AVOID AVOID & REPORT!!! I have, reported to Whatdog, Ombudsman and my Credit Card. Ordered and paid for iPhone 6Plus on 26/05/2018, didn't arrive until end of June after 11 !!!!! messages and emails (their so called 'Customer Service' landline is a joke, unreachable 24/7) and some of their staff don't even speak/read English! Phone was delivered when I was at work at some random guy's house who lives in my street (I really don't know these people) so I went for the delivery company which then unsuccessfully attempted to track the phone down, 3 days later the guy knocked on my door and handed me the parcel!? It was the phone - and we were in July. I thought to myself, at least I've got the phone. So left it hidden from my partner (it was a gift for him) until we came back from abroad on the 18th July. We opened the box, inserted the sim only to find out it's faulty - Apple store verified that its hardware is screwed. I am taking these people to court, and have reported them to Ombudsman, my Credit card company and a solicitor is acting on my request to start small court claim process. Which and Whatchdog are interested in my story 'coz I have lots of evidence to show these people should be out of the business!!!! Your survey Questions are a joke: How did I communicate with you?! Tried 1000 times landline, emails, chat, wrote. Your Q how long it took you to respond ? - You never did

Paid for a refurbished phone 25/7/18 at 12 days later no phone, they do not answer the phone and an email said it would be another 5 working days .. Their terms and conditions state to allow 10 working days...it is now 15 days I have demanded a refund ...no reply

Sold phone over 2 weeks ago. Never got paid. Emailed. Standard reply in 2 of the 7 emails I sent. 5 ignored. Hung up the phone on me on the 2 times I thought I had got through. Otherwise never answered 10 calls I made. Please avoid using them.

Ordered a mobile on 21st June. I chased when they hadn't delivered it and was promised it would arrive in the next couple of days. Chased when it didn't arrive only to be told they did not have the model I ordered. They did offer an alternative which was not acceptable. I asked for my order to be cancelled and for a refund. Fast forward to today - they have had my money seven weeks now and nowhere nearer to getting a refund. I don't expect to get my money back! Order at your own risk!

Bought a phone from them in a "pristine condition". Took more than a month to arrive and the camera had a fault. I sent the phone back for repair, which has now taken over two months. I have not been updated about the process. They don't answer emails, but only send automated email replies that give false promises that they will contact you or call you to update you about the order but they never actually get back to you. I'd like to get my phone back or my money back but cannot get in touch with them. Extremely frustrating. Do not recommend this company.

I have sent them 2xSamsung S6 and had a promised price but cannot get to them via email or phone started to feel a little upset by thewir terrible customer support!!!!

Ordered iPhone 6 which took over 2 weeks to arrive. On receipt phone had multiple faults. I returned the phone and asked for a full refund. Still awaiting the refund after a week or so. They said they were testing the product before they would issue refund, however as they offer a 14 day no quibble guarantee what is the relevance of such action? At no time was I offered a replacement phone (before I asked for a refund), only a ‘sorry’ the phone was faulty.

It took a very long time for the mobile phone to be delivered, I received no communication from Quik mobile fix to say my phone was on its way,tried calling the helpline but never any answer. When my mobile phone eventually did get delivered the driver missed me and I had to go to the depot for collection of the item myself All in all it was a awful experience

Been waiting 8 days for payment for a phone I sent in. Keep chasing and keep getting told its being processed and still nothing. I picked this company as said fast turnaround...... Most concerned as reading all sorts of similar complaints. Today received email saying passed to manager and still I've heard nothing. So now said either pay or send me my phone back or I will report to trading standards or police. Would advise others to do the same. Doubt will change a thing by what I've read review wise on Google and trust pilot. I am now wondering if the delay is because they are defacing my phone in order not to give the money originally ally offered?????? Should have sent to Mazuma who never cause problems.

The worst customer service I’ve ever had a complete bunch of morons and they stolen my phone they said it arrived and I’ll get a offer in a couple days now to say hasn’t arrived and there’s nothing I can do about it stolen my phone stay away Although I sent it personallyRecorded delivery and it was signed for they are still saying they do not have the phone absolute and utter thieves and liars these people will steal your phone do not use them

I’ve just called the customer services quick mobile fix the number now is unreachable which means they’ve obviously gone bankrupt Liars and thieves customer service wow the worst most moronic people I’ve ever spoken to but should be ashamed liars and thieves

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY it took 5 weeks to get my Phone back, unrepaired, customer service is disgusting, try to Phone them and it is always engaged, when you DO get through you might as well talk to the well as them are cluless, fortunately I paid through Pay Pal so today I finally got my money back, in all 7 weeks, as far as I am concerned them are a bunch of crooks!

Awful service can never get hold of them on the phone manager never calls back. No reply to emails. Actually amount offered was alot less. Wont be recommending or using again.
