I bought a s7 edge and it very rarely works for its actual purpose, that of making calls. I am constantly plagued by Not registered on network errors.

To avoid the standard response to reviews my order number is: ID 181200 - feel free to resolve it. I am kicking myself for buying a phone through the website - did I arrive their through Amazon? Never had poor service from an online purchase - in fact very much the opposite. I order an iphone 6 from Quick Mobile fix - believing as you would, that its just waiting for me to click on it and then would someone pop it in the post. So where is it? - who knows 12 days and tomorrow morning, 13 days - and all I have for my troubles and money is a standard email suggesting that at some future point they might locate a phone for me???? Is this the early 2000s when you can survive for weeks without phone - No, hence a QUICK fix would be bloody handy! I fear that I'm going to have to resort to the writing a 'deadlock' letter to get my monies back (or who knows maybe a phone?) Obviously if this is resolved I am happy to correct this review - but as it stands - very, very poor service and is it fraud?? Lets see.

Stopped charging after 25 days of purchase Still waiting to hear from them after 15 days. They call it quick mobile fix They should call it we fix "you" quick

quick mobile fix still have the phone i sent to them weeks ago. communication is poor, customer service is terrible and i still do not have any money or news about what is going on. very disappointed with this company. thieves.

I initially thought this company was good as phone arrived quickly and looked in good condition. However Phone didn’t work. Sent back and now waiting to hear about a refund. This is now dragging on in spite of having proof of returned postage... be wary

Do not use these companies. I sent a perfect conditioned phone trusting their quote but they refused to give any where near what was offered saying my phone was in an extremely bad way. I asked for proof they could not provide any. I am sharing my treatment by this company on multiple social media platforms.

Would not use this company ever again,very difficult to contact via phone,plus service was appalling.I had to cancel as delivery was being moved forward by the day.

Awful after sales service!!! Quick enough to take your money, not so quick to return it when the phone is faulty!! Ordered in May, returned in June, 30 working days from receipt of phone being received, still no refund, despite 14 day policy!! Absolute joke!! Now with bank & seeking legal advice!! Save yourself the hassle & buy new!!

Judging by the number of positive reviews this company must be paying a lot of money to a lot of people to write all these "recommendations" for the only purpose to attract more money into their coffers. In reality they take money but do not provide goods or services. At least this is my personal experience and conclusion. If you do not want to lose time and money, stay away from them! I have paid but got nothing in return except aggravating and distress. No goods and no service. Time- and money wasters. Your time and your money. Your decision.

Quickmobilefix customer service team are not helpful and lied regarding my paid order ,telling me my order was due out and deliverd the next day.so after i took a day off after looking forward to my new phone the order never arrived and i lost a days wages of £130 It took me over 260 tries to get in touch with a customer service team member and 2 of them were not helpful and 1 even put the phone down on his side. So you can understand my anger. And now I've been told I'm going to have to wait 10 to 14 days for my refund due to me having to cancel my order, but it only took minutes for them to receive my payment. I am now getting legal advice to stop this company trying it on again .

Ordered a phone 4 weeks ago, still hasn’t arrived. Communication has been really poor with no explanation of why it’s taking so long. Impossible to get through on the phone and emails not being answered. I’ve asked them to cancel my order and refund my money.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Offering to sell goods they clearly don’t have. Ordered two phones for my daughters’s birthdays, timescales missed, no phones, no response to calls and emails and when I did hear from them it was through a generic holding email. Ignored requests for refunds and sent phones (not the ones I ordered) on the day they were obliged to give me a refund by PayPal as I’d raised a dispute. One of the phones didn’t work. Now going through the hassle of sending them back and probably another month of hassle and being ignored as they play silly games. Company must really be in trouble if they don’t have the funds to refund £274! Wish I’d seen the reviews before I ordered. You’d be silly to have anything to do with them.

I purchased an iPhone 6s in good faith that this would work when I got it. This didn't work and totally ruined my sons 13th birthday, I tried ALL day to call the number on their webshite to gat an engaged tone all day. Luck for me .... I purchased it with a credit card & I will be claiming my money back.

Obviously they take orders before they have aquired the goods they also take your money and keep on supplying delaying tatics such as your product has not passed our Quality Control... Definately one to stay clear of.

Can’t get hold of anyone been weeks since I sent my phone back for repair . I’m not sure what to do . There phone line in ingaged al he time terrace service . I have used there a few time . Will not be again

Sadly all the 1* reviews are correct. Quickmobilefix have had my phone (that’s under warranty) since the end of May, every time it’s returned it still has a fault & had to be returned straight back to them. The last email I received was on 16th July advising that it will be ready on the 18th July, since them I have heard nothing! I have emailed many times & like so many others tried to call. I have now resorted to taking legal advice and been advised that a small claims court would be required. To all you customers who have not yet had an issue with your refurbished phone, I hope that you don’t get one because this company are truly horrendous.
