I would seriously think about purchasing or sending a phone for repair to this company. I'm still waiting for my son's phone to return from June 29th 2018. Constant delay tactics, 30 emails later no sign of the phone... More importantly having looked into Companies House it would appear the Bank have taken a charge [i.e a claim] over the assets of the company this is usually because the company has defaulted on the terms of a loan given by the Bank and they are now protecting their loan. It doesn’t look good and illustrates that the company is struggling although it may come through. I think it highly doubtful I will see my son's phone again... £189 loss.

ID176774 Placed a order was told 5-7 working days to process. It was processed on the 8th working day. Received the phone, turned it on and the screen was faulty. Emailed straight away sent the phone back next working day asking for a replacement. The company took 10-14 working days to PROCESS the return, then sent another phone out. Turned the second phone on, it worked for 4-5 mins , then the screen started to jump and have a wavey effect. Again this was a faulty phone. Straight away, I emailed quick mobile fix, sent the phone back the next day, to be told it will take 10-14 WORKING DAYS to process the refund. 15th working day goes by, and received no refund. THERE IS NOTHING QUICK ABOUT THIS COMPANY!!. Any TIME SCALE THAT IS GIVEN, THEY WILL ALWAYS WORK TILL THE VERY LAST DAY. WHY DOES IT TAKE 14 WORKING!!! DAYS TO PROCESS A REFUND ONCE YOU RECEIVE THE DEVICE? BUT IT TAKES 5-7 WORKING DAYS TO PROCESS A ORDER? Placed the order start of July, and now it is the end of AUGUST! I haven't received a working device and still not received my money.

Absolutely shocking service, waiting 3 weeks for my refubished phone to arrive, tried contacing them to see why it was delayed they told me that it was because it was going through strict quality controls. The phone has now arrived it doesnt even turn on, strict quality controls my arse. Cant get a reply from my email and they do not answer their phones. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I will be demanding a full refund, or taking this matter further.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. ORDERED IPHONE ON 15th JUNE FOR MY DAUGHTERS BIRTHDAY. NO PHONE NO REFUND. I AM A PENSIONER AND CANT AFFORD TO LOSE £179.99. WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DELT WITH. THANKS FOR RUINING MY DAUGHTERS BIRTHDAY YOU THIEVES

Everything went wrong with this company! DO NOT USE THEM! They will take your funds....have their phones off the hook ...never give an honest answer. You will be left fighting for the phone / fighting for a refund! Just generally fighting for anything....and you'll be left months without a resolution, an honest answer, or a phone! FAKE AND DISHONEST THIEVES

Ordered an refurbished Iphone 6 and QMF claims it would be dispatched in 3-5 working days, Picture below. Once I paid for the phone I then received an email that it would be dispatched up to 10 working days which was a joke I could have went to my local phone dealer and bought the mobil instead of dealing with this hassle, then I emailed them towards the 10th day and they replied back that its going to take another 3-5 working days for "Further Quality Control Test On My Device" you would think that the mobiles would be tested before selling/advertising them which is logical. Honestly I bought from QMF not knowing that they had bad reviews and would had never bought from them in the beginning if I had knew. ID185029

I ordered an "Grade A" iphone 5c from this company. When it arrived it got very hot when charging and when in normal use. I returned it for refund. I'm still waiting for my money a month later. This is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Ordered an iPhone didn’t realise will take up to 10 working days I was going abroad and was assured it would arrive next few days.14 working days later no phone ewquested to cancel the order they advised can get a white I phone out the next day . If I wanted a white iPhone I would have ordered one again requested a refund was advised to late my phone is on the way out to me.in the meantime I had gone on to Music Magpie ordered the same phone £20 cheaper and arrived the next day So I refused to sign for the phone a refund was promised I have been waiting over 3 weeks now worst customer service EVER avoid the joke of a company

Bought an iPhone from them. It took longer than they said to arrive. I had to chase them every day for it. When it arrived the screen was a cheap replacement and was so dull it was hardly usable. It also came with a gloss black sim tray rather than Matt black to match the rest of the phone. The SIM tray matches the serial number so I guessed they had changed the case, but not replaced the SIM tray. It clearly had to be sent back so I requested a refund they said I would get my refund in 10-14 working days from when the recieved the phone. Which is a joke in this day and age, every other retailer I deal with it is a matter of a few days. They received the phone on the 5th July, it is now the 18th of August and I still do not have the money. I have chased and chased and chased them. I have been promised calls and been told it is a matter of urgency etc etc. In summary they are a bunch of crooks. If you get a phone it is a poor quality refurb and when you send it back you will not see your money again. Avoid at all costs do not be fooled by the good reviews, they are the lucky ones.

Terrible, fraudulent company like many other reviews say. Payment was taken for my purchase over 2 weeks ago but I have still not received my phone (nb: the ridiculous 10 working day dispatch stated after ordering is not mentioned anywhere on their website). The only thing that is "quick" is the pathetic and conflicting excuses (i.e. lies) as to why the device has still not been sent.

I've been trying to tell you that the phone isn't working properly and that I have been trying to return it for weeks now! I did everything that I was asked to do but no one is reading my emails properly! It doesn't connect to any wifi, it's not letting me log into my iCloud, I deleted and resettled everything!!! But no one is listening to me!!! I WANT TO RETURN THIS AND GET MY MONEY BACK!!! That is it!!! I don't want to hear have you tried this.... YES I HAVE!!! also there is 2 stickers on the back of the phone that says not to take it off for 30 days...as there is 2 I'm thinking this phone was returned previously as there are obviously problems with it!! Now I want t return it and maybe get some good customer service while your at it!!

Spent£300 on a pristine iPhone 6. Nine days to arrive, be aware it takes ten days on average. Phone arrived and the condition was as stated, clearly though it had not been tested as it would not charge. Phone sent back the day after it arrived (now two weeks ago) - still waiting for a refund. Good luck getting through on the phone number advertised - be prepared for a long wait. Avoid at all costs.

Never ever ever buy a phone from Quick Mobile Fix. I purchased a second hand iPhone for the appropriate price and when I received it, the audio jack didn't work and the video camera recorded a wobbly picture. I contacted the support team immediately and they explained that I would have to return the phone and wait up to 10 days before they would decide if I would be issued a replacement phone. I returned the phone by post and luckily sent it registered post as even though they received the phone and signed for it 8 days ago, they never acknowledged it had been received. They have completely ignored all of my emails since the time I returned the phone and the phone number just rings out or the on hold music plays indefinitely. I waited on hold today for over an hour and no answer. I've now reported the company to my bank as a fraudulent transaction! These guys are a complete sham! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AT ANY COST!!!

wow! where do i begin! firstly, use any other company than this, you will never see your phone again, nor will you EVER be able to contact them on their clearly fake landline! i have been on hold twice for over 45 minutes each. They just don't want to speak to a customer because they are clearly scamming! over two weeks ago i sent my phone, a brand new iPhone 6, perfect working condition.... £169 was agreed... have i heard a thing since... NO.... am i going to.... NO.... will i take this further.... YES... being a hard solicitor who will not stop until this is sorted and they either have to shut up shop (and no doubt create a new fake company) or pay me what i am owed! its not even about the money anymore.... i will not let up, and will drive to their address (if it exists) tomorrow guys - take heed and learn from this!!! take less money for your phone from a proper company who communicates.... now i am simply worried about them having my bank details... how stupid am i!

Do not ever EVER use this company. If the google review allowed me to give 0 stars then I would. This companies customer service is none existent. It is impossible to get through to them using the landline, it is constantly engaged, and they take 3 days plus with prompts to respond to emails. The phone I purchased from them is faulty and 3 months after receiving the phone I am still chasing for a desirable outcome; a replacement hand set! I cannot stress enough how bad my experience has been. STEER WELL CLEAR!!!!!!!!!!! Oh and the estimated delivery time is a lie. It took 3 weeks and some periodic chasing to get my phone sent to me. I was told the delay was due to “quality control checks”. Turns out this was nothing but a lie because I was in fact sent a faulty phone. Lies, lies, lies, lies and more damn lies. I will be posting negative reviews daily by these means until my issue is resolved.

The iPhone we received was faulty and was returned to this company on 5th July. We were told we would get a refund within 10-14 working days...…. it's now the 15th August and we're still waiting despite emails chasing it! Appalling way to treat people who have parted with over £200. We're now pursuing this with Visa but this really shouldn't be necessary. This is a large turnover company making a fortune who clearly don't give a damn about customer service or their reputation, as long as they keep appearing top of list in interest searches.

Ordered an Iphone 6s. I eventually received an iphone 6 which I returned and was told the replacement 6s would be sent. Still not received. Now 6 weeks since my initial order and they seem to be ignoring my emails!
