a phone which was not up to the standard they advertised and only give me the option to send it back even though. I have expressed that I am heavily pregnant and have a terminally ill mother and can not be without a phone. Their response was to send me a price list for phones they could rent me. When I requested a call from a manager they have stopped responding to my emails. I would not recommend this company.

Bought a refurbed phone in ‘good’ condition on 30th July for my son’s birthday. It arrived with deep scratches on the screen. Returned it and still waiting for a refund after 4 weeks. They never answer their phone and have promised a refund via email. Despite prompts, they have not delivered on their promises. Not impressed. My son is devastated. He has been left without a phone or a refund by this firm. PLEASE AVOID.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. Original delivery of the phone was delayed. It then developed a fault after 5 months. I returned it for repair and it has taken them 2 MONTHS to do this. Their own stated time for repair is 5 working days - what a joke that they should call themselves Quick Mobile Fix!!! I requested a full refund due to the length of time they were taking, but they ignored this and just said they were very busy and it would take an additional 3 days. I have had to purchase another phone. If you try to call them they never answer just keep you on hold. I have raised a Section 75 Claim through my credit card. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

Bought a refurbished iPhone 6, which was supposedly unlocked to a network, however after many attempted took the phone to an independent telecom shop who confirmed the phone is locked to a network. Have emailed and tried thier customer service number and after numerous calls which are never even answered feel very frustrated. Would not recommend

My phone stopped working after 19 days i had it. Sent it back to repair and after have sent 17 emails no one replied. I've called the costumar service every single day without receiving any answer. Apparently i had to confirm my address and NO ONE ASKED ME FOR THAT i find the costumare care very poor, poor service and awful communication. Unfortunately i had a very bad experience after few friends advised me this company. I'll never buy something from them again.

“Pristine” phone ordered June 2018. Phone took ages to arrive and when it did it was far from “Pristine”! Camera didn’t work etc. Phone returned mid July. Quick Fix confirmed receipt of phone and that refund would be processed middle of July. Still waiting for refund on 8th September despite about 10 chasing emails which always get same boring response apologising for delay and saying will ask “Finance Dept” to raise refund ASAP. Still no refund! Now having to raise a disputed with my bank/credit card company as Quick Fix just ignoring me!
