DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Try ringing them first, you will not be able to speak to customer service or anyone. A business that doesn't answer their phones is failing big time. I ordered a refurbished phone and waited over 2 weeks for delivery when it arrived the headphone portal didn't work quite a major fault and not specified as a fault when ordered. Clearly they hadn't checked product before sending out. Due to lack of communication from Quick mobile fix I demanded an immediate refund. It took nearly a week for them to provide me an address to return said product. I sent phone back next day delivery, It took them 3 days to confirm they had received the phone. Again what reputable business does not check its mail everyday? They received the phone August 15th and said it could take 10-14 days to refund. It has been well over that time period which was already a ridiculous amount of time to refund. I have now had to make a missing refund claim with my bank to retrieve the money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY CHECK THEIR FACEBOOK PAGE AND SEE LOTS OF SIMILAR COMPLAINTS there are plenty of other companies you can use. You have been warned! Order No ID181915

Not even a one star. If you see from my previous review, I ordered a ‘pristine’ phone but when it arrived was dented and the battery ran out I. minutes. I phoned over and over but no one picks up and have also emailed. I received a response to my REVIEW the other day saying they had responded to my email. Having waited for this response and checking daily for over a week, there was no email. They are clearly waiting for my 14 day return to be over. I genuinely believe that they employ people to write the good reviews as over the last 10 days no one has picked up the phone. Avoid this company like the plague

This is, at least, the seventh time you has asked us to review our purchase. You should not be surprised if we are getting somewhat annoyed by the inability of your systems to recognise how annoying this is; or maybe it’s because we will file more than one good report without you completing your side of the offer. Quick Mobile Fix offered the best price when selling my iphone 7. Advertising payment within a 1 day BACS. TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE!!! I accept that there must be time to assess the phone, but they received it on the 21/08. I have been fobbed off with emails last week and this week with the promise to receive my money this morning, still waiting...

I sent my phone with the back camera screen broken to be fixed on July 27 I still have not had my phone. I was informed about a delay in supplies to fix. Last week I emailed again saying I don't want my phone to be fixed but just want my phone returned. This week 5 days later I get another email that they are still waiting for a delivery. I Don't care and just want my phoned returned back so I can get my phone fixed before I leave the UK. So Quick Mobile Fix don't fix my phone and just return it.

Shocking Customer Service. Chose to use this company over many others on a compare site as it stated 24hr pay out! What a joke! Sent 2 Iphones (30/08), both were delivered 31/08. Heard nothing so I chased 04/09 to be advised that I was sent offers 01/09 I had received no offer or email (I checked my Spam). So I accepted offers of the back of my chase email (04/09/18), had no reply. 06/09 Received an answerphone message advising I only had until 07/09 to confirm offer! Tried calling ... no answer, tried emailing (numerous times) no reply! Noticed Quick Fix mention "Live chat" I looked for this on their site as a last resort to get an answer / update, but it isn't there! Absolutely shocking service. No idea why they are still managing to trade!

Took over 1 week after delivery for phone to be unlocked, after numerous emails & phone calls. Phone should have been already unlocked as it said on the website when I ordered.

Horrendous Service and still not receiving it or my money!!! I accepted the reduced offer from £300 to £279 even though my IPhone 8 128GB is in immaculate condition. I accepted this reduced offer on Friday 24th August 2018 and eleven working days later, I still haven`t received my money. Where is my money??? I have tried phoning them but it cuts off after about two minutes. I have E.Mailed them several times and can`t get a straight answer. Shocking service.

The delivery service for the phone was poor - email notification that delivery attempted went to junk mail, and I received no letter in the post to say delivery had failed. I contacted the delivery service who said I had a final attempt left despite not knowing two previous attempts had been made. In the end I had to collect from depot so have waited a long time since ordering to receive the phone (got it yesterday).

Comparing the bad reviews on here, everyone has experienced the same deplorable service as myself, so how on earth are there so many 5 star customers. I do not believe for one minute they are genuine - they are as fake as the videos this company used to put on You_Tube, until they were rumbled and they all got deleted. Do not use this company, dishonest and fraudulent trading, they charged me £80 for a repair and sent the phone back in exactly the same condition. No refund.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC Experience ONLY 1 STAR BECAUSE CAN'T GIVE 0 Company responded to google review quicker than any other contact I made with them. For clarity and in rebuttal to their "reason for delay" it took exactly a month from the receipt of the updated bank details to the final conclusion of this entire experience. (23/07/18 showing on the order tracker as details updated, 23/08/18 the 2nd and final payment for the phone appeared in my bank) far from the service promised. Read below for full account of the ordeal!! . Sold my iPhone 6s plus and all seemed to go well. Got email saying I had "supplied incorrect bank details" for payment. Called on the same day to update and was told to email the details (totally unsecured). Tracker showed update on 23rd June. Chased the payment at least weekly and got the same poor response every time that they didn't know what had happened and they would speak to the finance manager etc. After 3 weeks unpaid, their phone lines broke and customers were being transferred to customers also with problems eg phones not being despatched, lost or unpaid. Eventually received a small deposit and when trying to call to find out where the rest was, the phone lines were broken again. It was only when I promised to visit the shop accompanied by trading standards and/or the police, that I got a response and this was accidental as the operator was calling to tell someone else That they had "found their phone". If you want a stress free easy service, AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Don’t bother took over a month to get the funds and you cannot contact them as they never answer the phone and hardly respond to emails. And when they do they say they don’t have any details for me even though they made me an offer. Terrible service

do not use this company. communication is non existent, customer service non existent. no response to phone calls, if you are thinking of using them, try calling them first!! yea told you no answer ever. i sent them an item 3 weeks ago! nothing. they have stolen my property.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. TOTALLY TERRIBLE. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO RESPONCE. IF YOU ARE EVEN CONSIDERING USING THEM TRY CALLING THEM FIRST..YOU WILL SEE NO ANSWER AND THATS THE LEVEL OF SERVICE YOU CAN EXPECT. I SENT THEM MY ITEM AND THEY HAVE STOLEN IT. LEGAL ACTION.

Wasn’t unlocked when it came. Company doesn’t answer the phone. Took 10 days to come and when it did it said it was locked to EE and that it would take 4 days to unlock (when I purchased an unlocked phone). Turns out it wasn’t locked to EE it was locked to Vodafone and I couldn’t get it unlocked in any shops at all. Not recommended at all.

Shocking Service and still hasn`t been resolved. I was originally offered £300 for my IPhone 128 GB which went down to £279 for some reason, as my phone is in immaculate condition. I accepted this lower offer on Friday 24th August and was suppose to receive my money with three to five working days. It is now the tenth working day and I still haven`t received my money off them. They keep fobbing me off with there has been a problem and backlog but still no sign of my reduced £279.

I purchased a IPhone 6 that was being sold as fully refurbished and in pristine condition. When it arrived it took over 24 hours to fully charge as the battery was completely flat and when used for the first time; it fully discharged in less than 30 minutes. I lokked at the battery health which was show 54% capacity and the phone had carried out an unexpected shutdown. I had to have the battery replaced locally as the phone was bought for a grandchild who was travelling home to Australia two days later so there was no time to send it back under warranty. I contacted Quick Mobile Fix to ask them to reimburse me for the cost of the battery replacement and a rebate on the purchase price as it was not in pristine condition as the had advertised. All I got back from them was send it back and I found their emails hostile and rude. I certainly would not do business with them again and would put anyone else off dealing with them.
