I'D 176942 This company should close down. Cancelled my order as several weeks later not arrived. That was 3 months ago. They promised a refund. Still waiting and several emails with excuses about wrong colour and other excuses. Now small claims court plus they will pay expenses. Cowboy company. DO NOT USE !!

Really disappointing. Ordered a phone that was meant to be in 'excellent' condition. It was scratched and dented. Returned phone. Told me they hadn't received it at first, then found it. Advised it would take 10-14 working days for a refund. 3 weeks later -15 working days- refund still not appeared. Would not touch with a barge pole again. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere 😞

The phone they sent me doesn't work. After days of ignoring my calls & emails they finally offered me a replacement phone but first I have to post this one back then wait up to 2 weeks while they check it before I get the new phone. I'm furious as it was they who made the mistake but it's me who's suffering with no phone or refund. Damn crooks, even BT answer the phone faster than they do!

Quick Fix have lied to me when my order will be delivered, Im now nearly 3 weeks waiting and now no-one will answer the phone from to get a refund. Absolute set of crooks.

We ordered a phone a month ago. Quick Mobile Fix sent it to the wrong address and despite the fact I paid 700 euro for the phone, they just keep telling me that they will update me later. It was for my daughter's 18th birthday. The service is disgraceful. I wouldn't trust them!

Sent a phone of the wrong grade, that’s fine as mistakes happen but the customer service via email has been appalling. They have referred to the wrong phone several times not replied within 48 hours twice and they NEVER pick up a phone. I have ordered 3 phones so far and only 1 went smoothly the first I had to wait over 20 days to receive it and the info given to me on why I had to wait was appalling and the last phone the wrong grade was sent to .again the emails from the ‘support team’ was absolutely rubbish . I won’t be using them again.

Could not provide the phone I ordered and paid for. Therefore decided to send me a similar one which when it eventually arrived was in a poor condition. £10 compensation but did not make up for the whole experience. Would not recommend or use them again

SHOULD BE RATED AS MINUS FIVE STARS. DON’T RISK USING THIS COMPANY, SHOP ELSEWHERE IF YOU WANT TO AVOID HASSLE AND AGGRAVATION. Despite cancelling my order on 11th August, they still have not started the refund process, despite there being no legal basis for this, and there is little sign they will any time soon. I have reported them to Trading Standards and have raised a dispute via my credit card company. HEED THIS AND OTHER BAD REVIEWS, SHOP ELSEWHERE

Keep bothering me for more poor reviews , I shall reiterate I had poor service , was sent 15 quid for a functioning iPhone 6 as claim that screen was damaged , asked them to investigate why so low , no response , poor company, should be reported to trading standards as I know own this isnt the first time either , once they have your phone they reduced offer from 185 to 15 quid for a blemish under screen that made no difference

I AM STILL WAITING FOR PAYMENT OF 2 MOBILE PHONES SENT IN JULY. KEEP GETTING EMAILS STALLING FOR TIME. EACH TIME ITS A STATUS UPDATE WITH 5 WORKING DAYS WAIT FOR NEXT STATUS UPDATE. CLEARLY NOT A REPUTABLE BUSINESS OTHERWISE THEY WOULD ANSWER THE PHONE AND STOP STALLING ON PAYMENT. I WILL BE REPORTING TO TRADING STANDARDS.

Took 5 weeks to process my mobile phone and pay out. Never answered emails. Broke promises. Would not provide complaints procedure. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM OR EVER USE THEM AGAIN. THEY ARE TOTALLY INEPT.

No one answers phone or constantly engaged , ( paid 250 for a pristine iphone) phone stopped working after 3 weeks. Phone will not charge useless. don't touch with a barge poll.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE COMPANY!! They received my phone on 8th Aug, offered me my deal on 14th Aug yet did not receive payment until 29th Aug!! Ignored 10 emails I sent to them, tried calling office number at least 20 times with no one picking up. Shocking customer service!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Purchases 2 iphone 7’s. 1 broke within 9days. Trying to get in contact with you is impossible. I have emailed several times. I have Facebook messages several times and I can see you have read the message. And tried ringing everyday since but only managed to speak to someone for less then 3 minutes to which I have further questions. Very disappointed with the level of customer service so far.

I bought a phone last month, waited the full amount of time only for the phone to arrive and keep switching off. Contacted QMF and got some advise on things I had already tried. Sent it back, took nearly two weeks with no response. I eventually contacted them and the phone was apparently fixed and I was getting it posted. It arrived the next day and the phone switched off 2 out of my first three calls. I personally would NOT recommend getting a phone from this company. I have now contacted them to get my money returned but have had no response and the phone rings out. Just be aware you may have issues

Refurbished phone went wrong within 3 weeks of delivery. Sent back for repair, QMF say never received. Post office definitely delivered it - was on tracked delivery. QMF never answer their phone, keep emailing but get no help - just will get back to you. have now contacted trading standards after 6 weeks of trying to resolve Would never use again - absolutely diabolical customer service - a completely useless company that has no ethics. DO NOT TRUST
